Hi Ciaper, Me and another officer detained you for trespassing and wanted to bring you back to NYPD for questioning, you immediately made a staff ticket for false arrest, whilst another member of staff claimed your ticket and stated it wasn't a False arrest In LOOC. whilst being placed in interrogation you failed to provide any RP And ignore all questions and evidence against you. I was told to take you to the cells and book you under the section 5.1.1. (Trespassing). the staff ticket you made was up there for some time so I switched to my staff character and took you to a sit and tried explaining once again that you was booked for trespassing and also breaking NITRP during that interaction . not to sure how this made it to a staff report

Its funny that you are appealing. Few things, firstly you obviously dont care about playing and just want to kill everybody. Starting with the fact that you and your friends after you were banned had proceeded to goto the Military Discord and just talk shit about the server and situation. Secondly what you named the clip and I am unsure on what you dont understand that in a situation where you were all retards and it was being addressed you gun down EVERYONE in the clip. One of your friends who didnt do anything was unbanned but you cannot even notice that what you and your friends did was moronic. Denied. For my case the lives of my brothers in arms had been directly threatened by the Viceroy. At first all he talked about was that there would be a "purge" or our division multiple times. He then processed to mention the largest and most crucial members of our division the "Goldsteins" that they and i quote "It was mostly the Goldstein people so I think probably we start with them, I think They're gonna die" coming from any one else I can see how rule 3 of the killing rules would count it as an "idle threat" but coming from the Viceroy who has multiple guards at his back who will do his bidding? That is an Active Threat on their lives and to some degree all of ours as we now would have IC knowledge that "purge" means death because he said "start with them" meaning all our lives were in imminent danger. All of this will be in the provided clip. The rule I'm sighting There are two types of threats, an 'Active Threat' and an 'Idle Threat'. Players may kill for an active threat, but they may not kill for an idle threat. The difference between the two is situational, but it will always pertain if the person making the threats has a weapon in their hand. For example, someone pointing a gun at you and threatening to kill you is an Active threat. You never mentioned this in the staff sit, the claimant said I would like to pk this guy for fearp, then I replied with there was no time given, the claimant then responded with "well you jumped over the fence and we shot you through the fence." you then responded with "I see this pretty clearly." there was no mention about my "behaviour", this is not to go against you and I thank you for agreeing the time was short. But in the sit, I do not remember any mention of this aforementioned behaviour as the PK reason, the PK reason in question was because I "jumped over the fence to escape and was shot through the fence." to my knowledge of what occurred in the sit. And in the clip, it shows that I was pushed from the fence to the outside from the gunshots not that I had manually jumped over the fence on top of the face also that the fence boosts you up. Also would like to mention, again, I had stopped and if they gave me the time to actually execute the mugging it would've completely gone through as it did with the mugging 10 minutes later after this interaction. I appealed that PK, which was denied by Prime. When I was creating a new character, since I have a purchased rank, I either HAVE to choose between the VSK or the military when selecting a faction. I inquired if I was able to continue in the VSK due to my PK, I was told by a member of UA that there was a 2 week period that I could not be a member of the VSK, hence why I transferred into the NYPD once my new character was created. They searched me, took all of my guns, and left me in a room. They then told me "do not move". I stayed completely still for so long that I was kicked by the auto-kick. I did not flee, and was rather excited about the roleplay I was about to experience. I wish to be able to reconnect and continue the roleplay. Hello, I was the admin who PKed you. In the clip I reviewed, three officers attempted to detain you and put you in cuffs. You then pulled out a gun on safety and started walking away from them. The officers gave you multiple warnings to stop moving and put your gun down. They had their guns pointed at you, meaning you were under FearRP. You failed to fear for your life and follow their orders, so they shot and killed you for FearRP. You also left the game immediately after being killed, before you were even PKed. I also noticed you said, “You have a weapon out.” However, you only pulled your weapon out when the officers attempted to detain you, not before the encounter. You must be actively holding a weapon in your hand before the encounter begins for that argument to apply. FearRP Rule 8: If you are actively holding a weapon in your hand, FearRP does not apply, and you may retaliate (even if it is on safety, E+R) FearRP Rule 1: While under FearRP you are required to oblige by the commands of your captor. If you attempt to escape or pull out a weapon to fight back but are killed that would then display a disregard for your own safety. This is a calculated risk you took, or a denial to value your own life, which will result in your PK.

I said I had barley hit it and would pay for a repair if it was their car. The lead officer ignoring what I had just said told me to put away my gun that was on safety and began counting from 5. I tried reasoning with him but he just finished the count and killed me. Shortly after I respawned I was taken to the character select screen and told my character was banned. Why should you be un-PK'd?: I feel like the escalation of force was unnecessary and the situation could've been resolved Differently. Along with being a member of the MP which I thought would allow the law enforcement officers to give me the benefit of the doubt, and try to have a conversation before resorting to violence. I and meem have had a civil conversation, and he insisted multiple times that integrally, I shouldn't rescind this report because of an IC instance of us getting along, but honestly, the fact that I could do business that I really needed to, and that today we didn't have issues at all, I think it stands for what I wanted to change with this report. Hereby, I rescind my complaint. meem has proven that he is absolutely capable and willing to RP in a way that allows me, despite his qualms, to do as I would with any other member of IC importance, and that he wouldn't, as staff, be integrally inclined to abuse his powers against me, IC or OOC. We have come to an understanding.
