Initially, I refused to provide it. In response, they drew a firearm and attempted to restrain me.Once a weapon was pointed at me, I immediately changed my attitude and tried to comply. I stepped back slightly and said words to the effect of "Okay, okay, I'll show you my ID." I was attempting to de-escalate the situation and avoid being harmed. I did not attempt to fight them, draw a weapon, run away, or otherwise challenge two armed individuals.I understand that my movement may have been interpreted as resistance. However, my intention was not to escape or ignore the threat. The small steps backward were made while I was speaking and trying to negotiate compliance. I was acting as though my character was scared and attempting to reason with the attackers rather than defy them.The situation ended very quickly, and I was killed shortly afterward. Looking back, I understand how my actions may have appeared from another player's perspective, but I respectfully believe that they do not constitute intentional No Fear RP. I did acknowledge the threat, verbally complied, and attempted to cooperate once the firearm was drawn.I have no intention of breaking server rules and always try to participate in roleplay in good faith. I respectfully ask that the staff team review the situation again and consider reducing or removing the punishment. If my actions were not ideal, I am willing to accept guidance and ensure that similar misunderstandings do not occur in the future. Thank you for your time and consideration. Why should you be un-PK'd?: I believe my PK should be reversed because the circumstances surrounding my death do not justify a permanent character kill.During the encounter, I did not initiate violence, threaten anyone, or engage in any actions that would reasonably warrant a PK. When weapons were drawn on me, I attempted to de-escalate the situation by verbally complying and indicating that I would provide my identification. My intention was to cooperate and preserve my character's life rather than escalate the encounter.Additionally, the situation developed very quickly and did not provide a meaningful opportunity for roleplay beyond the initial confrontation. From my perspective, the encounter was a brief identification dispute that escalated directly into lethal force. I do not believe my actions reached the level of severity normally associated with a permanent character death.I respectfully ask the staff team to review the circumstances and determine whether the use of a PK was proportionate to the events that occurred. If my conduct was imperfect, I am willing to accept responsibility for any rule violations, but I do not believe the situation justified the permanent loss of my character. It’s been several years but I used to be a senior administrator for a HaloRP server within GMod. I could use a refresher. I believe I've made a decent name for myself within the military when it comes to my reputation and how I carry myself, in a positive way. I believe both my character and my experience will be a great addition to the staff team of Prometheus. I personally have been having a lot of fun within this community and have been asked to join the staff team. I considered it and decided I could give back to the community in this way as well as being part of a team that makes sure the server stays enjoyable and the rules are being followed. The biggest thing I'd say would make me a good member of the staff team is the fact that I'm pretty chill when it comes down to it. [150 Words or more]: Just like I said previously, I believe the main duties and responsibilities of a staff member would be to make sure people who join the server are following the rules, as the rules are there to maintain an enjoyable environment for the player and in the grand scheme of things, the community as a whole. My job as a newer member of staff would be to make sure I meet the quota established as well as primarily learn from more senior members of staff. That and assisting in any situations where my position within the staff team allows me to, for example, assisting people with changing models when they require it, assisting with getting people into factions or if the situation requires an escalation, contacting more senior members of the staff team to take care of the situation. I want to apologize to the entire community for how I acted in the prn main discord server and ask for your forgiveness. It was terrible, degenerate, attention seeking behavior and that is not how anybody should act and you are all probably jumping for joy at the fact I was banned. I was banned permanently banned and feel it is better anyway if I step away for a good long while at least. I wont get to experience MITHC on launch and most likely ever and I have done this to myself. I am sorry from the bottom of my heart and will change for the better and for myself. I have no idea what a matrose is

I had no idea that it had been extended. To be completely honest I barely even remember being banned, I wasn't trying to "evade the ban on an ALT", I have two accounts because I was banned from a game years ago so I made a new account to play on that game. I use my two accounts interchangeably, as GMOD is family shared it usually doesn't matter which account I play on as they are both linked. When I joined the server I had completely forgot about my ban and wasn't trying to willfully evade.

+1, speaking as someone with years put into Prometheus, I can tell you firsthand that despite his past actions, Green Marine can create truly interesting RP scenarios for all parties involved. Though he broke the rules in the past, I do not believe he has malicious intent, and I think his years served under this punishment is more than enough for what he did.

I have matured over the years and I realized that this is one of the few serious RPs remaining on Gmod. Some of my friends want to play again and I unfortunately have to decline because I am banned. I would like to appeal simply because I have aged and would like to take my roleplay seriously. It's fine if you disagree with my past actions, frankly I do too. If this appeal is rejected I fully accept that. I cannot make any excuse for my past actions and I take that into account. But if you do let me back in I promise to you that even if you view me under a microscope I will never do such things again. I have played other RP servers for years and looking back I realize how stupid my actions were on Prometheus.
