NSB-Kommissaranwärter Friedrich Müller - Former Interior Courts chief and Chief of Staff of the NSB, currently is a senior NCO in the Geheimeschutzdienst, ensuring the full execution of the law.

OB-Kommisaranwärter Werner Heißmeyer - A current non-commissioned officer of the Ouroboros in the Red Hand, they are a dedicated guard for the Director, Deputy Director, and the Archmagos.

How long have you been roleplaying?:
Started playing Prometheus Networks in February of 2023, prior to that I was playing smaller servers in 1942RP and DarkRP servers from 2021 onwards.

Have you received any infractions i.e Notes/Bans? If so, what were they for and what could you have done to prevent getting them next time?:
No, I have not received any infractions or punishments.

What previous experience so you have as a staff member either within Garry’s Mod or the Nutscript Gamemode?
I have been staff on smaller 1942RP servers prior to playing Prometheus, and I am familiar with SAM/ULX, as well as any nutscript commands.

Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]: 

I should be chosen for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team because I am consistently seeking ways to improve myself and the environment around myself. I intend to become a staff member on Prometheus Networks to aid the community as much as possible during my time on the team, especially in regards to watching for any unreported rule violations, and ensuring quick ticket response  times during peak hours as well as monitoring during earlier times when available. Furthermore, I would be a great addition because I am dedicated to ensuring the rules are enforced, and also keeping myself informed of the current rules as they change and adapt. Lastly, my experience in GMod staffing, and qualities described would benefit the staff team.

I am dedicated to enforcing the rules of Prometheus Networks fairly and consistently, and it is especially my priority to ensure I am fully informed of the rules as they adapt. Being well-versed in these rules allow me to enforce them efficiently and applying nuance to the situation, so that the punishment is equal and unbiased. 

Furthermore, before issuing any punishment or bran, I would assess the situation to ensure that the punishment is proportional and reasonable. This is because non-repeat offenders should be given opportunities to learn from their mistakes, as many players are still valuable members of the community. Over-punishment would prevent any of these contributions, and thus any value would be lost as a result of simply not assessing the situation.

Overall, I should be picked for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team as I would be active, uphold the qualities described that are necessary for a staff team member, and ensure all users are properly educated when needed, while also helping newer players specifically, so that they could contribute to the server in the future.

What are the duties and responsibilities of the position you are applying for in your own words? [150 Words or more]:

As a member of the staff team, the responsibilities and duties I would hold would be to ensure players on Prometheus Networks would be complying with all rules, including roleplay and out of character. However, this would not necessarily mean my duty is to punish all users based on minimum context. I would ensure that for each punishment, as much as reasonable, would include an attempt to figure out what may have happened, including mistakes made by users or if they simply aren't in the know, and would then accordingly give them the sources and allow them to understand what mistakes they made.

As a staff member, you are a spokesman for the community and as such you should uphold certain qualities.. You must have the qualities of a good staff member, such as respect, patience, and nuance when dealing with tickets, responding to questions, and ensuring users who require clarification are given such. Furthermore, you must be a good communicator and empathetic. 

I consistently strive to uphold the above described qualities, and I will ensure that if accepted I will continue to uphold these expectations.
