Making drugs more relevant, for MITHC.

Description of the idea:
I think the server should expand drug RP not by adding more drugs, but by adding more systems around them. For example, permanent checkpoints around the map that players have to pass through when buying, selling, or transporting drugs.

This would create more ways to approach it, like bribing or hiding items somehow, and make it less straightforward. Since it’d be harder, it could also be more profitable. It would also create more RP overall, with civilians, government, and police all getting involved like drug units actually having a purpose, or even cartel style groups forming.

Scenarios like smuggling drugs in trucks or setting up deals could lead to some really fun interactions.

Why should this be added?
It would make drug RP more active and give people a reason to engage in it. It adds more interaction between civilians, police, and even corrupt government, along with more specialized roles and group based RP.

People trafficking drugs with a bunch of crates in a truck, seems like some fun rp.

What negatives might this have?
Police might become more aggressive toward civilians, which could hurt RP if overdone. This could be managed with rules or IC policies.

Additional information:
Drug transport likely wouldn’t be limited to civilians, which could make things even more interesting.

There might be a factor im not considering, I just want to get the idea out there.
