Why were you banned?: I had manned the checkpoint at the church bridge as a member of the Storm Legion earlier. While I was out I, heard on the radio that the entire Storm Legion manning the checkpoint was subsequently shot to death by the army, who was not pleased by having its accessways blocked. Upon hearing this, I went to the checkpoint and fired two shots at a panzer taunting us at the gate. As a way to get back, for them killing all of us, I intended to hit his legs. The first shot missed. So I fired another shot and succesfully hit his legs. However, Major Whoreson noticed this and asked me why I shot him, he was dressed in a suit so I thought he was a civilian just asking questions. I then subsequently responded with ''for fun'' which turned out to be a grave error. Upon being picked up by the physgun, I attempted to explain my actual reasoning. But alas, it was too late. Why do you deserve to be unbanned?: I humbly request a second chance and I apologise for my actions. I thought the person asking me was well, a civilian. So I did not put much thought into explaining myself. If I had known this person was an admin, I would've acted much differently. However, I should not have shot the panzer in the leg in the first place, as it was a blatant escalation and I admit my mistakes. I do not play to troll or cause chaos and I have a relatively clean ban record as my latest bans were in 2025. Once again, I would like to profusely apologize, I should have known as to not shoot the Panzer in the leg in the first place, regardless of the circumstance and I admit my mistakes and how it may have looked to Major Whoreson. I will make sure to read up on the roles and make sure this does not happen again. Additional Information:

+1 Personally, I believe he got mixed up with the wrong people and has separated from them since. He was a good roleplayer with no major bans in the past, and he has been gone for around 2 months now for this mistake.

I have taken the time to review all of the video provided in this situation. I think there was a misunderstanding after reading Thomas' final comments. While this is not the best role play in the world I can hear a Major ordering for all of you being arrested and your other Heer member opens fire. Its to my understanding that he was PKed for starting the gunfight after being under threat of arrest. It appears that you reacted to this gunfire and your fellow soldier being gunned down and returned fire to others. Based on the evidence and statements provided your appeal will be accepted. I understand it came out of nowhere. We had a order to shoot, and then we realized (after i was banned) it wasnt a coup. I also never shot first as i had a Gewher, not an mp40. I was following orders, and never got put into a sit unlike my peers (from what i heard) who also did the same and never got banned. Additional Information: It was a coup.

It was something I was making for minge hours because I knew tables were very affective against cars so I thought If spawned enough on a car, the car would just get destroyed, I didn't know it would lag, since it didn't lag with any other prop except the tables.

Hi @Rizo Thanks for taking the time to make a ban appeal. After reviewing your appeal there are some troubling discrepancies that I notice, the main one being you believing that the NSB agents are breaking server rules by tying you when you are AFK. To put this bluntly, there is no such thing as your character being 'AFK'. It doesn't make sense in terms of RP. Our rules provide no protections for players that just decide to walk away, leaving their chars standing still in the RP environment. The 15 minute rule you have quoted has nothing to do with your situation. If you truly were away from your computer then how exactly do you know how long you were detained for? That rule is meant for players who have been arrested, taken to jail, and left there to rot. Clearly there was more to this situation than as you state given the statement from Vixx, so your dishonesty only adds further fuel to the fire. Appeal: Denied Thread: Locked

So you were making a dupe which consisted of over 70 tables? - you spawned them within a matter of seconds, causing the server to crash.

Why do you deserve to be unbanned?: It was late at night, probably 2-ish, I was making dupes, and while accidentally spawning the same dupe over and over, it eventually started to lag the server like ALOT and eventually it went down, I left as soon as possible to see If I left, the props would vanish, and the server wouldn't have crashed. I didn't mean to crash the server, I was just trying to make some dupes, I sincerely hope you forgive me, I just wanted to make some dupes I didn't want to ruin anybody's experience on the server. I really hope someone takes this into consideration and at least knows me a little to know I'd never do something like this intentionally. Additional Information: I really don't want to just be gone like that, I love this server, and the people on this server.

Clip link fixed. The reason for putting you under FearRP is that the LAPO officer was trying to arrest you after the player you tried to tie reported you.

You were not banned for 'calling out rulebreakers', you were banned after making 7 Tickets and refusing to RP out a situation which was wholly an in-character issue. UA had to intervene as you wouldn't take no for an answer after speaking to several different staff members. You entirely disregarded what Lawson had to say and then disconnected because you didn't get your way. We understand that being detained isn't fun, but you are expected to RP it out just like everyone else. You were not AFK, you unequipped a Mauser just before a Hauptwehrmann detained you.
