Tucker, Drug Prices vary and change every 3 hours as a user above has mentioned. You can still compile processed drugs in your bank account, waiting for prices to rise so you can make a profit. Another way to earn money on the server is through our Mining System which can make some great money through the in-game Refinery feature, which always has a set price for each ore collected.

As MomsMom has already mentioned, you are welcome to continue to engage with the community throughout our Forums and Discords during your Ban, as it is not a CWB. However, meetings (IC Interactions) must always take place on the server - any information gathered through Discord or other external services cannot be used in-game, otherwise it will be classed as Metagaming. You can read more about this here. The meeting will have to take place in-game when you return from your Ban. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask them below.

I am struggling to understand the reason for this Apology. - You state you "Don't deserve an unban." but then go on to state that you "Certainly do want to be back.". Be confident in your appeal, If you are genuinely sorry and would like another chance on our server, make it clear and concise for UA to consider. To be clear, as you didn't know that it was against the rules, you broke Global Rule 6 which states 'The advertising of competing communities will not be permitted.'

The staff member who banned you was Spiral. Please update your Appeal. I was the Staff Member who took the ticket of the user(s) you were killing. You though it was a good idea to Spawnkill civilians? It is up to us as Server Staff to deal with these suspected situations, professionally. We do not need people like you spawnkilling all civilians in an attempt to prevent one suspected 'hacker', hence committing 9.1 and further, MRDM.

Lentz is correct. I was the one who took your ticket which you made after you were PK'd, which he promptly aided with to discuss with you as he was the issuing Staff Member. Do not try to blind-sight UA in Appeals by saying you 'weren't able to ask questions' , because all you done was shout at him. You had no intention of having a civil conversation during that sit.

Hello there. It is against the rules to hold a Secondary Account in an attempt to circumvent a ban. If you read our Rules, Global Rule 11 states that 'Under no circumstances may you use an alternative account, VPN, or another person's account to circumvent a ban.' This is something you breached by attempting to join the server on an Alternative Account once you received your 3D Ban by MomsMom. Below are some photographs from my most recent project on the server. Over the last week, I have spent copious amounts of time and effort in-between my regular RP & Staff Duties to create this overhaul of The FEMINA's exterior. It now sports a completely new 'Neoclassical' Design, one I believe fits much nicer with the surrounding buildings. Let me know your thoughts below. I would also ask that your friend use the Forums to create an Appeal as we review these on an Individual Basis and not as a group. I think it is rich that you make an Appeal to say that there was "No Resistance", as when I initially pulled your friend for breaking NLR, on a multitude of occasions to interrupt a Medal Ceremony in the Inner City Compound, he told me he was part of your 'Mafia' when I quizzed him on his Description. When he withdrew after further investigation into this, I brought you into the sit and once understanding my questioning about Unapproved Resistance, you told him "Do not say anything else. Be quiet, now." whilst laughing. For reference for the UA Reviewing this Appeal. Here are both Users Descriptions which initially raised questions about the Resistance. You clearly both formed and intended to run this 'Gang' as you had assigned yourself and your friend 'Positions' and had matching 'Uniforms'. Given the evidence and behaviour displayed by both of you, I believe this ban is valid. A UA Member will review this Appeal and make a final decision. Thank you.

I will assume you are referring to our 'Party Tier' system within the server. These Tiers can be purchased from a Whitelisted member in the 'Deutsche Parteiverwaltung' or more simply the 'German Party Administration'. Each Tier costs a different amount of DM and can grant you benefits which would be discussed during the purchase. - The easiest way to meet with somebody to discuss this would be by utilizing our/advertisement feature on the server to ask to buy Party Tiers, or simply speak to officials in the Reichstag to find out some information on the matter. I hope that answers most, if not all the queries you had surrounding the Tiers.

I wrote that in my first reply, and UA can see from the logs that the ban time was changed immediately. You cannot simply assume it is 'until I made this appeal'. An error occurred that set it to 2 Weeks instead of 1. I shall not be replying further as you are clearly trying to make this more about what happened in the sit room and not about why you believe you should be unbanned. Make a Staff Report if you have an issue. Have a nice day.
