+1 Should be implemented simply, not too gamey, not too manual. There are right ways and wrong ways. Here's my idea, I thought about it since I like this idea a lot and would make sense for New York City, the home of the NYSE, which may or may not still exist. Perhaps it does, under new management of course. I suspect the Germans would want to take advantage of American Capitalism rather than bring it down. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I think this is a good way to do it: You'd have a bunch of NPC companies (Krupp Stahl, Reichsbahn, etc.) whose prices move on their own with some randomness so the market always feels alive, but when players buy or sell it actually pushes the price up or down. Player owned businesses could pay a fee to go public and list their company, and their stock price gets affected by earnings reports they file (which they can fake, giving the State something to investigate). All trading happens physically at terminals inside the stock exchange or at brokerage offices, no menus or HUD stuff (or you CAN use menus/HUD stuff), keeps it in the RP. Brokers would be a flagged role (class, flagged role, there are many ways to do this) that trades on behalf of clients for a commission (or just steals their money). Admins get simple commands to trigger crashes, booms, or scandals tied to server events. Every trade gets logged so insider trading and manipulation are possible but detectable, making them real RP crimes instead of blocked mechanics. Basically I don't want it to be entirely reliant on Google Docs or entirely reliant on game code. A balance should be struck, and can be!

I’ve had a fair bit of staff experience across different servers and games. I started out in Garry’s Mod and worked my way from Trial Moderator up to Community Manager on three servers. That’s where I learned how to handle player reports, deal with arguments, and work properly with other staff without things getting messy.After that I moved to FiveM, starting again as a Moderator and later becoming an Admin. I also did some development work on a few servers, which helped me understand how servers run, how exploits work, and how cheaters try to get around systems. Over time I’ve built good relationships with a lot of players, especially in Berlin, which helps when dealing with issues because people are more willing to talk and cooperate. At the same time, I’m comfortable handling situations with players I don’t know and always treat everyone fairly. I’m a calm and patient person, even in tense situations. If someone is being rude or upset, I don’t let it affect how I act. My main goal is always to resolve the situation properly and professionally. If a player is confused about rules or what they should be doing, I take the time to explain it clearly so they actually understand, instead of just giving short answers. Why should you be un-PK'd?: The Generalleutnant of the Airforce Himself is the one that initiated the entire situation despite being shot and killed he continued to tell the story despite NLR Rules being set in place. My orders as Wachkommando were to lockdown the room and prevent any entry into the room, I was even told to only listen to orders from the Feldmarshal himself and the Chief of General Staff, not the Luftwaffe General. The following rule 4 under General Rules states "The New Life Rule only applies to individual(s) who are killed, this means that any witnesses or perpetrators to your character's death still have the memory of the actions/crimes you committed. When you have been placed under the effect of NLR, you will immediately forget anyone who you have interacted with, or any information in which you received or witnessed within that past 15 minutes. Any information gained outside of that 15 minute NLR window will be considered in-character." The Generalleutnant Luther Kuhn violated this rule and continued to use information from his death in order to get a PK on an entire group of people which is absurd to me. He first tried to detain myself for shooting him despite even admitting he was "shot in the head" the entire situation makes no sense. Is UA Exempt from this rule or there something preventing NLR from applying here? I have no clue. Sad that like 10-15 people get killed based on information used from a previous life. Additional Information: I can work on a clip of the situation at some point, seeing If I have it as of release of the Appeal, I'm generally more curious how and why this information from a previous life was allowed to be used. Wouldn't have even cared if it was a name PK, but a full PK is a little upsetting. Not here to argue, just here to learn how this stuff works again. The use of the information partially even lead to the Feldmarshal being killed from what I heard, which is very absurd, but again any information that can be provided is helpful.

One that was when I first joined, and the other recently. I have learned the rules to not make those mistakes again. I have previous staff on servers like Icefuse, Zenith Project, and Gaminglight. Those servers used Darkrp admin modules like ULX and others. I have 5000 hours on Garry's Mod, and 75% of that is used to do staff work. I have done countless sits and resolved even more issues. On Zenith Project, I was a Senior Administrator with the task of supervising the staff team for SMT and determine who needed help. On Icefuse, I became a Elite Administrator and did the same thing. I supervised a lot of staff and made sure they did everything correctly. I even made sure they were properly trained and supervised their sits. I am also currently RPI as the Chief of the GSD. I remade the entire department and have gained the experience within the server to conduct staff duties. I'm also well known around the server. I currently understand that being staff is a long and dedicated position, with a lot of responsibility with the title as Moderator and the ranks above that, and as such I can be dedicated to that position. I have been around in the early hours and the late hours of the day, and I have noticed that staff tickets stay idle during these times.
