Hello, Bug. To establish a Business on the server you need to speak with two Organisations which I have listed below. To contact them, you can make advertisements in-game. Firstly, you need to speak to the Finance Ministry - This is to discuss the purchase of a property which you will use for your business premises. Secondly, you need to speak to the KAG - This is to establish your business officially on paper and legalize it so it can be run without any legal issues.

Hello, thank you for using the Forums to create a Ban Appeal. Firstly, here is your SteamID - STEAM_0:1:77018045 and the official Ban Reason was '12.2 | 12.3 | MVDM'. Please update these in your post above. You MUST select either an Apology or a Dispute, otherwise this appeal will be instantaneously Denied. Unfortunately, as you have not selected whether you'd like to Apologise or Dispute your Ban, I can only address the obvious. It is clear that you had no regard for the rules as you intentionally plowed into a crowd of players. It is also worth mentioning that you received a 3D Ban around 2 Weeks prior for the same offence. The situation which lead to your 7D Ban broke exactly the same rules, which warranted the extended Ban Period this time around. A UA Member will review this Appeal and make a final decision. Thank you.

I personally am not opposed to this. I am not sure what the specific plans are currently for Player Models, however, I do remember when we used Female Models on Prometheus. However, I am not quite sure I want a server of Chris Christies running around!

+1 Good idea, I'd like to see this return. - Instead of using '/w [TEXT]', '/wd [TEXT]' could be used to 'direct whisper' to the person you are looking at.

To add onto @xKyqnite, I also agree that smaller buildings could possibly be assigned to different Civilian RP. However, that is what the MOF is for - If the MITHC map has corresponding buildings then this will be operational, on the terms we keep a KAG Equivalent. If a KAG Equivalent is implemented as a Minor-Faction, it would be nice to see a specific small office/building for them. It could help to cement them more physically in the city.

+1 Great suggestion, I am sure we can all agree that we would love to have more of the animations re-introduced for MITHC.

-1 Absolutely not. We deal with enough VDM - this would be like handing minges it on a plate. Not to mention the time this would take to develop.

So you are suggesting an animation of sorts, to show the drawing of a weapon, rather than it just immediately appearing in a users hands? I like this.

+1 I love this Suggestion, exactly what we are looking for... Something new, exciting and totally different from what we have done before. I believe this could give a new aspect of RP to the Civilian and KAG Equivalent Factions when considering possible Businesses & Licensing within MITHC, possibly some sort of development of 'Corporations' which we currently have in Imperial Germany.

I do understand your reasoning for mentioning this, Virwëtztut. Whilst it is realistic, sometimes it does cause unnecessary complications. Regardless of this, however, I do like the feature. I think instead of removing it entirely, I prefer the idea of having Slim, Average & Heavy options to pick from as Whoreson suggested.

After being present whilst your Ban was issued, I think that a return to the community is viable. Your past decisions were silly, but owning your mistakes is admirable. After all, who wouldn't want the opportunity to see the Prometheus MITHC Launch.

Neutral Whilst I helped you fill out this application as you fell into the Guidelines to apply, I do think you need more Community Presence. You need to engage further in-game and allow yourself to RP more to gain vital knowledge which can be used as a Staff Member on our server. I feel as though you lack experience in this field as your highest ranking character is a Polizeiuntermeister, paired with the fact you only just achieved 1W playtime.

Please include the Staff Member who originally issued your ban, Ratnik, as well as the Reason which was 'MRDM | LTAP | NITRP'. I also highly suggest you put some more effort into this appeal considering it is an 'Apology' and your Ban is now Permanent.

I'd like to know how everyone is feeling about our upcoming migration to MITHC, and where you may be placing yourself upon launch. There are so many different paths you could take... For example, will you become a loyal member of the American Bureau of Investigation and climb the ranks, or join the National Security Bureau and hunt down resistance and oppressive regimes? Will you join the New York Police Department and fight crime in Occupied New York or will you go political and stand with the State or Party in one of the Embassy's? Tucker, Drug Prices vary and change every 3 hours as a user above has mentioned. You can still compile processed drugs in your bank account, waiting for prices to rise so you can make a profit. Another way to earn money on the server is through our Mining System which can make some great money through the in-game Refinery feature, which always has a set price for each ore collected.

As MomsMom has already mentioned, you are welcome to continue to engage with the community throughout our Forums and Discords during your Ban, as it is not a CWB. However, meetings (IC Interactions) must always take place on the server - any information gathered through Discord or other external services cannot be used in-game, otherwise it will be classed as Metagaming. You can read more about this here. The meeting will have to take place in-game when you return from your Ban. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask them below.

I am struggling to understand the reason for this Apology. - You state you "Don't deserve an unban." but then go on to state that you "Certainly do want to be back.". Be confident in your appeal, If you are genuinely sorry and would like another chance on our server, make it clear and concise for UA to consider. To be clear, as you didn't know that it was against the rules, you broke Global Rule 6 which states 'The advertising of competing communities will not be permitted.'
