I was a Moderator here in 2022, and was trusted so have knowledge of the relevant commands and expectations. I was also an Administrator in another community for several years before although that was DarkRP base. Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]: I believe that I would be a good fit for the Prometheus staff team due to my overall experience with roleplay, my understanding of the 1942RP genre, and my background in server administration. I’ve spent a significant amount of time involved in this genre both in and out of character, which has given me a clear sense of how it should be played and where boundaries need to be kept. I am also an extreme stickler for process and policy (hence my lust for extreme organisation in my IC roles) and that understanding would help me make sensible, consistent decisions when dealing with staff matters or player issues. I have practical experience managing servers and working behind the scenes. I am comfortable handling administrative tasks and understand the responsibility that comes along with it. This was proven during the temporary switch over to Guilded some years ago, where I created and set up Prometheus’ new servers, a responsibility that required a level head and clear attention to detail. As an EU player, I am able to stay active during times when NA staff are less available, while still remaining present during peak time. This helps avoid gaps in staff coverage and ensures things like recruitments, transfers, and general moderation can still be handled without unnecessary delays. I believe constant staff presence plays a big role in keeping roleplay running smoothly. On a personal level, I am someone who stays impartial, even in stressful situations. I’ve held countless in-character positions within the community that required fairness and good judgement, and I am able to separate personal views from responsibility which I believe is a rare quality in this genre of players. [150 Words or more]: I believe the primary duty of any staff member, regardless of their position, is to ensure that the server continues to operate smoothly and that roleplay is able to function without disruption. This includes enforcing server rules consistently and addressing rule breaks in a timely, professional manner. It is extremely important that staff handle situations calmly and fairly, without allowing personal bias or anger to influence decisions. Maintaining impartiality is essential in creating an environment where all players feel they are being treated equally. When rules are enforced properly and transparently, it helps build trust between the staff team and the wider community, subsequently supporting a more positive and immersive roleplay experience for everyone involved. Beyond responsibilities while playing on the server, staff members are also expected to conduct themselves appropriately at all times while representing the community, even when not actively roleplaying. How staff communicate in server channels, interact with players, and compose themselves publicly reflects directly on the Community as a whole. How long have you been roleplaying?: Ive been roleplaying since 2019, I first joined prometheus in 2022, took a couples year off after becoming chief of gendarm, then rejoined earlier last month. One that was when I first joined, and the other recently. I have learned the rules to not make those mistakes again. I have previous staff on servers like Icefuse, Zenith Project, and Gaminglight. Those servers used Darkrp admin modules like ULX and others. I have personally never used Nutscript admin commands or anything related to that. I am willing to learn though. Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]: I should be trusted to join the staff team because of my experience. I have 5000 hours on Garry's Mod, and 75% of that is used to do staff work. I have done countless sits and resolved even more issues. On Zenith Project, I was a Senior Administrator with the task of supervising the staff team for SMT and determine who needed help. On Icefuse, I became a Elite Administrator and did the same thing. I supervised a lot of staff and made sure they did everything correctly. I even made sure they were properly trained and supervised their sits. I am also currently RPI as the Chief of the GSD. I remade the entire department and have gained the experience within the server to conduct staff duties. I'm also well known around the server. I currently understand that being staff is a long and dedicated position, with a lot of responsibility with the title as Moderator and the ranks above that, and as such I can be dedicated to that position. I have been around in the early hours and the late hours of the day, and I have noticed that staff tickets stay idle during these times. As staff I can make sure the tickets don't sit idle and people can get the help they need to properly roleplay. Roleplay is the core function of this server, and I can help people conduct it, and provide assistance when needed. I wish to help the server grow into a power house. The server is amazing with all the helpful and useful people in it, and I wish to be apart of it. [150 Words or more]: The duties of a member of staff are to enforce the rules, help new players, and ensuring that roleplay is being conducted properly. Those are going to be my responsibilities as a member of the staff team going forward. As staff, metagaming in a server like this is a major issue and combating will be another responsibility of mine. No player should be getting different treatment and shall be conducted accordingly within a sit or in a LOOC setting within a roof of a building. As staff, conducting myself accordingly is another responsibility that a staff member should have within any server on Garry's Mod. As a lower ranking staff member, I should look to UA to learn and grow as a member of Prometheus's staff team. I do agree with this in someway however there were between 7-9 staff members on at the time, I hadn't been on my staff char for a good while and only hopped on because I heard him under the reichstag and secondly I recall 0 interactions with this member of the community previously.

Doesnt involve me but i think my point might make sense At no point do we see how many staff are on, nor is the tab menu opened at all so depending on that it is very possible that he just guessed as i have done before when interacting with staff, normally due to my relations with specific staff members so when i get fiddled with i normally just guess who it is and usually im correct. i genuinely think he just guessed who it was and got lucky, that makes way more sense then him blatantly calling you out using his cheat software and i have done the same
