Why should you be un-PK'd?: I respectfully submit this appeal on behalf of 1st Ward City Councilman Eric Mays, who was Permanent-Killed during an active Federal Council meeting of the German Empire, 1942. While seated, objecting loudly, and very clearly having the floor, the Councilman was abruptly recalled to the 21st century and vanished from thin air. There was no FearRP, no gunfire, and most importantly—no gavel strike declaring him deceased. To be clear: This was not a death. This was a procedural adjournment across timelines. Councilman Eric Mays did not die. He simply left the meeting without being recognized by the chair, as he has done many times before. I respectfully ask that justice be served, the PK reversed, and the Councilman restored to life, time, and the microphone. I OBJECT. REQUESTED REMEDY That the PK be overturned, and the character restored under one of the following appropriate explanations: Option A: Returned through a temporal anomaly, late to the meeting but still angry Option B: Declared “temporarily absent but still yelling” Respectfully submitted, ..... You're absence is not noticed. You never did anything meaningful in role play and I dont see how your re entry would benefit anyone in the community since you really dont bring anything here to start with.......

Hello, I was the staff member who issued your ban. Over the course of approximately two hours, you repeatedly created tickets demanding a specific staff member rather than allowing the on-duty staff to assist you. During this time, you broke character while being arrested by stating, “Y’all better be glad Vixx isn’t on,” along with several other OOC remarks and infractions. The situation escalated when you repeatedly returned to the LAPO Garage, baited gunfire, and then submitted a report alleging RDM. When I claimed the ticket, you again demanded to speak to Vixx. I informed you that he was not online and that I was available to handle the situation. At that point, you responded with direct verbal abuse toward staff. Your actions constitute multiple rule violations, including but not limited to: Breaking character and using OOC remarks during active roleplay Breaking NLR over and over, then saying that the LAPO were "harassing you" after you continued to return to that location and make staff tickets on those involved. Baiting gunfire and attempting to manufacture an RDM report Harassment that escalated to disrespect toward staff This ban was issued due to a pattern of disruptive behavior, not a single isolated incident. In short you need a cooldown..... To add - Each time you made a ticket you didnt explain what the issue was or anything. You refused to cooperate with any other staff member. You cant pick and choose, especially when they are not online. We are all here to help.

Hello I was the staff member who PKed you. You were killed under the General Ranking Officer Guideline by the Prator. You were implicated as being involved with the kidnapping. Maybe they can chime in to add additional insight but thats the basic reasoning.

Good Morning, The PK was issued because you broke fear rp, started a gunfight and then died during that situation. Under the PK rules, dying after initiating a shoot-out and not properly following Fear-RP can both qualify for a PK. There doesn’t need to be a warning beforehand. It is up to you to read up on the pk guidelines, hope this helps.

Neutral You need to work on your community presence, I am not aware of you outside of a couple forum posts. We will see what others say if its positive or negative. From reading some of your posts you don't quite fully understand how our game mode works. I recognize you are trying to learn but staff need to be knowledgeable of the community and game mode to effectively administrate the server. Give it more time if you dont get accepted this time and work on those things above. Best wishes.
