If so, what were they for and what could you have done to prevent getting them next time?: I received a note for RDM warning on November 27th 2024, this was a very long time ago and it was a complex situation which I do understand I could have prevented by roleplaying the situation. Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]: I have been a member of this community at Prometheus for quite awhile who actually cares about putting in the work for the staff team, as proven by my stint earlier back when I was in the staff team, and can properly execute my duties on the staff team. I understand that the members of the staff team are supposed to be in affect, leaders within the community of Prometheus and are expected to do certain things, which are things that I am able to uphold myself into doing, such as maintaining a sense of discipline but also friendliness, and actual critical thinking in a situation. I’ve been able to apply critical thinking and decision-making in many decisions, both in my time as a staff member and in roleplay, which would be decisions that I would sometimes have to make as a staff member, even when not everybody in the room can be pleased. I have common sense and can apply it to my time as a staff member when I need to make decisions that require such, as well as decision making, which I am fully aware that those situations arise on the daily. I also have the ability to be as active as needed to fill out my duties and continue helping the server as a staff member, and assist things like my faction and community members easier and in-part, also reducing the workload on other members of staff. My time in this community and experience makes me perfectly fit for the role that I am applying for, and also makes me stand out among other applicants. I have the complete capacity, want, and ability to perform all my duties and community standards that are expected of a staff member, which is a main reason as to why I should be chosen for the staff team. What are the duties and responsibilities of the position you are applying for in your own words? [150 Words or more]: A staff member should be a readily available person, who is at least decently active, both in the gameplay and the community of Prometheus Networks. In gameplay, they should be able to provide assistance in situations that require their help like tickets or disputes, and always be on standby to provide staff help. On the other hand, staff members should also be active members of the community and have an ability to effectively communicate as courteously and friendly as need be, but also be able to properly put their foot down when need be and when the situation applies for either method of communication. The staff member’s most important duty and responsibility is to remember the image they are upholding, and that they are representing the main members of the Prometheus community, and how the staff team is intercepted in their abilities to execute regular day-to-day duties. Staff members have an obligation to be able to make quick decisions, have logical thinking in divided situations, understand how to communicate these tough decisions properly, and have confidence in their own decisions. Former Senior Moderator on Prometheus Networks Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]: I will say, I was a former Senior Moderator here and that could just be my full application there if I was lazy, but I am not and regonize that 8 months ago is a pretty damn long time ago to be waving that around, so I have quite some reasons why I would be a good staff member and should be chosen for the staff team. I know what my role and permissions would be and would be able to be caring and a good role model for members of the community, as that's a task of a staff member. Not just to lead in their staff duties in moderation, but in community engagement and set a good example for newer members who are interested in joining this server. I also know how to properly and effectively execute my task in any sort of ticket that opens, from promoting or putting a recruit in, to having to oversee an RDM case, I know how to effectively and caringly handle situations. And finally, I can realistically be active whenever possible. Thanks to it now being the summer, and general college stuff I will have ALOT more freetime to get the staff qouta and be on to handle situations whenever needed and be an excellent and contributing member to the team. Overall, my reasons for being picked to be apart of the staff team is while I not only have the proper experience to serve on the team, I can also learn and be able to work effectively and reasonably to help this server grow and it's image grow, which is a very important part of what should be looked for in a staff member and is exactly what I have to be an effective member of the team and do my part properly. [150 Words or more]: There are many duties and responsibilites of a staff member and moderator, adminstrator, and UA on the prometheus staff team. One of them is to be a positive outreach and influence on the community. A staff member is not just supposed to be a rule enforcer, they are supposed to be a role model and someone who can be reached out to and members can feel comfortable knowing that their concerns and issues will be heard with care and the right attitude. Also, they are to be not just tough but FAIR. Not overly harsh, not overly soft. They are to have impartial judgement and give honest assessments with the situation so that a proper ruling can be handed down, as every situation is different. Sometimes a staff member needs to admit that they are conflicting with interest, and give that ticket and case to a fairer member. Overall, staff duties and responsibilites come in different shapes, but I believe this a proper assessment as to what my job would be should I get accepted for what I am applying for.

I worked on a DarkRP server as staff, I sadly cannot provide the name because it's long lost. Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]: You should pick me because i've been playing for awhile, and i've seen clips, tips and guides on how to do staff stuff, this is what I believe personally already makes me a good fit, and I wouldn't have any real issues with doing my job professionally. I have managed to get a much better work schedule, which will allow me to be on multiple hours daily if needed in the afternoon, so if you ever never an flexible and a person with a good time zone and work ethic, then I would absolutely have that nailed down for ya. I've been actively involved in the community for quite awhile, and there are alot of people who know me and can attest that i'm a responsible and capable person, as i've worked in other fields before, and pretty much understand every corner of the server and know my in and outs of different and complex situations that I will probably have to handle as staff. I can read the rules like a book as well, I know everything you need to know about that, like RDM, VDM, PO's, NITRP, NRL, I could go on and on about that. But you could literally give me a term in the comments and I would nail it. I've got plenty of knowledge and the skillset to do the proper and adequate tasks as a staff members, and I would be very humbled to be able to serve, as i've been wanting to for a quite a bit of time now. So overall, i've answered the questions you may have about me and ask like, "Why should I hire this person?", "What would they bring to the table?" i've fixed up the issues on my first staff app of low community engagement, and I am now a full-fledged community member and would absolutely LOVE to be a staff member in this community. [150 Words or more]: When approaching the duties, it might seem complicated at first, however on a deeper delve, the duties of staff can be complex and difficult, as well as fastly moving/shaping, but you have a main duty and job you stick to as a staff member. First off, your not a community member, your a community LEADER now, and engaging with your community and reaching out is very important. It's fine to want to keep your staff stuff to yourself, but being an engaged and actively fun person is important. Doing your job like awnsering tickets, getting rid of people like minges who just want to ruin the RP for most people, and doing what your told, and what your supposed to do. There's three words that start with C that can also pretty well sum up good ways to do your job, which I mentioned last application, but they are Coordination, Cooperation, and Command. You have to be able to Coordinate with your fellow staff members, and community members to ensure stuff gets done, and everything is running properly. With Cooperation, we've all heard the phrase "No man Rules Alone", and just change it to "No man staffs alone." as you have to do a team effort to ensure that things are going smoothly, after all, Teamwork makes the Dreamwork. And with command, you have to be prepared to iniative, and dont be afraid. Command is a proper part of life we all learn, and you must be able to do it effectively as staff, along with juggling all the other duties listed above.
