No, your ban was for 1 Week. It became Permanent when you made the decision to ALT Evade. From your comment, it sounds like you wish to Dispute. I suggest you make a choice.

If you want to apologise, I suggest you at be honest about why your ban is now Permanent. You attempted to ALT Evade two hours ago, not even 24hrs after your ban was issued. Trying to circumvent your ban with an ALT is a breach of Global Rule 11.

The whole situation could have been resolved if you had stopped when ordered to, however, you chose to pull your weapon under gunpoint and attempt to gun down the 10 LAPO in attendance. You also told the banning Staff Member that you'd been 'set at the wrong rank' and lied in an attempt to attain the rank of Hauptfeldwebel on a character that wasn't even 24hrs old. - you forged two documents to try and back this up, nuking them when you were found out.
