+1 Unfair Ban just seems like a skill issue on the opposing side

+1 I was there and they shot at us first, this was an unfair ban.

I was running away from the gericht after they tried to detain a bunch of civilians who were talking to them, as i was running i was getting shot, as i was getting shot at i was looking at my phone and as soon as i heard the damage sound effect i looked at my monitor,i missed the person who shot me, turns out they ran back to the garage and i assumed it was the men in black uniforms(my monitor is kind of bad and i saw pixels) I start shooting and these men start shooting back obviously, I understand it was RDM since it was a big misunderstanding, i will take the RDM ban since i shot a bunch of bystanders but the fact i got banned for aimbot is kind of ridiculous, i even told vixx "Hey i can send you the clip cause i dont have aimbot" i tried sending the clip to him but he just said "nah i was there i dont need it" i kept trying to talk to him but he wouldnt listen, here is the clip:https://go.screenpal.com/watch/cOenVhnZeTt Additional Information: I was using a crosshair if thats "unfair"

Being fired from your position is not the same as being relieved from any military obligation.

+1 Would greatly increase the risk of doing it out of the blue. And would add a lot of drama to a deeply dramatic act, rather than it seeming like a quiet opening. Top stuff. Additionally, would be fun if we could bash (E+Left-Click) the door down with a primary arm but would allow civilians to do it and could be rather mingy.

Description of the idea: Instead of /doorkick simply freezing you for a second or two and then opening the door, add a sound effect of someone kicking in a door, along with automatically posting a "/me kicks the door down" message when the door opens. Why should this be added?: During roleplay, many people will lie and claim they did not kick in the door. If we can hear the door being kicked in and see the player kick it down in real time via their /me, it would create better roleplay. Players would have to think before mindlessly kicking in a door to get where they want. What negatives could this have?: I don’t see any real downsides to this suggestion, aside from increased accountability when kicking in a door. Additional information: I think door-kicking has been a major problem for a long time. At this point, I believe higher-quality roleplay could be achieved if this change were implemented.

Once again, tower. I am not disputing the edit, like I mentioned before. I am saying, the picture is directly stating "is fired from his position" clearly relieving my character of all legal obligations to the military. I was fired for what I said in an OOC group-chat, and once I transferred out I was hawked down by the military and NHC PKd on your orders for "desertion" after I was clearly fired from the only position I carry inside the military.

I quite like the content that you have produced for your suggested faction, I think you seem to put a lot of effort into it. You get a 1+from me

The picture did not load, as I wrote the response from my phone. But I will address the updated picture, tower has shown. Yes, I acknowledged the edit. I am not disputing that the edit exist, now that I have been shown it and it is on the appeal. I am saying, it clearly states "Is fired from his position" that is releasing my character from all obligations to the Military. I was no longer employed at that time, and in response to that announcement I transferred over to the Landespolizei which required help from me. I was no-longer in any position to ICly report to any individuals in the military after I was released from my employment in the faction. During the entire situation, they attempted to get me to use my microphone and apologize. Which I refused to do on my microphone, I was fully willing to apologize through typing which ICly is my character speaking. They could have handled the situation in many other ways, instead of attempting to force me to use my microphone and apologize. They could have trialed me, etc instead of instantly shooting the character. I know all situation do not require court, but I believe firmly this was one of the situations as it was a crime that usually a court handles and not NHC shooting him. Overall, I believe the PK was not a last resort.
