Character's name & rank: Oberbootsman Rudiger Luther SteamID (STEAM_0:X:XXX): STEAM_0:0:119674273 Staff member who issued the PK (if you know): Expert (I think) Explain why you were PK'd: Some civilian broke into the ICC, I warned him 3 times to stop, he kept running and was therefore shot. That same civilian came back (Which I originally thought was NLR, but I forgot about the rule that got added not too long ago) and started threatening to have me detained and killed, He then told some Leutnant of the Heer to detain me (No clue why a Leutnant is listening to a civilian lol), I then shot and killed the Leutnant and then was killed. Why should you be un-PK'd?: So I shot after hearing a Luftwaffe nearby shoot, thinking that the Luftwaffe was starting the gunfight, I later realized that the luftwaffe was shooting at something completely different, but in the heat of the moment I genuinely though the Luftwaffe guy started the gunfight. I was also given no chance to defend myself in the PK sit and was basically just told off. Not really sure why in the clip staff (from the complaintant) was given, the other gunshots were given no mind and I was immediately accused of starting a gunfight. I know how this sounds, but what I am saying is true. If you check our donations, you would see that we have completely different names, IP addresses, and billing addresses, and our Steam accounts confirm that we are two different people. He plays video games I have never even played, owns some of the same games I own, and even games I don't. It would make no sense for someone to purchase the same games on two different accounts. Our CS2 lockers are another way I feel I could prove this. He has purchased some of the same weapons as me, even has weapons I don't have, and has Prime on his account. I know this is really rambly, but I'm attempting to prove my innocence without exposing our personal information. I would be happy to open a UA ticket or even DMs to provide any information you need. I'm also going to attach images of the Steam accounts in question to show that they are different people and that they play different games. I am also going to share logs of me inviting him to play Counter-Strike with me. Please message me back with any other information I can share to help resolve this. Our alt detection system does not ban based off Steam Library game sharing. It's a sophisticated system that does not "guess" if accounts are associated. A number of factors must be true for it to enact a ban. If it determines that the accounts are yours, then they are yours. We've been hearing the "friend" and "brother" excuses for years.

I can quickly clear up the D. Mathews ban. This is my friend, and we are sharing games. I can provide evidence if this is needed.

You spending money on the server is irrelevant as to why you were alting, you said that your MRDM ban expired an year ago, but you are role-playing in this account for more than two, you yourself have admitted to alting in this occasion.

Hi @Tiamat_Defender, The Mass RDM ban that is being references is not from the Microsoft Access (Tiamat_Defender) account, but instead the dmathews (STEAM_0:1:205613836) account, which was banned on 1/13/2026 by Major Whoreson. The following is a list of all of the accounts you own and have accessed our server using. - dmathews (STEAM_0:1:205613836) - Admiral Bonhardt (STEAM_0:0:628920206) - Microsoft Access 2016 aka Tiamat_Defender (STEAM_0:0:587368298) dmathews was banned on 1/13/2026 by Major Whoreson. You then connected to the server on 4/19/26 @ 6:20:21PM UTC with the Admiral Bonhardt account which got it permanently banned for being alt of dmathews. You then connected to the server on 4/19/26 @ 6:54:21PM UTC with the Microsoft Access 2016 account which got it permanently banned for being an alt of Admiral Bonhardt.

Hello Expert, My Steam account (Microsoft Access 2016, a nickname for my Tiamat_Defender account) has been running on Prometheus for nearly 2 years. I acknowledge the MRDM ban as valid, but it is irrelevant, as it expired nearly a year ago. I had no bans to evade, nor would I evade a ban. As I said before, during steam startup, I had picked the wrong Steam account. This account has never connected to Prometheus or Garry's Mod until today. I did not ALT a second time. The second alt detection was my main account (The one I have been roleplaying on for almost 2 years and have donated almost $300 on). This appeal, in my opinion, should be accepted because I have no reason to ALT into the server, and it was a simple mistake when choosing the proper Steam account. I appreciate you writing a message on this thread. I believe it. It has helped me clear up some misconceptions.

You were originally banned for MRDM, then tried to alt not once, but twice. I don't see as to why this appeal should be accepted.

What can i say other than +1, Known roleplayer, great presence and was formerly a senior moderator, not only that, but you took alot of tickets back then.

Firstly, I have been a part of the community for a decent bit of time now, I believe I am a respected individual and can bring good values to the team. Next, my past roleplay experience being over 6 years, through multiple different games, including Garry's Mod, and FiveM. Being staff on both helped me gain a great experience, with not only learning how to control situations, but also how to communicate with the individuals being accused and attempt to understand the situation at a high level. Next, I believe I should be picked due to the ideas, and new implementations that I could recommend in regarding to for example, server wide events. Furthermore, I believe in fairness, and un-bias situations. I believe that myself as an individual can help control these situations and avoid any conflicts in terms of bias, or possible an unfairly ruling, personally myself, I don't look at friend ships or hypotheticals in situations, right or wrong, is normally the only option, unless both individuals committed a rule break. Next, I have over 2500 hours on Garry's Mod, I believe that not only with my past experience as being a staff member, but also my experience within the game, can help newer players not only enjoy the server, but also stay around, and become a valued member of the community, whether that just included them needing to learn how to use a Phys Gun, or how to place props, I believe that my experience within the game can help them do this, and I strongly believe that even the littlest of things can make someone's mood change, and possible stay within the server for a great deal of time. The first being an enforcer of the rules and assuring that they are held to the highest standard. Nextly I believe that coming with the enforcement of the rules, requires a person who has an understanding of them to assure that they are not misinterpreted and to avoid wrongful bans and kicks, as well as someone who can communicate to the individual accused correctly. Furthermore, I believe a staff member should be actively taking tickets, to assuring the other members of the community are taken care of in a timely manner, to ensure the roleplay within the server keeps active, and there is not a lot of down time. Last but not least, I believe all members of the staff team, should be held to a standard different than others, are there always times for jokes yes, but I believe one of the responsibilities for being a staff member includes being held to a different standard then other members of the community.
