PK'd for something I genuinely didn't even do

Explain why you were PK'd: I was PK'd for apparently Shooting the legatus 

Why should you be un-PK'd?: I didn't shoot the legatus, I didn't even know he was shot until I was detained and he told me himself that someone had shot him and broke his legs, I had no part in shooting him and when the Lapo were raiding the flak tower I didn't shoot anyone, I had my gun out and that was it, He solely got me PK'd because I didn't know who shot him which how was I meant to know who shot him if i didn't even see it happen. He also claimed I started the raid?? which I did not because I was one of the last people to enter and I didn't even shoot anyone.  I think this is completely unjustified, I shouldn't be PK'd for someone elses actions just because I don't know who actually did it.

Additional Information: He also claimed to have proof of me admitting to shooting him (To others) which is just a complete lie because I told him it wasn't me the entire time

I was the Generalinspektor of the Landespolizei that was in the situation that occured. The mass gunfight occured because a Feld gendarmerie shot us, so we returned fire and moved it all the up to the roof. Where it was continued while the Legatus was on the Rooftop. The entire situation was a mass gunfight, and he did not start it.

Hi, you were NHC PKed by the Panzermarschall following information to him provided by the Legatus. From what I remember their reason for PKing you was being the officer in charge of an attack on the flaktower resulting in your capture. Following this you were interrogated by the legatus in which you allegedly admitted to leading an assault. I can no longer find the clip for this. Now reviewing the situation later and being unable to find the clip I no longer feel you should be PKed. I have contacted the Legatus and the Panzermarschall sharing this post asking if they would comment on their reason for PKing you.

The reason I requested his PK was because he had led the forces in the attack against the Flak Tower. This happened even after I had ordered my own men to keep their guns down and not continue firing upon them, especially considering they had not fired on them in the first place. When he was eventually captured and brought before us, he openly stated that he had led the attack against the Flak Tower. He also admitted that he had been leading the men responsible for shooting me personally. These were the same men I was allowing up the ladder, only for them to suddenly open fire on me for seemingly no reason. I was wounded and survived, but with both of my legs broken.

After he admitted to leading the attack, I asked him a very simple question: "Who gave the order to attack the Flak Tower?" This conversation happened in front of multiple witnesses, including the Panzer Marshal, the General der, and several other members of the military. His answer was clear: "No one gave the order. I was leading the charge. I was leading the charge." Even after that, I gave him multiple opportunities to clarify what had happened. I was being extremely lenient with him. I told him that if somebody else had actually ordered the attack, then he needed to tell us who it was and put it down in a witness statement.  Even then, I gave him three more chances to tell us who had actually ordered the attack. His story continued changing. First, he said he did not know. Then he claimed he believed it was somebody in higher command. Then, finally, he went straight back to claiming that he had done it himself.

TL;DR: I requested his PK because he repeatedly admitted, in front of multiple witnesses, that he personally led the attack on the Flak Tower. His men opened fire during that attack and wounded me, breaking both of my legs. I repeatedly gave him opportunities to identify someone else who had ordered the attack, but his answers changed from not knowing, to suggesting higher command, and then back to claiming that he himself had led it. The later written statement also appears inconsistent with what he originally told us.

Also Yes in the end it was confirmed off of orders of the Panzermarshal for you to be killed for your actions against his flak tower, You had admitted to leading the charge, refused to say who gave the order, and were un willing to state who had given the order unseen while you were seen leading the attack. You were given chance time and time again to deny haveing lead the attack as the highest ranking Person involved and to name who had done as such, You refused and openly said you had lead the attack, That you dont know who ordered the attack.

I would like to start off by saying thank you to Thomas for your response and I appreciate it, I would like to then continue by saying that in both clips you've shown me you can, first of all see I wasn't the one who shot you as the one who shot you was wearing a field cap and I was wearing a CO cap and secondly, in the first clip no where do i state that I lead the charge, nor that i shot you. I actively denied leading the charge. Thirdly, In the second clip where you supposedly see me "leading the charge" and "giving the order" if you look very closely I can actually be seen at the very back of the group? if I was leading the charge this would certainly be a horrible way to do it. Fourth of all, I was not the highest in command as you openly contradict yourself by showing us the Generalinspektor was there too and saying "Well that's the problem we had a general down there"? aswell as the Generalinspektor commenting on this post and admitting he was there. You are correct in the fact you were lenient, you asked me time and time again who lead the charge, and who shot you in which both cases I told you I didn't know, time and time again.
