Propaganda Posters

Description of the idea: Have posters made for the server as props, like propaganda posters.

Why should this be added?: So we can decorate offices with it.

What negatives could this have?: Too many props cluttering the server and maybe to much storage.

There used to be some back in the day and they were a nice touch to office spaces and such.

We already see propaganda like posters around Berlin, however, they are a part of the map I believe. If they could be implemented as props in the MITHC map if it doesn't have them, I think it would be a cool idea.

This has been partly implemented, with the addition of the 'Advanced Material' tool. Existing textures of the posters around the city can be located and placed onto props.
