Good point of discussion. There is a time and a place to take action in these events. For example, if a Generalleutnant runs somebody over when leaving the ICC, an Enlisted or an NCO of the Landespolizei is not going to drag him out of the car and place him in cuffs. One must think about the situation and its severity/what actions should follow. I think in regards to punishable crimes, it is entirely IC. Courts and Government Bodies are in place to deal with these offences, and in recent times have began to be utilized properly once again.

After Slugs comment, I can see why it was removed. I really liked Trusted when it was around, but from a staff POV I can understand why applications were closed. Now, we have to log Rank-Ups and monitor cooldowns as Slug mentioned. This would not be possible to monitor and update correctly if Trusted were to return.

Hi there, I was present in no-clip for this situation. From reading this, it comes across that you are trying to accuse Brownie of manipulating the situation, where as he actually informed you he had to be on his SKK Character to be present for something which was more important, when you guys were attempting to drag the situation out as Brownie attempted to RP the train arriving. It is completely acceptable within our Rules & Guidelines to allow someone to leave a situation if they have other priorities or issues which need resolved, as the situation in question can be picked up at a later time as you have mentioned. I personally do not see the substance behind this appeal, as you are unaware of what discussions/agreements the Oberdienstoffizier and the General Der came to after this situation you were present for and therefore cannot assume that his /looc comment was a verdict if he was let go or not punished. At the end of the day, the NSB are known for these 'unexpected' punishments and strategic planning, silencing of individuals which can cause further harm or threat. Brownie's IC Punishment was not waived, but more likely discussed when you were not present. How can you use that as substance for an appeal when you don't actually know what was agreed after he left?

Neutral I did always like Trusted, it was useful and well controlled to ensure players with the privilege used it for the right reasons. However, am not sure why Verax chose to close the Applications in late 2024. If it were viable to bring back, I would support this idea as when MITHC launches, there will be endless recruitment and model tickets as users establishing themselves.

You know it. Trying to work in a more brutalist style, fitting of MITHC. I cannot wait to be able to build grand dupes for people when we migrate.

Hello, thank you for using the Forums to create a Ban Appeal. You are right, the member of LAPO runs into the garage, the one who shot you. However, you turned around and unloaded a whole mag into a crowd who were walking down the street - this was the main reason for your ban as we were in no way involved and you ruined an active situation. Landing 4 headshots within seconds of each other was the reason that 'Aimbot' was added to your Ban Reason, as at the time it seemed fitting to what just occurred. After reviewing the clip with another Staff Member we can see that this is not the case due to multiple factors like 3rd Person, Crosshair etc. I would be happy to have that removed from your Ban Reason, as well as reducing your ban to 1 Week to reflect the MRDM which did still occur - Thank you for acknowledging that. A UA Member will review this Appeal and make a final decision. Thank you.
