Denied Your whole basis on why this should be accepted is a dispute that the events ever happened, and a dispute with the GO ordered PK guideline. The latter is unnecessary and provides no point to your appeal. Regarding the former, after reviewing this appeal and discussing with the staff member who PKd you, this PK was valid.

Thank you for the sincerity in your apology, however I would like to explain the point that led me to making this ban permanent. In less than a year, you managed to rack up TWENTY infractions (notes and bans). This is an excessive amount, and you only proved that you were not a good fit for the server at the time. I will leave the decision to another UA member who reviews this appeal, and I will let it be known I am fine with you being unbanned after ~7 months, but in order for the gravity of your situation to actually have some effect, then I believe there should be some condition set. E.g. If you receive yet another infraction for moronic behaviour and have zero intentions to properly roleplay and participate in the server, then the permanent ban would be reinstated.

You have been around long enough to read the rules and follow them, and you still blatantly break them. Take the two weeks to review your behaviour on the server. Your next infraction will be much longer than two weeks, possibly even permanent.

Denied After reviewing the court report for your trial, this PK was valid. You going AFK is your risk, everywhere in the server outside of staff sits are IC and you can be interacted with accordingly.

Ban shortened Your apology is accepted, however almost all of your POs are RDM/VDM related. You clearly have issues learning from your mistakes. You need to roleplay things out first before shooting somebody dead like you did here. Your ban has been shortened to a day, take the next 24h to review the rules and reflect on your own conduct on the server going forward. Further instances of RDM/VDM related infractions will result in much harsher punishments than this. Looking at your POs, Thomas was lenient in this situation and you are lucky this ban was not longer than it should've been.

Once again... Denied You may submit another appeal in no less than two weeks time. Take the hint from the last two denied appeals, and read the ban appeal guidelines also. You don't get to make another appeal right away just because it was denied. Use this time to read the rules and reflect on your own actions. Having outbursts like you did in your first appeal ("peice of shit community") is not going to get your appeal accepted any time soon.

I definitely didn't approve this given your reaction on your previous appeal. You can wait for another 2 weeks before submitting another appeal.

Accepted While you were behaving like a moron in this clip and evidently trying to get a reaction out of these two, no guns were aimed at you and you were simply just being chased by the RS. Fear RP wasn't clearly in effect here, and whatever happened at the steps looks to be unclear from an outside POV.

Denied While the relevant member of staff should have forwarded this to a higher up, we have still deemed that this PK was valid. You were given ample chance to stop moving with a gun aimed at your head, and multiple warnings were given to you. You walked away throughout all of this.
