K stands for a Permanent-Kill. For a permanent-kill to occur, it must follow the PK Guidelines. Once a character is PK'd, all access to the character is lost. The only way to gain access to said character is to appeal the PK, and have it accepted under the pretense the PK did not follow PK guidelines. I wouldn’t have attempted to rob a VSK member in front of two government officials, as that would have been a very foolish decision. I’ve also included a clip recorded by a witness. If you listen closely toward the end, you can hear the witness saying that I was joking. As I said before, I didn't "ravage" your car and kill you. As you know, you are pretty unpopular. It's clear someone else saw your tickets, which were not deserving in any way of staff intervention and were an obvious attempt to embarrass me in front of the staff team, and decided to throw you around because they have a similar experience of annoyance with you. While I cannot condone it, I understand it. I took your ticket because it was addressed directly to me, by name. I am not obliged to "address the situation" when no such situation exists, the staff team is not your personal venting tool. Making tickets because you're upset someone ignored you is like crying to a cop that a stripper didn't wanna kiss you. Please be less pathetic in future.

Hello Frosty, I'm the individual from the M.P.I.C. who requested Gator to order your death. For the duration of your career, you've done nothing but cause issues. The incident involved you attempting to lockpick the door of a building that is producing drugs to fund the military. After a day, me and Clovis both talked to you about the incident to simply educate you. You were released under the impression that you would correct yourself and stay within the military. When you were released, me and Gator attempted to meet with you about our finding of your intent to transfer. You failed to respond to any attempt to meet with me or the NHC, Gator, over the Military, and instead went behind our backs to the Chief of Staff of the Military Police, who knew nothing of the situation and willy-nilly approved your transfer in an attempt to avoid meeting with me or Gator. We then issued a warrant for your arrest and found out that you did so. Knowing that you left after knowing that we required a meeting with you. I requested that Gator NHC PK you off of your actions, and you left after causing all these issues. We detained you after meeting Mewsolini and him handing you over. We attempted to talk to you, and you said "I won't be talking at all until a court trial happens". You made no attempts to get out of the situation. During the PK, you also stated to the 2 members of the Military Intelligence Service that you ratted out a Military Drug Operation to the NSB and ABI.

Not sure who that is flinging your car about, but it's not me. At the time I was speaking to the Logistics Commissioner, while you repeatedly made tickets wondering why I was ignoring you. I didn't call you a pedophile, nobody who was in my group did. Nonsense. Jimmy called you a rapist because you "wouldn't take no for an answer", after following us for several city blocks. This report stinks of injured pride and childish revenge, making a staff report because I ignored you.

I wanted to start a business out of the garage down the street from the NYPD so I could roleplay as a factory owner. He hasn't spoken to me at all over discord, in two days. Hey, So as we're speaking on discord. I gave you the run down on how NHC PK's work. Validation on the matter if the Feldmarschall ordered you to be put to death than it's self explanatory. The validation regarding the "PK" itself can be still found inside reports of the M.P.I.C which then again would fall into a Roleplay scenario against the Feldmarschall. I'm sorry you feel it's not a just worthy PK, I'm just the staff member that approved the NHC guideline. @Kurtiis the moderator that took the original ticket from the player who actively gave the criteria of what you did on that character.

Description of the idea: I would like to suggest implementing a permanent duty kit for law enforcement personnel that is provided upon spawning while on duty. The contents of the kit would depend on the officer’s rank and department. At a minimum, I believe every officer should receive a baton and a pistol. I would also like to request that actual handcuffs be added to the game if the current restraints are only placeholders. If a permanent duty kit is not possible, I suggest reducing the prices of purchasable weapons and equipment to make them more affordable, especially for cadets and newer officers. Why should this be added? As a cadet who is still relatively new to the city, I have experienced multiple gunfights in a single night and have died numerous times. Each time I die, I lose the guns and batons I had equipped, forcing me to spend more money just to be properly equipped. Newer officers do not earn large amounts of money, making it difficult to afford the equipment needed to perform their duties effectively. I originally joined the police department with approximately 700 DM, and I have been steadily losing money trying to maintain the equipment necessary to defend myself and perform my job. A permanent duty kit would allow officers to focus on roleplay and law enforcement rather than constantly worrying about the cost of replacing essential equipment. It would also help newer officers remain equipped without placing them at a financial disadvantage compared to more experienced officers. What negatives could this have? Providing permanent weapons and equipment could potentially reduce the importance of the in-game economy and make it easier for officers to access equipment without financial consequences. It could also create balance concerns if every rank and department receives the same equipment regardless of its responsibilities. However, these concerns could be addressed by making the kits department-specific and rank-based, while limiting their use to on-duty personnel. Additional information: I would also like to address the current cost of certain equipment. For example, a single-use evidence bag costing 200 DM seems excessively expensive, particularly for newer officers who are already struggling to afford weapons and other necessities. Another concern is that suspects sometimes continue to draw weapons and kill officers even when they are already being held at gunpoint by multiple officers. This can make encounters unnecessarily difficult and often leaves officers feeling that they need four or more people surrounding a suspect just to have a reasonable chance of restraining them. I believe improvements to restraint mechanics, including the addition of proper handcuffs, could help address this issue and create more balanced law enforcement interactions. I understand that this may sound like a complaint about money, but my intention is to suggest changes that would improve the experience for newer officers and make law enforcement more enjoyable and practical for everyone.
