Welp I may very well be cooked and if so I will take it but I would like to say I would genuinely like to understand why a PK was warranted in this situation and I would also like to say I was just trying to find a CO so I could get myself settled since It had been a very long time since I played on this server and was sure I was removed for inactivity but when I spoke to a staff member about that they told me just to “keep playing they don’t care nor notice” I do apologize for my behavior in the cells but like I said if this is denied I would atleast like a discord dm reaper_sedulous or something where a peaceful conversation could be had about why this warrants a PK and what could’ve been done differently.

The PK'ing Staff Member was Major Whoreson.

Character's name & rank: obermeister Jason Huntz SteamID (STEAM_0:X:XXX): STEAM_0:1:91845197 Staff member who issued the PK (if you know): no clue Explain why you were PK'd: So me and 3 other gendarmerie were outside the KG base trying to locate one of our CO's well there was a huge group of people lapos and some others the lapos were harassing one of the people there which then led to a lapo punching the man then people started calling for the lapo to be arrested which one of the gendarmerie detained the lapo to which the man who pk'd be began to attack the gendarmerie with a baton agreeably could be a deadly weapon so i pulled my mp40 and stated if he kept attacking I would kill him to which he pulled a pistol and shot me upon me and the other gendarmerie respawning the lapos rushed the MOI and killed a unarmed man and arrested me and the other gendarmerie and took us to the cells they let the other guy go and i was told if the next words out of my mouth weren't yes I would be killed to which i didn't say yes and was PK'd.. Why should you be un-PK'd?: "PKing for solely doing work legally within one's job." is a PK guideline the gendarmerie who detained the lapo was doing his job the lapo who began attacking the gendarmerie was out of line I matched force with the force I am able to match it with I was protecting my own fellow gendarmerie and was pk'd because a lapo attacked people for otherwise no valid reason? Other then they were being highly disrespectful to the man in question and then one of them I am not sure who attacked him yes i get I told the man I would shoot him but he was attacking one of my gendarmerie with a baton I have no less than lethal options so I match with the force I can match with I was pk'd for otherwise doing my job. Dying after initiating a shoot-out [Situations involving Department Leaders+ must be approved by UA.] [PK]" While you could somehow argue the above PK guideline he had no reason to attack the gendarmerie for simply detaining someone who committed a crime in front of a crowd of people and if you ask me the whole thing was just beyond unprofessional the large group of Lapos were sitting there with someone who may have been government/state/military I am not sure who the man was but they were sitting there calling the man names and making fun of him just being absolutely disrespectful all around and then lapo being told to punch the man which lets keep in mind these are cops doing these things is just ridiculous behavior in my eyes. Along with he is the one who started the altercation by attacking the gendarmerie but still PK's me for acting in defense of someone within the gendarmerie once again I understand what I said to him but this is the 1940s I have no baton no taser no pepper spray and once again a baton can quickly become a very deadly weapon. So following escalation I matched force with force when could've simply roleplayed it out better he decided to attack instead of doing what he should have done in his position within the lapo and 1. Detain his own for Battery and or 2. Question why the gendarmerie was detaining her if he felt it was unjustly done. Additional Information: I admit I was heated when I was dragged into a jail cell and blindfolded because I already knew I was being PK'd for simply reacting to attack on my fellow gendarmerie the same way most of anyone would have if a civilian attacked a member of any group with a deadly weapon they would infact be arrested and or shot I was given the chance "For the next words out of your mouth to be yes" To which if I remember correctly I said "what good does that do" or something to be honest I don't remember I was heated over the whole situation once I was rushed in the MOI and I accept my role in that but I still don't think this warranted a PK. I do believe it should've just been left alone once we died the first time we had no hard feeling at that moment and were just gonna go back to attempting to find one of our CO's had he not attacked the gendarmerie I would understand the PK but due to him attacking I don't quite get why that warrants me getting pk'd. I would also like to state for the record I only have 8-9 hours of playtime within the server and honestly wasn’t even that familiar with the PK guidelines. Most of my time spent on this server was following a CO who just promoted me for following him around I don’t remember who it was though and I am pretty sure he left I didn’t even know there was a main discord till today well yesterday technically nor did I know there was a forums or anything like that I am only familiar with PK’s from other servers. Which is why I was trying to find a CO today to be shown what I needed to know. When I first joined the server I was shown the basics and my uniform and some other things and that was it. Wasn’t told about or shown much of anything else. Most things I had to learn on my own or through other people.

Your faction was being messed with, so you switched to a Luftwaffe character to start shooting at the NSB while conducting a detainment. You tried to kill the prisoner so he'd get unreleased. You character swapped or left multiple times to try to evade punishment and not get found. You have no intention of not RDM'ing again, nearly EVERY SINGLE ONE of your notes and bans relate to RDM or LTARP in some way. Additionally, I just highly doubt you actually care because this ban appeal just shows low-effort and a lack of interest in actually appealing. I'll leave it to other UA to handle this appeal, but I personally believe you have no intention of proper roleplay.

During the situation inside the War Court room, none of the Fallschirmjagers had pointed guns at me or expressed for me to do anything. Near the end of the clip, it shows my back being turned to a man who then raises his gun and orders for me to not use my radio. I didn't even know this was targeted at me, and thought it was at the person they were actually arresting. However, after I merely spoke (not on radio), the man would shoot me. I didn't know he was there, nor still had his gun raised at me at all, and I wasn't calling a location or anything, I was just stating that the man they were arresting was complying with their prior order. I have 0 idea how the same people who were executed yesterday as Fallschirmjagers were let back into the exact faction/department they died in, and how they can cause the most abysmal roleplay scenarios whilst resorting to PK's at the first possible moment. This was not a last resort, there were 2 marines asides from me in the city which couldn't have done anything to a whole room of Fallschirmjager. Not to mention, I had stayed on the server for around 7~ minutes after being shot, not even knowing this was a PK and just walking around the ICC, only to be PK'd after exiting. He shot me while I was backing up the car, and I was originally gonna pull over by backing up onto the sidewalk and get out, but he proceeded to shoot me & explode my car Why should you be un-PK'd?: I understand that there was a situation going on between the Feld and LAPO, however I had just returned from my game crashing and i was trying to find my group OOC to get back into the fold. In any other situation, I would agree with breaking of FearRP, but in this case I do not believe that was fair and the Feld was going thru with FearRP out of spite considering what was happening between the 2 factions.
