Hello and thank you for taking the time to make a pk appeal. Your character was permanently killed under the Starting a Gunfight PK guideline. Approximately 3–5 minutes after your generals called for a ceasefire, you advanced on the church alone, where approximately five to six members of the Kaisergarde were positioned. Upon turning the corner, you initiated gunfire against them. You were subsequently killed, and as a result, your character received a permanent kill (PK). I understand the time, effort, and in-game resources you may have invested into your character. However, it is important to recognize the risks associated with initiating armed confrontations. Actions have consequences in serious roleplay, and the PK system exists to reinforce those consequences. While losing a character is never enjoyable, permanent character death is an inherent possibility in this game mode. Seeing as this occurred only last month I think you need to prove yourself before being brought onto the staff team. We lead by example and you need time to redeem yourself and show that you are a stable player. Comments like "If I lose this server I lose the plans to basically my whole summer. " and "Just please, I am LITERALLY on the verge of tears writing this. " from your original appeal are exactly what you need to work on.

You have several steam accounts and several bans that were later appealed and as a result violated Global Rule 11. Can you elaborate on these bans and why you have multiple steam accounts for the server? Maybe link the appeal for clarity.

You were pked for dying while conducting a pk. Only NHC have faction broadcast permissions. No faction broadcast was made. The scummy part of this is you dming your command, MGD Chief, (metagaming) not even 2 minutes after dying that "we went to the sewers and got ambushed by the nsb" along with coping about your idea of them cheating over faction broadcast, which was relayed to others in game. Good luck on the appeal. What is even funnier is that I don't think NSB in the sewers did not even know that you were conducting a pk. It appears from their clip that they are waiting to go inside when attention is drawn to the front gate. I don't think they knew anything about the PK due to the fact that they requested a fear rp pk on you after killing you.
