Whitelist some props

[John Chernobyl Stalker]

Description of the idea: A lot of roleplay props were blacklisted during the transition to MITHC. Namely, the large green tents, the heavy washer prop, sandbags, and ammo crates. I'll put their full names below. I don't see a reason for why these props were removed.

Why should this be added?: They are used in a significant amount of old dupes, which can still be used now. They also give greater creative choice when making new dupes.

What negatives could this have?: None, they're proven props that should be added back.
