Hello, thank you for using the Forums to create a Ban Appeal. You are right, the member of LAPO runs into the garage, the one who shot you. However, you turned around and unloaded a whole mag into a crowd who were walking down the street - this was the main reason for your ban as we were in no way involved and you ruined an active situation. Landing 4 headshots within seconds of each other was the reason that 'Aimbot' was added to your Ban Reason, as at the time it seemed fitting to what just occurred. After reviewing the clip with another Staff Member we can see that this is not the case due to multiple factors like 3rd Person, Crosshair etc. I would be happy to have that removed from your Ban Reason, as well as reducing your ban to 1 Week to reflect the MRDM which did still occur - Thank you for acknowledging that. A UA Member will review this Appeal and make a final decision. Thank you.

-1 I like our current weapon packs, changing it would be a lot of work and would require lots of work in tweaking player damage.

-1 Not something I feel is necessary and would cause extra work. Considering our upcoming migration to MITHC, I don't see any need for this.

Hello, thank you for using the Forums to create a Ban Appeal. Whilst I am not involved in your Ban, you cannot simply advertise a 'Revolution' to justify a raid and RDM of multiple users. If you wish to start a Resistance Group/Criminal Organisation, you must apply here. Unapproved Organisations as well as Unapproved Raids are against the server rules. From what you have written above, I believe you got off lucky with just a 'MRDM' ban.

You managed to free two individuals, during which you had a rifle as well as a pistol pointed at your head in an attempt to get you to stop. You continued to untie a third guard whilst under direct gunpoint, leading to your death. Your PK fell into FearRP. Attempting to release individuals in a room that was highly secured is unlikely to succeed, the possibility of death was extremely high. Continuing to do so after having multiple guns to your head made it imminent. I shall inform Thomas of your Appeal.

No, you killed a user who was actively being restrained whilst he was outnumbered. You caused a gunfight, it is extremely clear cut and simple. You RUINED a RP Scenario.

As far as I am concerned, you have added arms and legs to this situation. A comment made whilst you were dead has been twisted, and the only reason you are making this Staff Report is in retaliation to your Valid Ban for LTARP and NITRP. Hi there, thank you for continuing this and moving it to a more appropriate Forum. During a situation within the Reichstag, you were being tied whilst under gunpoint - during which you pulled out a gun and killed somebody before then being killed. I passed comment to another Moderator about how "He'll be PK'd." and "Thats fine.". You were not 'threatened' with it at any point, nor were you actually spoken to about it directly as you claim. It is also worth mentioning that when this was remarked, you were on your 5th or 6th occasion to attempt to kill myself and other members of the Guard Group, in retaliation, as it was obvious you were not going to get into the Party Wing. I think given these reasons, you have absolutely no grounds to comment on Unrealistic Roleplay or NITRP. Comments made by myself and the Moderator were invalid and baseless. We knew we were involved, and had also mentioned it. A PK would not be, and was not issued due to these reasons. Not once did I 'Encourage a PK', neither did I say "PK Him" or "If you do not listen you will be PK'd.". It had absolutely zero connection to your 1d Ban, which has already been clarified by UA. Stop Messaging, Calling and Pinging me incessantly on Discord since your ban. Relax. I will refrain from replying further, as I do not care to be constantly contacted by yourself.
