I kept doing dumb shit. I continued to be rude and harassing UA about my reports on staff which led to a permanent ban. I wasn't happy with myself so I was a dick to people in game which totally backfired. I understand that I breaking the rules in that predicament and there is ABSOLUTELY no excuse for ban evasion and I want to take full responsibility. In the past several months leading up to this appeal. I have spent more time being a normal person and picking up new hobbies and been going to church more consistently. Everyone should be treated equally, no matter the rank, position, or status. If they have done something against the server rules, they are to be punished accordingly. Breaking up an argument between two players should be done by telling them both to stop, and if one continues, they are to be gagged for the rest of the staff sit. You were pked for dying while conducting a pk. Only NHC have faction broadcast permissions. No faction broadcast was made. The scummy part of this is you dming your command, MGD Chief, (metagaming) not even 2 minutes after dying that "we went to the sewers and got ambushed by the nsb" along with coping about your idea of them cheating over faction broadcast, which was relayed to others in game. Good luck on the appeal. What is even funnier is that I don't think NSB in the sewers did not even know that you were conducting a pk. It appears from their clip that they are waiting to go inside when attention is drawn to the front gate. I don't think they knew anything about the PK due to the fact that they requested a fear rp pk on you after killing you. Initially, I refused to provide it. In response, they drew a firearm and attempted to restrain me.Once a weapon was pointed at me, I immediately changed my attitude and tried to comply. I stepped back slightly and said words to the effect of "Okay, okay, I'll show you my ID." I was attempting to de-escalate the situation and avoid being harmed. I did not attempt to fight them, draw a weapon, run away, or otherwise challenge two armed individuals.I understand that my movement may have been interpreted as resistance.
