I'll give my last reply to this here. I had contacted the men who had organized the event, to which they stated: "He voluntarily fought and agreed vocaly in front of everyone if I remember correctly right before we called for you" and "Never heard him complain" whilst providing clips of the fight itself. If what you say in your side is true, then this would be a very different story. However, if you are unable to provide a clip, it makes it harder to see your story fully. I only entered the situation when you were at the destination, where he had explained that you agreed to the deathmatch alongside the other person. Neither of you denied this. I had also made a chat in LOOC stating that the PK was good to go. Whilst watching the entire scene, I didn't see you oppose at all, either verbally or through your actions. You had went where they wanted, fought aggressively in the fight, and ended up losing, leading to your death.

yes thank you for contacting the man now allow me to convay the story[at least from what i remember] I was walking on the street with my commander. A car had passed me. I had heard somebody in there say "Salam alaikum." Being a Muslim in real life, I was naturally happy. I had followed my commander a little more, next to the Reichstag, where the car was there. I heard them say "Salam alaikum" once more, to which I responded with another "Salam alaikum." Now I got into the car and we started chatting. As I thought they were fellow Muslims like me, I was naturally excited and happy. By the time I got to their "mosque," they had told me, "We need to see your ID." Of course I have that issue where I can't click F8, sadly. They said they were going to tie me up real quick and then they're going to untie me. How foolish I was. I was tied and thrown in a cage with the other guy, who I would go on to then fight after that. Immediately after I was tied but before I got into the cage, I was pleading, "No, please brothers, I am Muslim," along with various other Arabic words. However the main message was conveyed to them in English, which they could understand very clearly. They themselves should give a firsthand account of them tying me and me pleading for them to untie me. I was repeatedly pleading, "No please. I am a real Muslim." However it seems they were not real Muslims themselves. To be more clear here I was then chucked in the cage with the guy, where I was left for a second. I was robbed of all my possessions and then the cage match began. Right before the fist fighting actually started, I had heard somebody mutter something about a PK. That's when my worries began. After losing I was PKed. Prior to me being tied, I was not even close to being informed about there being a permanent kill on the line. Had I been actually informed I would have run away, gotten to a safe place and returned to the main city where I would have continued any and all roleplay I was doing prior After I got PK'd I immediately made myself a new character and contacted an admin who told me to go onto the forums and now we're here. That is the story recap from my perspective. If you can get somebody else, hopefully from one of the people who orchestrated this incident, they could give you another account of what occurred.

In response: 1. You hadn't showcased this to me at all. I would understand if you had attempted to say this in any regard, but whilst he was explaining how you had consented, you showed no rebuttal. You had also willingly got into their car, and I mentioned something akin to "PK good to go" in LOOC. 2. You had decided to enter their car without coercion, as explained in your first appeal, and had been placed into a fight. Again, I would completely understand if you hadn't consented and made that clear, but I was working off you actively fighting whilst not saying anything against the battle. If you have a clip showcasing when you were tied or anywhere showing you didn't consent, that would be helpful. I can only work off of what I saw there after taking the ticket and your word. I will also attempt to contact the men who organized the event to request a clip or more context.

I have a 1-minute clip, I do not have EVERYTHING, he was trying to teach us a lesson on not to kill for trespassing, encouraging us to instead arrest people, and he said "kill me and you'll get in big trouble". The clip is in the admin ticket box, He had disrupted our roleplay and broke my immersion, because I could not move and had asked someone to shoot me, which you would hopefully not do in a real situation. Hello, I was the staff member who issued the PK on your character. The PK was issued under the guideline of Suicide. In this case specifically, you had partook in a voluntary death-game with another player, where you would partake in a fight with only one victor. When I took the ticket, it was not simply just simply accepted. They had explained how you both had consented to the game, willingly were transported there, and then would both fight. Whilst preparing for this, I had mentioned in LOOC that you were both being set active as part of this game. You were able to see this, as it was said nearby to you. During the actual event, you hadn't shown any reluctance or unwillingness, and had charged out to attack the other player. However, if you didn't consent, that would change things up quite a bit, but you hadn't spoke up or acted in a way that would draw me to that conclusion at all, weighing that you actively fought and didn't oppose the explanation that you consented to the game. The biggest takeaway should be that rules still apply at all times. On "off hours", you cannot expect me to take consenting to a PK as a joke, especially when warned of the risks.

Was going to review this, however, you stating your character is "infamous" and your pearl clutching over a "homophobic slur" has made me not care in the slightest. Get over yourself. Denied.

Explain why you were PK'd: A week or so ago, I was exploring the newer sections of the map's sewer system (new for me) on my infamous citizen character, Konrad Albrecht. Out of curiosity regarding the map layout, I attempted to lockpick a government door. A government trooper spotted me mid action and ordered me to stop. In a split second panic, while the door was opening, my character moved deeper into the government controlled infrastructure.... I managed to create a significant amount of distance between myself and the trooper before being shot in the back and subsequently permanently killed. Why should you be un-PK'd?: I am requesting a PK appeal based on two major grounds: a specific application of FearRP Rule 8, and severe administrative misconduct during the sit. First, after thoroughly reviewing the server’s FearRP rules, Rule 8 explicitly states: "If you are under attack at a more than reasonable distance, you may escape without risk." This is under the FearRP section. During the encounter, I successfully broke the immediate line of engagement and created roughly the distance needed, to be out of VoIP range (500 hammer units), between myself and the initiator. Because I had successfully established this distance prior to lethal force being applied, my attempt to flee falls under the protection of Rule 8, meaning the situation should not have resulted in a valid PK. I ask staff to review the clip of the incident to verify the distance managed. Second, the (OOC) handling of this PK was completely unprofessional and hostile. A second staff member entered the sit, not to arbitrate neutrally, but to actively ragebait and mock me, explicitly stating that my PK was going to happen regardless of what I said. During this process, this staff member targeted me with a homophobic slur. Due to the toxicity of the sit, I strongly believe my character was selectively targeted for a PK due to his infamous in game roleplay reputation, as an anti government Peter Pan of sorts, rather than a genuinely fair application of server rules, in the interest of the in game RP. Additional Information: Konrad Albrecht is a deeply developed, long standing citizen character in Berlin, who has no shortage of physical jail time. While he is known for minor rebellious RP (jaywalking and organizing protests), he acts as an active philanthropist for citizens, frequently gifting starter money (1k–8k) to new players, and teaching them how to navigate the server's economy and bank system. A massive amount of time, effort, and care has gone into making Konrad a professional, engaging element of the server's civilian side, which is lacking (in my humble opinion). Losing all of this progression to a mechanically applied rule, which is largely substantiated by a compromised, toxic administrative process, is incredibly damaging to my experience here. I am entirely open to accepting an alternative OOC punishment (such as a temporary character lock) if it means restoring Konrad's progression, in the future, maybe after another map change, or undoing the PK and replacing it with a FailRP ban, since I was using my character to explore. For roleplay purposes I got in. This was after peak hours, which is mostly considered goofing-off hours. I wasn't expecting to get PKed so I followed them back to their house in the middle of the woods. I got detained by them, otherwise known as tied. I got robbed and they then put me up against another prisoner they have in a fight to the death. After I lost this fight to the death I'm not expecting much. It was a little silly battle in the middle of the woods. There shouldn't be that many consequences to something like this, especially after peak hours!! .......I got PKed after I did something with barely any roleplay in it. Why should you be un-PK'd?: My PK was unfair and the guy who PK'd me simply asked the admin once, "Hey can you PK whoever loses?" The admin said, "Sure." We were there because of Beast Mode, and an NSB person had let us in and then we got arrested. When we got to the cell, everyone was doing their own thing. Then it was said that one person had to die. A Hauptmann said it would be me. Before I could really react or say anything, he turned around and shot me in the face. Just like that, I was PK'd. There was no real moment for me to understand it, respond to it, or even have any last words. It just happened, and honestly it left me feeling confused and pretty hurt. If so, what were they for and what could you have done to prevent getting them next time?: Yes, I have previously received four bans, three for RDM and one for Rule 9, and a prop abuse note in March 2026. For the prop abuse note, at the time, I had just gotten my permissions and was not sure about the rules, something I will not be doing anymore by ensuring care of my props carefully and using them appropriately. The RDM bans were issued from December 2023 to March 2025. In hindsight, I think that I failed to immerse myself in the server’s roleplaying atmosphere properly and ended up making a poor decision during a staff sit as a result, I’m not sure what I lied about but I was probably just trying to get out of a punishment that I deserved. My third RDM ban was the point when I decided to work on improving my rping by joining other roleplay servers. After that I was then punished for breaking rule 9 which was a result of lack of common sense, I used my ban period as a time of self reflection, before appealing and coming back once I had truly learnt my lesson. All of these mistakes could have been prevented if I had taken the time to really get to know all the rules and respect the community members as well as being sincere during all staff sits.
