Hello, I was the staff member who approved your PK. One thing I will like to menstion is that I do not know the context of the Sit room situation, as I am unsure why people are yammering about it since this is a PK appeal and not a Staff report. 3 things I will be menstioning to explain why I decided on this character getting PKed. First things first, at any point within this message is not towards the person or staff to revolve around any discrimination. Starting off with the beganing, You were talked too by the Landespolizei and were questioned or you were questioning the LaPo NCO, which then after the Enlisted was talking to you, you got angry that he was talking to you while you were talking to the NCO once you were fed up with it so you started running/walking away from the converstation, but while you were running the LaPo then started saying "Do not move" which then points to you are now under detainment and then the LaPo NCO pulled their weapon which then you pulled your weapon after which you ran behind a wall with the possiblity of starting a shootout with the LaPo. But while you were under detainment you were also under FearRP as they were activity trying to talk/arrest you when it happened. 2nd thing, At anypoint during an interaction can lead to anything, could have been yesterday and the PK would still be ineffect. 3rd thing, If the staff member was activity mocking you about it, you should be a clip or at least something to back it and make a staff report, here at the staff team we are here to do, not to fuck you and make jokes about you. The LaPo members were following FearRP #4 which was activity trying to detain you, which then falls under FearRP #1 which you did not abide by Fear RP Rule #1: "While under FearRP you are required to oblige by the commands of your captor. If you attempt to escape or pull out a weapon to fight back but are killed that would then display a disregard for your own safety. This is a calculated risk you took, or a denial to value your own life, which will result in your PK." Fear RP Rule #4: "You must have a valid reason to place someone under FearRP (I.E. Reason to forcibly detain, question, kidnap, or mug). Placing someone under FearRP without reason or just to bait a PK is not permitted and may result in a ban or character removal." Insummery, I pked you because you did not abide by FearRP #1 and #4. Also, just because the Weapons were unholstered but not pointing doesn't mean your are not under FearRP, with the click of 1 button you now are. Which in hindsight they could have been as you were running the whole time towards the RS. If none else, your appeal will be checked tomorrow at 6pm EST. This is now up to UA's discretion, the back and forth yapping will end now.

-1 The whole reason why "black" or "Female" models are not used is because of how people are now a days. If you take in the fact that this community is already disliking people with female voices or the fact people are trying to abuse the asian model to be black just to minge is the whole reason why we don't use the models.

I understand your situation, but a deleted character is unreversable. Unless UA is leaniant about it and gives you the character back, which im not sure they will. Reading our rules can help in these types of situations, as a suggestion I recommend reading them for a bit to figure out how to act reasonably within RP.

Neutral leaning towards +1 I like your application esspectially the design you put into it, but it seems a little excessive to my eyes. yes the purple is good to read on but its too much, a little stright forward is better in my eyes. But all in all I like it you seem like a good guy even though I've never seen you. I'd support it.

If Hound Perm banned you then it would have been for a good reason, but if you think you can fix your ways I say you should have an other chance.

Neutral I can see the Idea you had, to where its a group that from the inside out tears down the structure but the idea of people coming from this and climbing ranks to then tear down the whole system would just be a waste and an annoyence. I like the idea but it wouldn't fit this game.

Neutral. Leaning more toward +1 I've almost never incountered you in roleplay but thats dew to the fact that I'm not that popular on characters, but you are quite good at what you do as I have seen you do some good within staff and within roleplay as a bird.

I see that everyone here is believe you would be a good addition, I might as well. But, as others have seen you I have not and I am active on this server. You rarely are doing anything with staff, I do recognize this name but I recommend getting more involved in the community, more characters to expand your reach on staff and more recognizable. It actually is an option for only you to have access to a property, but then again others ICly require access as it is under the MOF.
