Oberst Heinrich Metz: He would be the chief of staff of the reserve army and the commander of the northern front. Metz's main job would be administering the reserve army and administering logistics throughout the nation. He would also focus on field commanding the Reserve Army 1 by recruiting and setting up training throughout the Inner City Compound. His current residence would be in Brandenburg.

Kommissar Ernst Hiemer: Ernst would be a member of the Foreign Intelligence Office of the Nationale Sicherheitsbüro. He would focus on sending intelligence groups to certain locations to get intelligence from abroad. He would also create plans for the land police stationing them for foreign and domestic anti partisan activity.

How long have you been roleplaying?: Since late 2023

Have you received any infractions, i.e., Notes/Bans? If so, what were they for, and what could you have done to prevent getting them next time?: During my early years, I have been given a lot of infractions, specifically in the form of notes. Most of them were for RDM, and one ban for NLR. Since then, I have been rping and following the rules. One of my most recent bans, which was a few months ago, was for a misunderstanding,g and I never bothered to appeal it because it was only for a couple of days.

What previous experience do you have as a staff member, either within Garry’s Mod or the Nutscript Gamemode? I was a member of the Prometheus staff team, I think around 5 or 6 months ago, until i was removed.

Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]: Well, to start, I think after I have been RPing a while, I have started to be involved with the community at a much larger scale than when I was first accepted as staff. Made some good friends and had some really good memories. With that, over time, I have learned the mechanics of RP, such as making some RP through war planning / regular day interactions.  Another big reason I would make a strong addition to the Prometheus staff team would be my commitment to fairness and communication. I don't like to approach situations to either "win" or assert dominance over another, just to figure out a situation and make sure I have the least amount of bias possible, listening to both sides of a conflict, and making decisions based on server guidelines rather than emotion, which is really important for the general roleplay playerbase to have. In addition, I am highly active on the server and well known throughout the community. In addition to all of these caveats, I have seen and experienced what good staffing is, and I feel like it's time for me to contribute to that standard. I have also learned from both positive and negative situations and that there is a huge responsibility to having this title and being apart of the team. I will admit that before, I did make mistakes when I was a member of the staff team. Since then, I have realized that those stupid mistakes could have been easily prevented, and now I am affirmative that I have learned from those mistakes. Overall, I care about the community and its general growth, and the general experience of an everyday player. Now, I believe I have the maturity, experience, and dedication needed to be a member of the Prometheus staff team. 

What are the duties and responsibilities of the position you are applying for in your own words? [150 Words or more]:

The duties of this position revolve around maintaining a fair, enjoyable, and organized environment for everyone in the community. As a member of the staff team, my first job would be to make sure everyone is following the rules given. Meaning, handling rule breakers, resolving conflicts via sit and stepping in out of character situations. In addition, I think that supporting players, especially new ones, is a big thing that having the position of staff needs to do. This would include answering questions and integrating them into the RP community. Another additional duty I think I would do is taking tickets quickly because I know what it feels like to have made a ticket and waiting 30 minutes for someone to respond. I will go beyond the minimum duties and expectations of a staff member,r even if it means cutting out my roleplay to help other people. I will be a proud representative of the Prometheus community, whether that would be on duty or off duty, and I will put in my maximum effort.
