Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]: I try my best making this as long as possible like when you made essay for school you try to length things out. Again lot of yapping but I believe I’d be a good fit for the staff team because I’m willing to put in the time and effort to support the server and its community. I may not know everything about being staff on Prometheus yet, but I’m always ready to learn from the other staff members and improve. I understand that the role comes with a lot of responsibility, and I would take it seriously. I also know how important it is for staff to be active. Players can need help at any time, whether they’re stuck in a wall or dealing with someone breaking the rules. I’d do my best to stay involved and help whenever I can. But yet real-life is still a thing, so I might not be on then due to needing to deal with that can come up, of course, but I’d still make an effort to use my free time to support the server. I think I’d also bring a fair and open-minded approach. I’m willing to listen to people and hear both sides before making a decision. I know how frustrating it is when a staff member seems biased, and I’d never want players to feel that way when interacting with me. I’d aim to stay calm, treat people fairly, and follow the server’s rules when handling situations. I also have some experience moderating other servers. Those servers have since shut down, but I still learned a lot about working with a community and being part of a staff team. I know there’s more for me to learn, and I’m comfortable asking questions again its not a big problem for me. Truly want to learn. Ultimately, I want to join the staff team because I enjoy playing on this server and want to help make it a good place for everyone. [150 Words or more]: To me, a staff member’s main job is to make sure the server stays fair, welcoming, and fun for everyone. That means helping players follow the rules, take roleplay seriously, and show respect for the community. Since not everyone will follow the rules, staff need to be ready to step in when issues come up. Staff members should also be there to answer questions, offer help, and respond to reports. Before making a decision, they should hear both sides of the story. No one wants to deal with a staff member who’s already chosen a side before listening. It’s important to stay calm and treat everyone fairly, even when friends are involved. Staff also help protect the server from people who try to spoil the experience, such as hackers, exploiters, trolls, or anyone disrupting roleplay. At the end of the day, being staff is about more than handing out punishments. It’s about supporting players and fellow staff members and helping everyone enjoy their time on the server.

These happened due to mistakes in judgment and not fully following the rules at the time. You lost your temper which you admitted, and while under gunpoint you decided to start babbling "YOU'RE SPAWN CAMPING! YOU'RE SPAWN CAMPING!" while swinging punches at the one aiming a gun at you. While there was indiscriminate shooting, you retaliated in the worst way on somebody who was actually trying to roleplay with you. Running away or wailing on your attacker is never a good idea, and shows clear disregard for your life. Another UA member will review your appeal and decide on the outcome.

PK stands for a Permanent-Kill. For a permanent-kill to occur, it must follow the PK Guidelines. Once a character is PK'd, all access to the character is lost. The only way to gain access to said character is to appeal the PK, and have it accepted under the pretense the PK did not follow PK guidelines. They were taking the spawns, and spraying down people who were respawning, which in a moment of pure rage (and lack of intelligence), I started screaming at them like a gibbering moron that they were spawn camping us instead of letting staff step in or instead of simply letting it happen. I was swiftly slayed and PK'd, and an announcement was put out that Breaking Roleplay would result in a perma-death afterwards. Why should you be un-PK'd?: I lost my shit a little there, and I understand the staff verdict in stopping the breakdown of proper roleplay. In the future, I will keep better control of my anger and words and rely on the ticket system if I feel there is an issue rather and breaking roleplay to stop it myself. As you can see on the video wasn't cuffed, I started shooting the millisecond Mayor started walking forward, I am a human and I dont have inhuman reaction time of 0.00009 milliseconds to stop firing I don't think, if we are looking at this from the RP way that a person who is held hostage would try to walk towards the attacker, I think that a person in that situation would try to walk away

SteamID: 76561198145600457 Staff member who issued the PK (if you know): John Chernobyl Explain why you were PK'd: Was killed in the city hall as a Public Advocate Guard doing security for the premises, after defending myself against a ABI Agent that attempted to arrest me within the City Hall, the arrest was for a "questioning order" that was brought against me due to doing my job a night ago during a guarding detail for the Public Advocate, were he was disturbing the peace and I told him to stop or he'll be detained, and that set him off by getting a QO. Which he was unable to get me then due to me in said guarding detail until today. When he was going to arrest me he did not say before hand that I was under arrest or detainment, so as a PAG doing security within the city hall I reacted immediately and defended myself by firing my MP40 upon him. I lost due to being crippled and was mid reload. Why should you be un-PK'd?: In the circumstance it was generally poor explanation by the agent for why there was a QO upon me for doing my job, and also the poor conduct of him, as well as him not even trying to explain WHY he decided to even arrest me instead of being professional and talking with me and leading me to whatever I was to go, I was defending myself in the City Hall which was the supreme jurisdiction of the PAG, and I acted accordingly, not only that but I read the QO and it said that If I evade or refuse THEN I get arrested, not before, so he known what he was doing. And this character did not even have a chance to grow yet as I believe Hermann is only a few days old at most. Additional Information: I completely understand if it is denied, John was just doing his job.

Hello, Looking at the logs it was set to PK active but it was not approved or greenlit by bananaman and he did not overwatch it. i do not know which staff member set it PK active. At this time it will be up to UA to decide and further investigate who set the PK active and then decide if they want to un pk that char. But you also created a new character with the same name as well after this char was pk'd so i do not know if this will be invalid or not hence you created basically the same character with the same name.

Just to expand on this, I was never moved into a separate room. My "PK" took place inside a cell with 7-8 other low-ranking NYPD members, alongside military personnel and the one who shot me. Unless you have a clip to prove your claim, which you are making, then I'd suggest you stop lying. The fact you're failing to clarify what supposedly happened instead of the statement I've provided shows you're either talking about a different situation or intentionally lying about it. I've spoken to several others that were also a part of this supposed "RP Situation". It's come to my attention that multiple low-ranking personnel were "PK'd". What doesn't make sense is making people who have presumably recently joined the community or server start all over again simply attracts players elsewhere. There seems to have been many PKs which had a lack of reasoning or justification during this situation, including mine. I wont be making any further responses on my appeal. Myself along with another member of NYPD were talking with members of Military at their front gate. This was long after any attempted raid. After they refused to continue talking to us I proceeded to lockpick the door to attempt to continue talking with them. The minute I did this, I was shot by yourself without any conversation or roleplay, Quite literally the definition of RDM. I pulled you into a sit and explained all of this to you and you continued to argue your point and believed you were in the right, that is where you promptly banned.

My hands were literally raised in the air and I wasn't moving. You just wanted to shoot someone in the back of the head. I just asked you why you did it, and you just kept insulting me. I then just asked you to apologize for RDming (so you can understand that you can't just shoot people because you feel like it) and you said you don't apologize to faggots.
