The clip provided was a total of 13 seconds of which only 3 seconds were you being told to run away and stop moving at the same time then being shot less than 2 seconds later without any attempts to detain you and to top it all off with a "PK HIM" at the end. While I appreciate your apology, you need to understand that actions have consequences. You initiated a large-scale gunfight without any legitimate reason, and situations like that carry serious consequences under our rules. In fact, another player was banned at the very same checkpoint less than 15 minutes before you for doing the exact same thing. Specifically, as I was overwatching the situation, the Landespolizei officer was in the process of switching from the camera back to his weapon. That does not constitute a threat that justifies initiating a gunfight. Simply seeing another player transition from one piece of equipment to another is not grounds to open fire. Most people are aware that equipping or switching to a weapon results in it being pointed, thats just how the game works and most of the time people will safety withing a few seconds. Trying to justify starting a gunfight over a standard gameplay mechanic is silly. At some point, players have to recognize that choosing to start a gunfight without justification is a decision, and the consequences that follow are a direct result of that decision. I hope you take this as a learning opportunity and make better decisions in similar situations going forward.

You were PKed under the NHC order guideline. Your NHC provided sufficient evidence that you were working with an opposing faction. You then were killed by your superior which is acceptable in the majority of cases. The same way a GO can request a PK on a Leutnant etc. I must note that you did not roleplay properly during this interaction. You said out loud multiple times that it was not a valid PK and that you could not be pked over voice chat in roleplay which was very gay. You were subsequently shot. You were then scolded on how your actions were NITRP and could have been banned. Despite you trying to spoil this situation with your lack of roleplay I decided to go forward with the PK. Even if you disagree with the roleplay occuring you do not get to decide that it is invalid and go out of character. The proper course of action is to either make an appeal (pks) or contact a member of staff if you think it was fail rp.

Maybe the roleplay was not the best, maybe it was. The parties involved have spoken to and counseled on the standards required either way. I did not see any clip to prove the lack of roleplay etc. The PK was valid therefore, Appeal: Denied Thread: Locked

You were originally banned by Jover but then decided to try to play on an ALT account, therefore automatically extending it to a Perma Ban for violating Global Rule 11. This info needs to be included in the appeal

-1 I have only had negative interactions with you. Just yesterday during the duel you were actively breaking roleplay and talking out of character just because things were not going your way. You need to improve on these areas before I would consider recommending you for the staff team.

Hello and thank you for taking the time to make a pk appeal. Your character was permanently killed under the Starting a Gunfight PK guideline. Approximately 3–5 minutes after your generals called for a ceasefire, you advanced on the church alone, where approximately five to six members of the Kaisergarde were positioned. Upon turning the corner, you initiated gunfire against them. You were subsequently killed, and as a result, your character received a permanent kill (PK). I understand the time, effort, and in-game resources you may have invested into your character. However, it is important to recognize the risks associated with initiating armed confrontations. Actions have consequences in serious roleplay, and the PK system exists to reinforce those consequences. While losing a character is never enjoyable, permanent character death is an inherent possibility in this game mode.
