Currently serves as the General State Attorney and Leading State Secretary of the MOFA, as the Chief Legal Officer of the Empire he represents the State within Court Trials.
He also works as a diplomat, working with Imperial cooperators across Europe.

Thilo Weideland:
Former Korpsleiter of the Volkswache and Acting Interior Minister.
He now is a Senior-NCO within the Secret Security Service in the NSB, working in law-enforcement and ensuring the safeguard of Berlin from Bolshevik and Communist threats.

 I started to seriously role play in late 2022 early 2023.

Have you received any infractions i.e Notes/Bans? If so, what were they for and what could you have done to prevent getting them next time?:

RDM - 10/03/24
I got my gun out and shot someone when I shouldn’t have. I have learned my mistake since then. Next time, I can interact with the situation that made me shoot him and role play instead of immediately opening fire.

Mass Promotion - 06/19/24
I was promoted too many times in one day, not considering the promotion guidelines. I have learned from my mistake since then. Next time, I could inform whoever was promoting me that I had already been promoted that day and need to wait until I can be promoted again.

Bans:
Fail RP - 09/05/23
I was playing sounds on my sound board during a serious and tense role play situation. I have learned my mistake since then. In the future, I could take a more serious view of the situation and interact with the role play rather than messing around and making a fool of myself by playing sounds.

NITRP + LTAP - 02/20/24
I was messing around when I shouldn’t have been, and left to avoid punishment. I have learned my mistake since then. To prevent situations like this in the future, I could have had a more serious view of the current role play situation at that time and I could have apologized rather than leaving the server.

Staff Knowledge Section
What previous experience do you have as a staff member either within Garry’s Mod or the Nutscript Gamemode?:
I have knowledge of basic nut script commands, such as: setting players into a faction, setting players names, setting a door's faction & name, and a few others. 
I’ve been in a plethora of staff sits in my time of playing on Prometheus, and I have picked up on the etiquette staff members usually have while taking a ticket.
 

Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]:

I believe I should be chosen for staff because I am a dedicated problem solver and fast learner. I can use these skills to efficiently take tickets and support the community in my capacity as a staff member. When issues pop up, whether they're player disputes or technical issues that players may have like a door not working or a vendor missing items. Though issues regarding vendors and doors are typically given to upper administration, I believe that I would be able to solve problems like such as those if I had the ability to do so. 

Additionally, I am confident I can successfully complete regular ticket requests such as model changes, name changes, faction whitelisting and reprimanding a player when the rules are broken such as giving them a note or banning them when it is necessary. I would consider myself as a respectful and professional person, I believe those are two traits all staff members should have when completing their duties to give and reinforce a positive image for players on the Server of the staff team and the server as a whole.

Team-oriented environments allow me to effectively support my other staff members on the team with any challenges they may face in carrying out their duties or in deliberating on the punishments to a player. I also do not have an issue reaching out for help if I ever encounter an issue that I may need help with, such as deliberating on a punishment or anything regarding my duties as a staff member that I may need help with from my peers or a higher member of administration.

When I get together with a team of people and work with them, I always find we work towards a group effort that surpasses  the expectations of our superiors. When working together with my peers, I like to be vocal and take the lead, when taking the lead I enjoy sharing ideas I have and cooperating with my other peers in building greater ideas that everyone can agree on.
 

What are the duties and responsibilities of the position you are applying for in your own words? [150 Words or more]:
My duties and responsibilities would be to ensure players of the community are adhering to the rules for a good role play experience to prevail. Additionally, rules shouldn’t be seen as ‘black-and-white’. If there is confusion and the player is actually trying to learn from their mistakes, it is my duty as staff to educate the player on the respective rules or at the bare minimum to direct them to where they can learn the rules, such as the Prometheus Networks wiki and or forums.

As a member of the staff team, you speak for the community and should set an example and be a role-model for new players and the entire community. Showing respect, patience, and understanding when dealing with tickets, issues, or concerns from players is a very essential key to being a proper member of the staff team. 

As mentioned before, I would have to be more than certain in enforcing rules when they are required, not just to punish players but also to educate them and generally keep them aware of the rules, and detail and clarify every rule where needed. I would like to help newer players become aware of the layout of the server and how everything works.
