We were all having a back-and-forth with insults, but it wasn’t anything too out of line. Whoreson then replied in chat, pointing out that I had a Nick Fuentes quote as a Bible verse in my Discord bio: “Nick 3:16 - A white boy in motion stays in motion.” He stated that it was vile to have that as a Bible quote, and I replied with, “If it’s so vile, then may God strike me down where I stand.” After reading this, Whoreson then stated that “we weren’t going to do this and I could go play somewhere else.” My roles were removed from the Discord but I was not kicked/banned from any of them. I didn’t realize that I was banned from the sever until the next day, when I went to join the server and it said that I had been permanently banned for “Heretical scum". Why do you deserve to be unbanned?: It has now been 5 days since I was banned, and over these last couple of days, I have thought a lot about this situation. I can understand that having that as a Bible verse is in bad taste and could be viewed as offensive to people that follow religion heavily. I myself am a religious man, but didn’t see it as an issue. I have since removed it from my Discord bio and do not plan on putting it back. As for the comment I made to Whoreson, I want to sincerely apologize, as I did not mean any offense by my statement, and I do truly regret making it. As for why I deserve to be unbanned, other than this incident, I have had a very clean record and have never caused any major issue on the server. Additionally, I have been a contributing player on and off for many years. And if I’m given another chance, I plan on thinking before speaking and not allowing my emotions to get the best of me in the moment. I do think I deserved a punishment for this situation, If my punishment is not appealed directly, I at least ask for it to be made a non-permanent ban so that I may at least return to the server in the future. I do not believe one month is adequate time to be considered given the circumstances. This 'Apology' is more you attempting to justify an IC Punishment or PK for your actions... You have 10 Bans and 4 notes, which as Browniemeister said, are all related to RDM. You may re-apply in 40 days. Hello, I am Governor, the member of the staff team that banned you originally for 3 (not 2) weeks during the raid in the ICC. The issue is that during this unapproved raid, you were part of a group that consisted of players that were clearly minging, and had previous records like yourself consisting of RDM. (Your character name at time of ban was Xing jing Ping). I decided that given your track record and activities during this raid, a 3 week ban would be reasonable punishment. However, a permanent ban as a result of your actions at 3 in the morning is relatively unreasonable. Therefore, I do support your appeal and recommend a replacement of the permanent ban with a lower ban.

I attempted this in the middle of the night (around 3AM my time) when I was not thinking at all. I've played on this server for like a year or two now, where throughout most of the hours I have played, I had fun. I admit attempting to alt was a very stupid thing to do on my end, and I apologise deeply. On the subject of my original ban reason, I got banned for attempting to free multiple members of the Ministry of Interior under the lead of another individual; this was during a civil war. This was marked as a "raid without approval". I agree, it was also stupid on my end, but I was unaware of how that scenario fell into that rule, and I am sure that is also the same thought of the other individual who was also banned. I now know how that rule works and how it impacts roleplay majorly. I own up and apologise heavily for the mistakes I've partaken in. Okay, I think I know what might happened. I'm with my roommate in the dorm and there's one computer in the room that we share. So I think he was on his account because he plays the same server as me. I wasn't there at the time because I had classes. So I'm suspected of trying to avoid the ban, but I really can't say anything because I wasn't there at the time. So I'll leave it to you to decide what to do about that incident.
