Like you said, you were banned for RDM - from what I observed, you just opened fire on a truck instantly killing a civilian with no interaction whatsoever. You are sincere in acknowledging your mistake. I am happy to reduce this ban down and have it reversed.

Not to mention the initial entry was invited in. The leadership involved was invited in after a detainment was made on the NSB. Then it was found out a high CO had a primary and he was tacked on to the situation. It became probable cause further when the CO with a gun ran into the BB at full speed and then opened fire on NSB.

So out of 7+ people a random wherman and myself were named?

There was zero raid. We entered under probable cause for an individual with a primary firearm. No one raided anything, it was basic duties of the police. I was only named by said "high CO" after he got my ID and decided to say it Thomas, was again running around with a primary and shooting NSB doesnt exactly count for much.

Hello. I NHC order PK'ed you for participating in a raid on the ICC. You were apart of a group of NSB members who did the following: Filed a gatehouse the same time as entering, with the request being denied after they entered Broke into the ICC with 8 agents after entry was denied, for a PCO on a Feldjager CO Attempted to detain the Chief of the Reserve The entire situation was abysmal, and led to absolutely nothing of value, therefore you alongside another wehrmann were pked for it after being named directly by a high CO who was at the situation.

The NSB came to the gate to serve a PCO on an Feldjager, they then forced entry into the ICC resulting in an enlisted being detained by myself, the NSB then forced themselves further into the BB attempting to find myself which they failed, at no point did they get my name, just a simple description being that I was Male 09 officer in the Heer, with an MP28. We then executed two members of the NSB at the back of the BB with no witnesses, I then disposed of the bodies in a Citroen Truck, and was soon shortly captured, taken to the LF changing rooms and shot. Why should you be un-PK'd?: I believe I should be unPKed due to the lack of evidence and roleplay surrounding my death. As shown in this clip there was a minute between the Korpsleiter showing up and my death, they didn't attempt to dossier, extract information, try and use dirt on me to make me a spy or perform really any roleplay around my detainment other than my death even when the Korpsleiter himself said he wanted the Generalmajor to go down for what happened. Secondly, they had zero evidence of anything, they didn't even know the NSB individuals were dead only that a gunshot was heard, they didnt even find the body shown by it still being here after my PK.

Then to top it off this execution of this guy that kidnapped the superior officer was done by 2 people in the lamest fashion possible

Everything was fine till a superior officer ordered ordered a detainment on another superior officer of the military. I was involved in such detainment along side a sister orginization, This superior officer who is RPI was defending an individual who was shooting NSB in the Bendler Block and it resulted in his arrest being issued. The Military then result to raiding on a individual they saved from custody. They then detain me a short while after say I kidnapped said superior officer, zero roleplay and killed me. Why should you be un-PK'd?: I was involved in the detainment but was following orders along 7+ people of equal or higher rank and the individual wasn't harmed. This was a bullshit PK that had little to no roleplay and if we can just PK anyone for following orders, idk what the point of doing anything it. Additional Information: We started a situation during early hours to get things going. Military roleplay consisted of raiding, defending thomas while he ran around RDMing the NSB, and then PK me for little to no reason other than I was in the area.

Common sense applies in these situations, it is wholly unrealistic to run into a building with 6 members of a rival faction during or at the tail-end of a Civil War and open fire on them. Hello, your deputy chief here. You had been told multiple times prior to stop running away from the group and to stay with your command staff while out on patrol. We returned to the MOI and you decided at this time to run away yet again. It was at this point that we decided it best to detain you after ignoring several orders from command staff. There was no ‘random brutal attack’ on you at all. I’d have hoped that after being reprimanded many times for your earlier mistakes that you would have learned to stay with the rest of the group. You were shot by the back of the RS after we all chased you out of the MOI shouting after you and you opened fire. You decided then that the role play had concluded and left the server immediately? It is important to remember that there were people who survived the incident and of course still remembered what you did. We went back to the MOI to detain you however, you were gone. In the future, stick around after an incident such as this where people survived to avoid further bans as the role play is still ongoing. I see from the timing of this appeal that you must have tried to log back on shortly after this occurred only to see you were banned. To me this seems like you knew exactly what you were doing. If you had used your brain at all during the day you could have avoided this ban. Therefore, I believe it is completely justified.

As you can see in the clip there was no audio on radio or local voice chat, and I was left in the dark about these "Several verbal commands for me to stop" which resulted in my death. The roleplay had concluded so I left the server to continue my Day to day life.

Despite being told multiple times to stop, you repeatedly ran away from officers. We issued several verbal commands for you to stop, and you also heard over the radio that you were being ordered to comply. You continued fleeing despite these warnings. As a result, I ordered my officers to apprehend you. After you refused to stop, officers fired at your legs in an attempt to disable you and bring you into custody. Instead of complying, you returned fire and were killed during the exchange. Immediately afterward, you disconnected from the server before the roleplay could be concluded, which appears to be an attempt to avoid in-character consequences and any applicable roleplay punishment.
