To me being on the staff team is not about getting powers or special treatment. It is about being patient, respectful, fair, and able to handle situations without allowing for emotions to get in the way of an outcome. I believe I have the ability to retain level headedness and represent the staff team well. I want to help the server grow into a fun and inviting community. [150 Words or more]: The main job of a staff member is to ensure the server stays fair and fun for everyone. Staff members have to enforce the server rules and respond to player reports. They also have to handle situations such as RDM or rule breaks. Every situation should be handled fairly. Staff members should look at the facts. Treat everyone the same. A huge responsibility of the staff team is to help players whenever a ticket is made and when they require assistance. This means answering questions, helping new players, as well as enforcing any rules such as RDM.The staff team serves as the enforcing factor ensuring all roleplayers have an enjoyable and uninterrupted time. A staff member is not meant to immediately ban someone. A duty as staff is to, instead of banning them, explain and teach on how the rules and operations of the server run. -1 Look man, your a great guy in roleplay. Personality is a big factor in reviewing to me, as staff members ought to be approachable. There can be a huge difference bewteen approachable and immature/unprepared. Go and get more expierence in roleplay and come back and you'd be a great member of the team.

Hello! I was the General he was with. Upon July 14th, we marched into the ICC in the morning to get things moving. After a questioning order was denied, we moved in to handle it on our own. Once we entered, we noticed an officer with a Primary arm, in which we went to investigate, and was immediately cut off by the military's opposing General officer, which was the one detained. In no way did Alaric Black order the detainment of the General, it was I, myself as the General in the NSB who in which ordered the Detainment of the General due to his refusal of Investigation. I am unsure how this resulted in a full PK, rather than a name pk.

On second thought, I agree with MomsMom and BananaMan. During the duel you spoke OOC saying it wasn't fair that you were outed for something you didn't do. I understand your frustration with being the fall guy in your faction but the situation was still in-character & you used VC to speak in OOC in front of a large crowd. After reviewing some footage of the situation I think you need more time playing in the server to get used to the political dynamics that this server focuses on. My interactions with you were good overall. I think you would be a great member of the staff team after getting more experience in RP.

Thank you for the honest feedback. I apologize for not staying in character during serious roleplay situations. I understand that’s an important quality for staff, and I clearly need to improve in that area. I’ll work hard on keeping my cool and staying fully in character, especially during high-pressure moments. That said, I do feel some of the recent situations (like being instantly accused and PK’d right after logging on while just trying to guard during the ceremony) were not good roleplay either. I was just doing my job as a Wachkommando and got no chance to RP properly. I’m trying to learn from both sides. I’m on the server almost every day, but I understand I still need to become more active in the broader community and get better known. I’ll focus on that and continue improving my RP before reapplying. Thank you again for the advice — I appreciate it.

Moderators answer tickets for those in need and carry them out, they observe rp situations ooc situations, and sketchy situations that seem like it might be breaking the rules, they comp weapons they ask for clips they watch over berlin and protect it and they help people with tickets in the discord! They add vendors to stores, lockers to buildings, wardrobes to houses and stores. Moderators also rp too and have to maintain their duties during rp also, if they see anything rule breaking they must pause their rp and go apprehend the rule breaker. If they see anything with the potential to lag the server (too many items spawned at once) they get rid of them!

Thank you for the feedback. I apologize for my behavior during yesterday’s duel. I got frustrated with somethings outside my life so I took that anger on to the game. I wasn't in my right head space when joining yesterday. That was immature and broke roleplay — I fully understand why that is unacceptable, especially when applying for staff. I will work on staying calm and in character at all times, no matter the situation. Why does the character in question have the same name as the previously PK'd character in the LAPO? Please refer to Character Rule 9. You shot the person in question without checking their ID, attempting to stop them or hold any sort of interaction. Somebody wearing a suit could be and in this case was a government official.
