His work for HR, was directly to support men within the Security and Hotel business, While only reporting to Mr. Hellman directly. Ivan was responsible for the members of the company to keep in order as like an enforcer. Ivan was also in charge of the boxing arrangements and the other events that went on in the hotel. Ivan was the man who made the flyers, made the money, and most of all he was the one who organized the detail for the events. Unteroffizier Leon Bussler As an Unteroffizier, Leon now has the right to recruit new members into the Kaisergarde and to keep enlisted men in order. I know how to put people into factions, set names, set models and many other commands within the game mode. Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]: I believe I would be a strong addition to the Prometheus Staff Team because I'm someone who's always open to criticism and willing to learn from my mistakes. I believe there's always room to improve, and I don't have a problem taking advice from others if it helps me become better. The main reason I'm applying for the staff team is because I want to help the community by handling tickets efficiently and making sure players can get back to enjoying their roleplay without unnecessary delays. I also believe my previous experience being staff on Garry's Mod servers has given me a good understanding of how to handle situations fairly and professionally. I am dedicated and always free to help where I'm needed. I feel these qualities would allow me to enhance the value of both the community and staff team. Regarding the rules and regulations, I have taken the time to read through all of them and even went back to review them again before submitting my application. What are the duties and responsibilities of the position you are applying for in your own words? [150 Words or more]: As a staff member, my responsibilities would be to enforce server guidelines and rules, ensuring players adhere to roleplay standards. I'd investigate and penalize infractions like Random Deathmatch, No Intent to Roleplay, Metagaming, and Fail Roleplaying, among other actions that harm roleplay. When answering Staff Tickets, moderators remain impartial, reviewing evidence and speaking with both parties to grasp the full story. Making fair decisions based on the structure of the server will determine the punishment. Beyond enforcement, moderators also act as a key resource for the community. I would answer player questions, clearly explain and break down the guidelines when needed, and step in early to help resolve disputes so they do not escalate into larger problems. I would also lead by example, maintain a professional and approachable presence, document incidents properly, and work with the rest of the staff team to keep the server fair, active, and enjoyable for everyone. The admin's stated reason for the ban was, "womp womp, loser." Why do you deserve to be unbanned?: I don't believe this ban was justified. The comment I made was directed at Christianity as a topic that people were already discussing in chat, not at any individual player. People were openly expressing support for Christianity, and I responded with an opposing opinion. Whether people agree with what I said or not, I don't think expressing a negative opinion about a religion should result in a nearly two-month ban by itself. The ban reason also concerns me. Instead of citing a specific rule, I was banned with the reason "womp womp, loser," which doesn't explain what rule I actually violated. From my perspective, that makes it seem like the decision was made emotionally rather than based on the server's rules. The conversation also took place in the context of roleplay and in-character discussion. If roleplay discussions are allowed to include opinions on religion, then I don't think players should only be allowed to express positive views while negative ones are punished. I'm asking that the ban be reviewed based on the server's written rules and what I actually said, not on whether the moderator disagreed with my opinion. If I violated a specific rule, I'd like to know which one. If I didn't, I believe the ban should be removed. Additional Information: I respectfully request that the ban be reviewed based on the server's written rules and the context of the conversation. If staff believe I violated a specific rule, I'd appreciate knowing which rule it was. My goal with this appeal is to have the decision reviewed fairly and consistently.

Ok so, i got my flags blacklisted for a week on monday 20th/19th, and i was supposed to get them today, but the Moderator who i first saw said, and i quote "You made a ticket complaining about a wait too early, your an impatient little retard so im extended your blacklist 3 days". I undertsand why he was mad, but i dont understand why he had to extend it especially sonce it had nothing to do with props of pet flags at all. I would like to get my props back especially since i have been looking forward to making a car dupe.

i understand your minus one for my ban appeal. i shouldnt have try to bypass using a alt. i just wanted to play on the server and actually take it serious this time. before i was just messing around kinda doing whatever on the game messing around but i put in alot of hours other gmod servers and i really wanna be given a 2nd chance to prove that i matured since my time being banned and that i can be a fun part of the roleplay community. not trying to excuse for attempting to bypass with a alt just giving my reason. but as i said i understand ur decision on minus oneing my appeal

In addition I was told that all internal ministry was hostile after the Kriegsmarschall was kidnapped. At the front of the riechstag i was group trying to follow orders when a small group civilians appeared. They then started to ask what I was doing while I was in a gunfight so I told them to leave me alone, and they refused. Instead they kept getting infront of me while insulting me. Thats when I spotted members of the internal ministry that I stated before that I was told was hostile exiting the riechstag. I then engaged them trying to avoid the civilians but unfortunately they got caught in the crossfire and I died. Additional Information: I would like to say if this is deemed a bannable offence I apologize, I quite literally was trying to up hold my orders.

-1 I think you are forgetting about the MOJ and WC, so there are more choices than the Sicherheits-Polizeigericht. And civilians overseeing trials... that can be self-explained on why it is not a good idea.

-1 The wait time for richters isn’t that bad. Having a civilian have oversight/authority over government employees isn’t right, especially since they are still civilians and thus prone to outside influence. No faction would accept another faction having policing authority over them, let alone civilians. Government courts are an option as well, if the charges are applicable to civil/criminal law and not just faction specific law.

I understand your interpretation of the incident, and I have already weighed my decisions on the scale of right and wrong. I've learned from the mistakes I've made throughout the entire situation, and this infraction definitely won't be made again. I again profusely apologize, and I want to convey my wish to get back into the roleplay sooner rather than later.

While I appreciate your apology, you need to understand that actions have consequences. You initiated a large-scale gunfight without any legitimate reason, and situations like that carry serious consequences under our rules. In fact, another player was banned at the very same checkpoint less than 15 minutes before you for doing the exact same thing. Specifically, as I was overwatching the situation, the Landespolizei officer was in the process of switching from the camera back to his weapon. That does not constitute a threat that justifies initiating a gunfight. Simply seeing another player transition from one piece of equipment to another is not grounds to open fire. Most people are aware that equipping or switching to a weapon results in it being pointed, thats just how the game works and most of the time people will safety withing a few seconds. Trying to justify starting a gunfight over a standard gameplay mechanic is silly. At some point, players have to recognize that choosing to start a gunfight without justification is a decision, and the consequences that follow are a direct result of that decision. I hope you take this as a learning opportunity and make better decisions in similar situations going forward.
