Denied. Simple facts are that a gunfight had started and finished and then you along others decided to open fire again on a minister. You need to understand that not every situation results in a gunfight.

From the Information that was given you had broken into the ICC and then ignored the KM (Kriegsmarschall) when he tried to inform you about his access policy. You are a NSB NCO and he is a member of National High Command. You proceeded to disrespect him in front of his men and then walked away mid conversation. He had the reason and justification to kill you. Once again he is a member of National High Command and you are a NSB Commissioned Officer. Sometimes you just have to bite your tongue and move on.
