Been banned once in the past 10+ years which was december last year (perma appealed) when I rage quit being NHC.

Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]:

I believe I should be selected for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team because I bring a strong combination of activity, fast response times, and prior experience that would allow me to contribute effectively from the moment I am accepted. One of the biggest issues I have consistently noticed on the server is the lack of staff availability during early or off-peak hours. This often results in players waiting long periods of time for assistance, which can interrupt roleplay and negatively impact the overall experience. Since I actively play during both off-peak and busy times, I am in a strong position to help fill that gap and ensure players are receiving support when they need it most.

My previous experience as a Super Administrator on Revenant Roleplay has given me a solid understanding of how a staff team should operate at a high level. In that role, I was trusted with significant responsibility, including handling player reports, overseeing staff activity, and ensuring that rules were enforced fairly and consistently. That experience has helped me develop the ability to make decisions under pressure, manage situations efficiently, and maintain a professional attitude at all times. I understand that being staff is not about authority, but about responsibility, consistency, and helping maintain a positive environment for the community.

Another strength I bring is my ability to remain calm and collected in difficult situations. Player disputes can often become heated, and it is important that staff members are able to step in, assess the situation objectively, and reach a fair outcome without escalating tensions further. I pride myself on being able to listen to both sides, stay level-headed, and make decisions based on facts rather than emotion or bias.

Overall, I am confident that my activity, availability, experience, and mindset would make me a reliable and effective member of the staff team. My goal is to improve response times, support players consistently, and help maintain a fair and enjoyable roleplay environment for everyone.

What are the duties and responsibilities of the position you are applying for in your own words? [150 Words or more]:

In my opinion, the duties and responsibilities of a staff member are centered around maintaining a fair, efficient, and enjoyable environment for all players on the server. One of the most important aspects of the role is responding to tickets quickly and effectively. Speed is important because long wait times can disrupt roleplay, but it must always be balanced with fairness to ensure that every situation is handled properly and without bias.

A staff member is responsible for enforcing the server rules while also understanding that not every situation is completely straightforward. It is important to assess each case individually, listen to all parties involved, and come to a decision that reflects both the rules and the context of the situation. Maintaining this balance between rule enforcement and allowing roleplay to flow naturally is key to creating a positive experience for players.

In addition to handling in-game situations, staff also have a responsibility to support the community outside of roleplay. This includes helping new players understand the server, answering questions, and being active on platforms such as Discord and the forums. Being approachable and professional in all interactions is important, as staff members represent the server as a whole.

Overall, a staff member’s role is not just to punish rulebreakers, but to guide, assist, and ensure that the server remains a welcoming, fair, and well-managed environment for everyone.
