Chief of the Interior Courts, guardian of common sense. My duties involve the running and administration of the interior courts ensuring the stability and preservation of the Interior as a professional well disciplined organisation. As an extension I utilize the Innengendarmerie as my personal police to execute warrants and enforce law and order in the Interior. I've been in the position for about 1-2 weeks. I think the courts still need alot more work before they can call themselves a proper functioning court system. I would like to see more activity from the department so I am going to focus more on recruitment.

I got banned 2 years ago. To not get banned again I just won't be a rat.

Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]:

I possess both dedication and extensive experience which I can contribute to the staff team. My previous experience as a staff member allowed me to build positive relationships while delivering valuable assistance to both enforcing rules and supporting players. I am certain about my ability to handle tickets while performing server duties and creating an environment which lets players stay focused on roleplay activities. I aim to provide support for players while maintaining server stability through consistent operations.

My extensive time playing Garry’s Mod and long-term membership in the community has given me a solid grasp of what players seek in a roleplay server. Staffing according to my approach focuses on player guidance rather than strict rule enforcement because I want players to learn from the server rules. I believe that teaching should precede any disciplinary measures. I aim to assist new players in developing their roleplaying skills because I believe everyone needs a supportive environment to grow.

I possess the ability to be available throughout late evening hours which represents a major asset for the team. The server experiences new player activity during late hours yet staff members are scarce during these times. The absence of staff during these periods leads to unmonitored minges and new players facing difficulties when trying to join factions or seek guidance. Staff presence during late hours would create a substantial positive impact on both player retention and server stability and atmosphere maintenance.

I have developed my roleplaying abilities through past errors although I do not consider myself a top-level roleplayer. I want to repay the server because it allowed me to return to the community which I deeply care about. The ability to reconnect with friends while roleplaying has brought me immense satisfaction. I aim to defend and foster this experience because I want others to experience the same enjoyment that I have found.

What are the duties and responsibilities of the position you are applying for in your own words? [150 Words or more]:

The server depends on staff members who execute rules and maintain roleplay standards. The moderator position grants permission to handle tickets for player disputes while maintaining rule enforcement such as RDM,VDM,NITRP,LTAP. Moderators possess authority to grant permadeaths on civilians while monitoring these cases but they cannot approve or monitor any other permanent death requests without permission from senior staff members. The server requires staff members to maintain active participation while demonstrating dedication to the server and showing knowledge of rules and maintaining the required number of tickets each week. Staff members need to maintain excellent community standing through their server and forum participation. Staff members need to demonstrate proper roleplay behavior on the server because they serve as examples for new staff members to follow and to show new players the standard level of roleplay that is expected. However, more than all of this I think the most important thing for staff is common sense.
