You managed to free two individuals, during which you had a rifle as well as a pistol pointed at your head in an attempt to get you to stop. You continued to untie a third guard whilst under direct gunpoint, leading to your death. Your PK fell into FearRP. Attempting to release individuals in a room that was highly secured is unlikely to succeed, the possibility of death was extremely high. Continuing to do so after having multiple guns to your head made it imminent. I shall inform Thomas of your Appeal.

No, you killed a user who was actively being restrained whilst he was outnumbered. You caused a gunfight, it is extremely clear cut and simple. You RUINED a RP Scenario.

During a situation within the Reichstag, you were being tied whilst under gunpoint - during which you pulled out a gun and killed somebody before then being killed. I passed comment to another Moderator about how "He'll be PK'd." and "Thats fine.". You were not 'threatened' with it at any point, nor were you actually spoken to about it directly as you claim. It is also worth mentioning that when this was remarked, you were on your 5th or 6th occasion to attempt to kill myself and other members of the Guard Group, in retaliation, as it was obvious you were not going to get into the Party Wing. I think given these reasons, you have absolutely no grounds to comment on Unrealistic Roleplay or NITRP. Comments made by myself and the Moderator were invalid and baseless. We knew we were involved, and had also mentioned it. A PK would not be, and was not issued due to these reasons. Not once did I 'Encourage a PK', neither did I say "PK Him" or "If you do not listen you will be PK'd.". It had absolutely zero connection to your 1d Ban, which has already been clarified by UA. Stop Messaging, Calling and Pinging me incessantly on Discord since your ban. Relax. I will refrain from replying further, as I do not care to be constantly contacted by yourself. UA will discuss this in due time.

You were detained and were going to be taken to a cell as I had explained over Radio. - I never said "I am going to PK you." but rather that something you done could be Pk'able. I cannot act on that as I was involved in the situation and it would not be at my discretion. You have not been PK'd. Nobody Metagamed, you simply left the server after being detained. The points you are making are totally irrelevant to your 'Apology' as this seems more like a 'Dispute'. I believe the 1D Ban was justified and that you should take the time to reset.

In addition, you were banned for 'NITRP' as you clearly held no intent, constantly shooting, shouting and hitting members of the Rosepratorian Guard in the Party Wing prior to your LTARP. In a situation which lasted 1 Minute, a member of the Luftwaffe was attempting to escort you, in ties, with his gun drawn. You were given clear commands which were perfectly reasonable, despite this, on multiple occasions you chose to try and flee, as well as blatantly deny his requests. In the end, you failed to go down the ladder and were warned that you would be shot if you did not comply. You didn't. - You were given extreme leeway in the situation and still refused to comply. The moral of the story is - If somebody has you in a vulnerable position and has a gun to your head, listen to what they say! Here are the PK Guidelines if you wish to review them. Hello, Bug. To establish a Business on the server you need to speak with two Organisations which I have listed below. To contact them, you can make advertisements in-game. Firstly, you need to speak to the Finance Ministry - This is to discuss the purchase of a property which you will use for your business premises. Secondly, you need to speak to the KAG - This is to establish your business officially on paper and legalize it so it can be run without any legal issues.
