Yes I have been perma banned before, I destroyed documents, the ones particular that mattered were a law I signed when I was GFM in the end of 2023 I think. It was by accident and I later appealed.

 

I got banned for starting a gun fight.

What previous experience do you have as a staff member either within Garry’s Mod or the Nutscript Gamemode? 

I served as a Head Administrator for the ICEFUSE community, specifically on the MRP (Military Roleplay) server. My responsibilities included GM work, coding for the central roster, and developing server events. Within the GM team, I wrote event lore and designed interactive activities to boost player engagement and enhance the overall player experience. I also collaborated with staff members to enforce server rules, mentor new team members, and ensure smooth daily operations. My role requires strong leadership, time management, and technical skills, as well as a deep understanding of community dynamics to maintain a fun and structured environment for hundreds of active players. That escapade was about 6 months

 

Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]: 
 

I learn fast and can understand things through experience, both visuals and text. No matter what task is given to me I can pick it up quickly. I am also good at explaining things in a way that makes sense to others so if someone is confused I can help them understand clearly. I am great at handling problems between people by listening to both sides and looking at what they say and any proof they have then figuring out what needs to happen to fix the issue. One thing that makes me stand out is how much time I have spent on the server. I joined about two years ago and already have over two weeks of playtime ( after server reset ). I try to be on the server as much as I can not just because I enjoy it but because I like helping others. I have learned a lot about how the server works and how the community acts and I use that knowledge to help others have a better time. When problems come up I always try to understand where people are coming from, why they are acting a certain way and what I can do to help them. I think this mindset makes me a strong fit for the staff team. I am patient and kind with everyone, not just people I know or like. I have been told by teachers, friends and other people in my life that I am very mature and thoughtful. I believe my experience on the server, my patience , my desire to help others and my friendly attitude would make me a great staff member. I want to help keep the server running smoothly and make sure everyone has the best time possible while they are here. Overall, my experience, drive for helping others, patience, maturity, and most importantly, friendliness, are all factors of my personality that I think would not only make my staff experience smooth should I be accepted, but also improve the experience of everyone else I would love the opportunity to help keep this amazing experience for others running as smooth as possible.

 

What are the duties and responsibilities of the position you are applying for in your own words? [150 Words or more]:

 

Staff members are the backbone of any successful server, providing the structure and guidance that allow a community to grow and thrive. They are essential in creating an engaging and welcoming environment where players feel supported and valued. Beyond simply enforcing rules, staff members help maintain order while preserving the integrity of the roleplay experience. A lot of times they are the enforcement that is necessary to enjoy the structure of the server. I think another aspect you will see with staff is they are an aspect of representation of the server. Providing a friendly face and helping hand towards new players of the community and combating hostile ones. They are one of the core facets that help keep the server running and are essential towards the function of the server. Being proactive and attentive towards the players in the community is the topmost priority for me. I think all staff members should strive to uphold that code.

 

I'm in a manpower positions and I want to give staff a shot again.
