It appears that you were PKed by Administrator isaiahwoods. The information regarding my PK is correct. I was the "UA FUCKER", killed for tying up the CDKK after he refused to leave the cell block. I, like any other player, was roleplaying that day as LAPO. I take full responsibility and was ultimately killed for the in character actions. Lets get all of the information on the approval of a NHC PK from Perchance and Isaiah. If these are the only reason then it was probably a misunderstanding or mistaken identity.

I have taken the time to review all of the video provided in this situation. I think there was a misunderstanding after reading Thomas' final comments. While this is not the best role play in the world I can hear a Major ordering for all of you being arrested and your other Heer member opens fire. Its to my understanding that he was PKed for starting the gunfight after being under threat of arrest. It appears that you reacted to this gunfire and your fellow soldier being gunned down and returned fire to others. Based on the evidence and statements provided your appeal will be accepted. After reviewing the situation it has been decided that your PK will be overturned. Part of roleplaying isn't just the guidelines but the situation as a whole. The clip provided was a total of 13 seconds of which only 3 seconds were you being told to run away and stop moving at the same time then being shot less than 2 seconds later without any attempts to detain you and to top it all off with a "PK HIM" at the end. While I appreciate your apology, you need to understand that actions have consequences. You initiated a large-scale gunfight without any legitimate reason, and situations like that carry serious consequences under our rules. In fact, another player was banned at the very same checkpoint less than 15 minutes before you for doing the exact same thing. Specifically, as I was overwatching the situation, the Landespolizei officer was in the process of switching from the camera back to his weapon. That does not constitute a threat that justifies initiating a gunfight. Simply seeing another player transition from one piece of equipment to another is not grounds to open fire. Most people are aware that equipping or switching to a weapon results in it being pointed, thats just how the game works and most of the time people will safety withing a few seconds. Trying to justify starting a gunfight over a standard gameplay mechanic is silly. At some point, players have to recognize that choosing to start a gunfight without justification is a decision, and the consequences that follow are a direct result of that decision. I hope you take this as a learning opportunity and make better decisions in similar situations going forward.

You were PKed under the NHC order guideline. Your NHC provided sufficient evidence that you were working with an opposing faction. You then were killed by your superior which is acceptable in the majority of cases. The same way a GO can request a PK on a Leutnant etc. I must note that you did not roleplay properly during this interaction. You said out loud multiple times that it was not a valid PK and that you could not be pked over voice chat in roleplay which was very gay. You were subsequently shot. You were then scolded on how your actions were NITRP and could have been banned. Despite you trying to spoil this situation with your lack of roleplay I decided to go forward with the PK. Even if you disagree with the roleplay occuring you do not get to decide that it is invalid and go out of character. The proper course of action is to either make an appeal (pks) or contact a member of staff if you think it was fail rp.

You were originally banned by Jover but then decided to try to play on an ALT account, therefore automatically extending it to a Perma Ban for violating Global Rule 11. This info needs to be included in the appeal

-1 I have only had negative interactions with you. Just yesterday during the duel you were actively breaking roleplay and talking out of character just because things were not going your way. You need to improve on these areas before I would consider recommending you for the staff team.
