Additional Information: Browniemeister brought roleplay to a grinding halt and scolded (for a stupid reason) me out of character while on his IC NSB character, also proceeding to demote me from Hauptkommissar to Polizeiuntermeister after I used the lights tool to roleplay shining a really bright light at someones during an NSB interrogation. He also did all of this in the interrogation room without bringing me to a sit room, also directly infront of our captive. Looks like he was intentionally trying to make me look like an absolute imbecile because I used an odd method of torture/method of gather information. From the beginning, before I decided to roleplay this way, I asked NSB command about using the lights as a method of getting information/signing documents during interrogation. I made sure they were aware of what I intended to do, and they gave no objections so i went on ahead with my plan. I spawned a lamp prop beside our prisoner and spawned a few lights that lit up the entire room, making everything bright. All was well for a few minutes until Brownie no clipped on his NSB character to out of character scold me for using the said lights as a method of making somebody give us info. He entered from the walls, invisible, and proceeded to ramble on about how I was a bumbling moron for a few minutes instead of explaining why what I was doing was bad. After his dick swinging and belittling session ended, we finally discussed why what I was doing was bad. He gave arguements such as "It is bad for roleplay, because its a really bright light and it makes them not want to come back", like other methods of torturing them or blindfolding them would make them want to come back more. I made the argument that the only difference between that and blindfolding/torturing is that this is white screen, and blindfolding is black screen. Along with that, it is simply a bright light that only gets a bright as the screen they are playing on. He then after asking me if i see any issue with that (which I replied No), he, without any elaboration, calls me a retard or whatever idiotic insult he can come up with. After going back and forth, he states that I am demoted back to Polizeiuntermeister because I need "re-learn how to play the game". After arguing about the same thing for another 30 seconds he threatens to put me into Landespolizei, before Generalinspektor intervenes the retardation before he can transfer me OOCly, breaking the rules even further.

I got called over by a Generalmajor to do a GO PK on a civ, he had you in the cells and wanted to kill you, as you were a civ I accepted the PK and set you active so he could shoot you. It might seem unfair to you, but he can still get IC punishment for it as it is sorta just murder.
