SteamID (STEAM_0:X:XXX): STEAM_0:1:514681195 Staff member who issued the PK (if you know): the_noobybg Explain why you were PK'd: The National Security Bureau went to the ICC with a Protective Custody Order, they were asked to rewrite it due to the invalid data provided, and when they came back and submitted it a second time, two generals decided to physically block the door from closing and the Generalinspektor of the GSD entered the base and decided to arrest a member of the MGD. Feldjagers and I pointed our weapons at him and subjected him to FearRP, but he continued to disobey our orders, so we shot him. At that point a gunfight broke out and I was killed. Why should you be un-PK'd?: The supervision of the PK was not adequate and the PK was invalid because following the directives: Administrator | Administrator+ oversight - All Government PKs (Except for RPI) The Director of Military Intelligence is considered RPI so the staff member who conducted the PK was not sufficiently qualified to oversee the situation. Additional Information: Upper Administration wasn't involved at all during the PK.

After further review by the UA Team, the Prätor can be heard giving the order to "shoot him" (the Konsul) multiple times. While the Konsul was heavily outnumbered, and shooting him resulted in a massacre that decimated the roleplay situation, the blame will not be held to you for following this order. Please be mindful going forward that following orders like this should not be followed blindly. We understand that tensions were high, but realistically the Konsul was not going anywhere. Clip one Lububu is not a reason to shoot someone everybody has a freedom of speech to a degree in the server and are allowed to speak their mind of the point that some stuff will get them in trouble with NSB, or even the staff depends on what you say. in this matter you warned him for saying LUBUBU and then shot them in the head which doesn't provide a reason to fire by military law nor did he commit any action against you for you to fight back in a self defense matter. I can agree that the 2nd person to "die" isn't confirmed dead nor do we see him die by your gun it was thought he had died from your actions. The main guy who clipped the videos was shot by you. BUT to note you as a military soldier have the right to refuse orders from any command above you even a Feldmarhsal if you seem the mission/job given breaks laws or even could be harmful to you or others. Those orders doesnt count for him but counts for you as you are the one who opened fired on civilians and can be tired by Military court if the rp was the go that way.

I do actually plan on roleplaying when coming back given the circumstance, and I'll certainly try to keep it more professional the next time. The main reason why I did what you had said was primarily because I just simply didn't want to be discharged and I felt at the time that doing that would be the best solution before the bragging in front of the base was the final nail in the coffin for me.
