At the time I left the server, it was already past the time I would have had lunch, and I was going to get off to do that right after seeing what the LAPO infront of the ICC wanted (that being my arrest). I didnt rejoin immediately because I didnt want to be held up for another possible hour for my arrest to be proccessed and end up skipping lunch

@PotatoTornado Connection logs show no attempt to load back into the server after the accidental ALT+F4 you claim happened. If disconnecting from the server was not intentional then you should have reconnected to continue the roleplay that was ongoing between you and other players. The failure to reconnect resulted in a ban for LTARP. Given the details explained in this appeal so far, a dispute appeal is not wise.

As they opened up my inventory, I tried to go into first person so I could see the descriptions of the LAPO. The buttons for slow walking (alt) and changing perspective (F4) are also the keybind for closing the current application. Im not denying that I knew ALT F4 was a shortcut for that, but that I simply wasn't paying attention to the fact I was still slow walking. Additional Information:

+1 after multiple kidnappings and shootings the military was on lockdown. Forces then thought it was appropriate to march into the Bendler block to enforce their will. An order was given to open fire, he was just the first one to act upon that order. I don’t know why he died as this was a multiple skirmish situation where he and others were ordered to fire. He in fact did not MASS RDM or anything. Forces bypassed our general and were attempting to acquire our command members. We/he acted in response. i can give full details to UA

In both situations the same guy had told me to open fire, I did the same thing in each one, I was only punished in the second one. I feel like this was a lose lose for me no matter what, but that's not why I'm making a PK appeal, I feel this is a precarious situation. Additional Information: I have clips of both situations, in both I was told to open fire. The clips both show a very similar situation, it might be by the books, but I feel I shouldn't be PK'ed for it.

Yes, I was in a rush and I didn't have time to inform admins.

Thanks for updating the appeal. I would not recommend having this as a dispute. Being arrested as a result of the military lying is still roleplay. There are no rules against it and it's not a defense to add to an LTARP appeal. While having IRL obligations is understandable, you are at least expected to inform staff that you must leave the server through the use of @ in chat. Without any attempts of letting our staff members know that you had to leave the only remaining explanation is LTARP (leaving to avoid roleplay) which is against our rules. This makes the ban valid and a dispute invalid.

True, Religion RP is a very risky double edged sword. Cause Religion + Gaming is mostly either verrrrrry sarcastic or as a message of criticism against it for the sake of offense. Even if it's just Christianity, these models would probably only serve a purpose of just being...a priest or bishop without holding real power. Plus because it doesnt serve purpose, because it's religionRP, and doesn't go well to politics RP, it remains dicey as always.

@zruzxe Please mention in the appeal why you attempted to evade the ban by connecting to the server with an alternate account last month. This is a violation of Global Rule #11 which severely hurts your chances of an accepted appeal.

You were PK'd because you had decided to re-enter the office of the CDBK after dying. When you returned you had then proceeded once again to initiate conflict and start a gunfight. For this you were PK'd.

Hello, I was your banning staff member. I struggle to remember the entire situation as it happened some time ago now, I recall speaking to you before the situation in the LAPO station about something to do with trolling, but you then proceeded to troll and even worse MRDM in the LAPO station. I had a huge amount of tickets come through about RDM and to my surprise it was you. It is irrelevant that the player pop was low, as there’s trolling and then there’s taking it to a whole new rule guideline. You had just got off a permanent ban for trolling if I recall correctly. this ban was extended because of your extensive history of offences. Thank you for your apology, this will be discussed. Please include some more context here. You had only just returned from Permanent Ban and after 4 days MRDM'd the LAPO. You also attempted to circumvent your ban by using an ALT Account only last month.
