Denied. From just watching the clips provided you had started with trying to remove the LAPO from the ICC. You gave them 2 seconds and then shot the general of the LAPO in the back of the head. Then, you started screaming Ebonics at the Military and others who were present and had some kind of breakdown and started gunning them all down for trying to arrest you. Next time please consider roleplaying and @Eliteis justified in banning you.
