I wrote that in my first reply, and UA can see from the logs that the ban time was changed immediately. You cannot simply assume it is 'until I made this appeal'. An error occurred that set it to 2 Weeks instead of 1. I shall not be replying further as you are clearly trying to make this more about what happened in the sit room and not about why you believe you should be unbanned. Incorrect, I informed you that you were wrong and gave you the definition of GR1 and how it applied in your situation, as well as the other rules which had been broken. As I said, the song was played whilst the gag was about to be administered, not afterwards. I gave you all relevant information in the sit and did not add 'NITRP' after you wrote in /OOC. Firstly, my apologies - your ban is not 2 Weeks, however, it was extended to 1 Week due to how you spoke to me and utilized /OOC whilst I was writing your Ban Details. Please also amend your 'Why were you Banned' section to include the full reason which is - GR 1 | 4.8 | NITRP At no point did we argue, I simply stated the rules you had broke and how to avoid this in the future. I was not at all angry, myself and an Administrator had Gagged you for 10 Minutes due to you breaking Rule 4.8 - Voice Spam -. Whilst the Gag was being administered, you thought it would be a good idea to play a song which included lyrics such as 'Heil Hitler'. I pulled you into a sit room and explained that doing so was a breach of GR 1, as well as 4.8 due to voice spam. you should have known these actions were not allowed and a clear cause of discomfort to other players. You remained in the Sit Room for approx. 3 minutes whilst I wrote your Ban Reasoning, during which time you used /OOC to call me a 'fag'. Hence the extension from what was going to be a 2D ban to a 1W ban. In regards to you supposedly witnessing a member of our staff team do similar, it does not allow you to break the rules. If this scenario occurred, you are encouraged to make a Staff Report here on the Forums. UA will make a final decision on this Appeal, however, I suggest you put some more effort into it if you want to have any chance of it being considered.

Hello, Bug. Thank you for taking the time to Appeal through our Forums. The language you used when detained was completely unacceptable. When detained, you broke Global Rule 1 on MULTIPLE occasions and continued to do so until you were banned. As angry as you were, you should never have said what you did. It is worth mentioning as Slug has posted above, that you attempted to ALT over a 4D Ban. Please write your Appeal with some genuine care and consideration, as well as following and highlighting what rules you actually broke. Otherwise it will be Denied. I do not believe you should be unbanned due to the nature of the incident, however, UA will make the final decision.

Whilst I did not authorize your PK, I was heavily involved when speaking with the individual who was seeking the GriefPK - Discussion before UA Approval - which is why I shall comment here to further explain why you were PK'd within our Guidelines. You had written and signed an Official Witness Statement, with a Polizeigericht member, which detailed a players actions which would have him tried in a Court for Espionage. Something which can be punishable by arrest and/or death. To stop this, he took matters into his own hands and asked if it was a viable GriefPK. The PK was approved as Greif falls under 'ANY Information which can lead to arrest/execution.' furthermore because what you had accused him of was A. Not Public Knowledge, B. Illegal & C. Information which would lead to Consequences or Punishment. Overall, this ticked all the boxes and fell into the category for a Valid GriefPK. However, UA shall make the final decision.

Description of the idea: Over an extended period of time, after approval by UA, Vendors have been placed for players. However, lots of these Vendors are rendered useless as the player no longer owns or runs said business which the Vendor was placed for. By removing these unused Vendors, it makes way for possible new ones as well as more space in the affected business premises. Why should this be added?: To clear old and unused Nutscript Vendors which were previously approved and placed by UA. This also allows for active Businesses to attract more players, as many can access and use these unused NutVendors, meaning they have no need to interact with a functioning business. What negatives could this have?: N/A - Only Vendors which are entirely unused (No Longer a Business/Entities Removed relating to Vendors) will be removed. It would not cause any issues. Additional information: - Relevant Vendors to consider for Removal: 53 Erskinne-Street - 'Casino Manager' NutVendor for the Raven Cigar Lounge. I wanted to create this Thread to discuss Building and the tools which Prometheus offer to Donators in order to construct Businesses, Checkpoints, Defences and more. Since returning, I have found a great love for the 'Advanced Material' tool. Here you can see how I have used it to create a whole new façade for the Bar I am making on Prinzregent Street which will be named 'Prinzregent Pub'. Love this new feature for allowing materials to blend with the buildings around them if you are constructing anything, it stops lots of things from sticking out like a sore thumb if you use the tool. \/ Photos included below of the exterior and interior! In the sit you were brought to you openly admitted to 'Running people over, because its fun.' You were given amble opportunity to apologise and show sincerity but you did not. Your previous Bans reflect this as written in the 'Ban Reason'. I do not believe you should be unbanned. You blatantly broke the rules and admitted to it. Hi there, thank you for posting this appeal. I am almost certain your ban period will be completed the time this is reviewed. When you post an Appeal, please actually include the ban reason - 'RDM | PO's | NITRP'. Your car is irrelevant to the ban reason. It was deleted as you were ramming cars outside of the casino and ran me over on the path, doing so you knocked me unconscious. After removing your car, you followed me into the casino and shot me in the head with no interaction or reason. I discussed with you in a sit about why your car was deleted, it was done for good reason to prevent you running over any of the others around the casino at the time after you hit me and attempted to do it again. Trying to 'sell' a gun does not result in RDM'ing someone by shooting them in the head... - Notice how you admit to it in the Ban Appeal title, I do not know what you are trying to dispute seeing as you have admitted that you RDM'd me. Please think more carefully about your actions next time.
