The staff member who banned you was Spiral. Please update your Appeal. I was the Staff Member who took the ticket of the user(s) you were killing. You though it was a good idea to Spawnkill civilians? It is up to us as Server Staff to deal with these suspected situations, professionally. We do not need people like you spawnkilling all civilians in an attempt to prevent one suspected 'hacker', hence committing 9.1 and further, MRDM.

Lentz is correct. I was the one who took your ticket which you made after you were PK'd, which he promptly aided with to discuss with you as he was the issuing Staff Member. Do not try to blind-sight UA in Appeals by saying you 'weren't able to ask questions' , because all you done was shout at him. You had no intention of having a civil conversation during that sit.

Hello there. It is against the rules to hold a Secondary Account in an attempt to circumvent a ban. If you read our Rules, Global Rule 11 states that 'Under no circumstances may you use an alternative account, VPN, or another person's account to circumvent a ban.' This is something you breached by attempting to join the server on an Alternative Account once you received your 3D Ban by MomsMom. Below are some photographs from my most recent project on the server. Over the last week, I have spent copious amounts of time and effort in-between my regular RP & Staff Duties to create this overhaul of The FEMINA's exterior. It now sports a completely new 'Neoclassical' Design, one I believe fits much nicer with the surrounding buildings. Let me know your thoughts below. When he withdrew after further investigation into this, I brought you into the sit and once understanding my questioning about Unapproved Resistance, you told him "Do not say anything else. You clearly both formed and intended to run this 'Gang' as you had assigned yourself and your friend 'Positions' and had matching 'Uniforms'. Given the evidence and behaviour displayed by both of you, I believe this ban is valid. A UA Member will review this Appeal and make a final decision. Thank you.

I will assume you are referring to our 'Party Tier' system within the server. These Tiers can be purchased from a Whitelisted member in the 'Deutsche Parteiverwaltung' or more simply the 'German Party Administration'. Each Tier costs a different amount of DM and can grant you benefits which would be discussed during the purchase. - The easiest way to meet with somebody to discuss this would be by utilizing our/advertisement feature on the server to ask to buy Party Tiers, or simply speak to officials in the Reichstag to find out some information on the matter. I hope that answers most, if not all the queries you had surrounding the Tiers.

I wrote that in my first reply, and UA can see from the logs that the ban time was changed immediately. You cannot simply assume it is 'until I made this appeal'. An error occurred that set it to 2 Weeks instead of 1. I shall not be replying further as you are clearly trying to make this more about what happened in the sit room and not about why you believe you should be unbanned. Make a Staff Report if you have an issue. Have a nice day.

Incorrect, I informed you that you were wrong and gave you the definition of GR1 and how it applied in your situation, as well as the other rules which had been broken. As I said, the song was played whilst the gag was about to be administered, not afterwards. I gave you all relevant information in the sit and did not add 'NITRP' after you wrote in /OOC. Firstly, my apologies - your ban is not 2 Weeks, however, it was extended to 1 Week due to how you spoke to me and utilized /OOC whilst I was writing your Ban Details. Please also amend your 'Why were you Banned' section to include the full reason which is - GR 1 | 4.8 | NITRP At no point did we argue, I simply stated the rules you had broke and how to avoid this in the future. I was not at all angry, myself and an Administrator had Gagged you for 10 Minutes due to you breaking Rule 4.8 - Voice Spam -. Whilst the Gag was being administered, you thought it would be a good idea to play a song which included lyrics such as 'Heil Hitler'. I pulled you into a sit room and explained that doing so was a breach of GR 1, as well as 4.8 due to voice spam. you should have known these actions were not allowed and a clear cause of discomfort to other players. You remained in the Sit Room for approx. 3 minutes whilst I wrote your Ban Reasoning, during which time you used /OOC to call me a 'fag'. Hence the extension from what was going to be a 2D ban to a 1W ban. In regards to you supposedly witnessing a member of our staff team do similar, it does not allow you to break the rules. If this scenario occurred, you are encouraged to make a Staff Report here on the Forums. UA will make a final decision on this Appeal, however, I suggest you put some more effort into it if you want to have any chance of it being considered.

Hello, Bug. Thank you for taking the time to Appeal through our Forums. The language you used when detained was completely unacceptable. When detained, you broke Global Rule 1 on MULTIPLE occasions and continued to do so until you were banned. As angry as you were, you should never have said what you did. It is worth mentioning as Slug has posted above, that you attempted to ALT over a 4D Ban. Please write your Appeal with some genuine care and consideration, as well as following and highlighting what rules you actually broke. Otherwise it will be Denied. I do not believe you should be unbanned due to the nature of the incident, however, UA will make the final decision.

Thank you for taking the time to appeal on the Forums. Whilst I did not authorize your PK, I was heavily involved when speaking with the individual who was seeking the GriefPK - Discussion before UA Approval - which is why I shall comment here to further explain why you were PK'd within our Guidelines. You had written and signed an Official Witness Statement, with a Polizeigericht member, which detailed a players actions which would have him tried in a Court for Espionage. Something which can be punishable by arrest and/or death. To stop this, he took matters into his own hands and asked if it was a viable GriefPK. The PK was approved as Greif falls under 'ANY Information which can lead to arrest/execution.' furthermore because what you had accused him of was A. Not Public Knowledge, B. Illegal & C. Information which would lead to Consequences or Punishment. Overall, this ticked all the boxes and fell into the category for a Valid GriefPK. However, UA shall make the final decision.

Description of the idea: Over an extended period of time, after approval by UA, Vendors have been placed for players. However, lots of these Vendors are rendered useless as the player no longer owns or runs said business which the Vendor was placed for. By removing these unused Vendors, it makes way for possible new ones as well as more space in the affected business premises. Why should this be added?: To clear old and unused Nutscript Vendors which were previously approved and placed by UA. This also allows for active Businesses to attract more players, as many can access and use these unused NutVendors, meaning they have no need to interact with a functioning business. What negatives could this have?: N/A - Only Vendors which are entirely unused (No Longer a Business/Entities Removed relating to Vendors) will be removed. It would not cause any issues. Additional information: - Relevant Vendors to consider for Removal: 53 Erskinne-Street - 'Casino Manager' NutVendor for the Raven Cigar Lounge.
