Hello, I am the staff member who PK'd (Permanently Killed) your character. In the clipped above, provided by @Lawson- It shows your character was placed under gunpoint and ordered to stop moving. You failed to listen to the orders while under gunpoint and continued to walk away from them. They took the decision to shoot you for breaking FearRP. Permanent Kills are an in-character punishment, not something you can just apologize for like a Permanent Ban for example. I do understand that you portray your character as respectful and calm, but you failed to listen to orders while guns were pointed at you, which led to your character's death. I thank you for making this appeal, and if you do have any questions please make them known.

Hello, I was the staff member who PK'd your character. The reason for your character being killed was because you LTARP'd (Leaving To Avoid Roleplay). Given that you were just removed from a ban, and immediately upon rejoining the server repeated the same action, it’s clear there may be some confusion regarding the rules. As such, the following clarification is provided: - As an example, if you are detained, and you leave to avoid being discharged or trialed, that would result in a ban because you are leaving to avoid roleplay/punishment (LTARP). You have to roleplay the situation out as your character, even if it means that your character is demoted, discharged, or killed. I’ll just go through each point, it will be very simple and brief: Low effort into the application, not even meeting the basic requirements. You do well in a niche part of roleplay and within Ouroboros, but I doubt you have an understanding of the rules from the perspective of a staff member. Also, Looking at it rationally, I wouldn’t want someone to take my ticket who forces a voice! This isn’t to bash you, I’m looking at this from a common view. That’s all.
