I’ve seen good moments and bad moments, but most of all, I’ve seen a community that does not deserve ass holes that destroy the experience of good roleplay. The kind that will make a man… or woman enjoy life even more than without it. Here are some reasons I feel that I should be a member of this community's staff team: - For starters, with my experience, I could help our community a bit more than I do already with my fun and sometimes annoying character. - Even though I may be a little rusty since it’s been about a year since I’ve modded, I still think I could get back on my feet quickly with a little help from other staff members. - I also think that I have a good personality and the strength to handle staff situations. I’ve had a lot of practice with drama after drama in both irl and in-game. So I can handle those problems well; I’d even say quite well. - I’ve had some experience in staffing for a FiveM server that I was Community Manager for back in 2023. Which is a bit more social modding. - I’ve also found myself being able to calm people down better than others sometimes, which could come in handy in some situations. - I don’t get mad much unless it’s a child being retarded, but who doesn’t get mad in that situation. - I think a lot of people can say I’m interesting, but some may say I’m retarded. To be honest, they can think as they want, but all I would say is that I may do stupid shit every now and then, but I will always make up for it in a good way. That is one thing I feel I am very strong in: dealing with my mistakes in a good way. When others can’t even function without being told they are intelligent. I also feel I could get to know the members of this community a bit better. I could understand how they are without being in their RP character. I may even find new friends along the way. What are the duties and responsibilities of the position you are applying for in your own words? [150 Words or more]: As a member of any staff team within or without Garry’s Mod RP, my duty is to ensure that all rules are followed by all fellow community members, including other staff members. Staff members are also to ensure that all rule-breakers are punished as the staff member sees fit or by the assigned punishment for the rule broken. Staff members are also to see that the server runs as smoothly as possible, whether it be by making sure the server does not crash or by ensuring RP is running as intended. Staff members are to assist any member of the community with any serious problem they can. Whether that be getting flags or coming from an RDM. A staff member should also use any resource at their disposal to complete a ticket, from logs to clips. All members of staff must also NEVER break rules themselves and should know at least 90% of the rules and 20-35% by heart. As I would say to any staff member of Garry’s Mod is that if you are not willing to take on a role that will take up RP time, then why apply?

Someone in staff chat said there was someone having a fit in a staff room, so I flew over to see what it was about. When I got there you were telling the player and the staff member that you were not having fun and not enjoying your time. I just told you it's a video game, you just alt + f4 if it's that bad. I then told you all that would happen is they could hold you for 15 minutes without a judge, then you get released, watch some TikTok's. Your attitude was just really really terrible to the staff member and the other player. I told you to "Smile, be happy!" and you told me to "go fuck yourself". You were then sent on a little break because you just seemed extremely unhappy and angry. Being angry in RP, yelling, etc, all totally good. But if you, as a person, and dreading playing the game that much, probably best to find something else to do.

I am familiar with staff commands and procedures thanks to this tenure, although I will of course make sure to refresh my level of knowledge on them. I am aware of the previous concerns of my staff tenures, namely a reputation for being unduly harsh or bashful. In recognition of these concerns, I am proud to state clearly that I have made an effort to minimize these harmful qualities and work towards replacing those traits with some which are better suited to being a reasonable and respectable person. I will not always be necessarily the most active staff member, due to my military service, but I will strive to make up for that by maintaining quality and professionalism. [150 Words or more]: (This next answer is copied from my previous application, since my views on it have not changed. The above answer was rewritten.) The duties of a moderator, as the first level of the staff team, are relatively simple. Taking tickets, both to aid players with rulebreakers and helping them with IC matters (model changes, plytransfers, etc) comprises 90 percent of what moderators have to do frequently. When there's no tickets to take, it's best to noclip around to watch for issues like players stuck in each other or doors, proptrapping, or anything else that a player needs help with. A professional attitude and demeanor is required when handling new players, who might not understand the server or its rules, as well as intentionally disruptive players who try to goad a reaction or just generally infuriate people. I always try to be patient with people, which is a necessity with tickets -- treating both sides of a sit evenly, avoiding excessive punishment, and delicately and calmly explaining to unknowing rulebreakers what precisely was unacceptable about what they did and what rule they violated, so that they aren't left confused or unsure of what they actually did wrong. Patience, caution, discretion and diligence are imperative for the staff team, and I genuinely believe that I can meet these virtues as needed for staff. Notes: None.

First, I Never said you were the one who directly shot me, I said you were the one who gave the order to attack, and lead the men to do so through, your own Claim, thus making you the one who broke my legs and the reason I was shot Second, You can be behind the forces and still be the one leading the charge by organizing the men and telling them to charge and then actively taking part in the combat, even if you walk like a Lame Duck into the fray. Thirdly, Your the one who said that you lead the charge, that you had ordered the men, Refused to answer who really gave the order then doubled down on having given the order yourself. The reason your assume blame for me being shot is the fact you said you ordered the men around who shot me, Your order was the direct result of that, and you could neither give me the man who did it ( Understandable ) Nore would you give me the person nore blame the person who really Did it ( Were you made your mistake ), Thus you left me with no way to follow a lead on who did this except for pointing the loaded gun and question at your own head. So in conclusion, this makes you: A). Directly Responsible for me being shot B). Giving no other option but to let the blame fall upon yourself C). I would like to start off by saying thank you to Thomas for your response and I appreciate it, I would like to then continue by saying that in both clips you've shown me you can, first of all see I wasn't the one who shot you as the one who shot you was wearing a field cap and I was wearing a CO cap and secondly, in the first clip no where do i state that I lead the charge, nor that i shot you. I actively denied leading the charge. Thirdly, In the second clip where you supposedly see me "leading the charge" and "giving the order" if you look very closely I can actually be seen at the very back of the group? if I was leading the charge this would certainly be a horrible way to do it. Fourth of all, I was not the highest in command as you openly contradict yourself by showing us the Generalinspektor was there too and saying "Well that's the problem we had a general down there"? aswell as the Generalinspektor commenting on this post and admitting he was there. You are correct in the fact you were lenient, you asked me time and time again who lead the charge, and who shot you in which both cases I told you I didn't know, time and time again. Also Yes in the end it was confirmed off of orders of the Panzermarshal for you to be killed for your actions against his flak tower, You had admitted to leading the charge, refused to say who gave the order, and were un willing to state who had given the order unseen while you were seen leading the attack. You were given chance time and time again to deny haveing lead the attack as the highest ranking Person involved and to name who had done as such, You refused and openly said you had lead the attack, That you dont know who ordered the attack.

The reason I requested his PK was because he had led the forces in the attack against the Flak Tower. This happened even after I had ordered my own men to keep their guns down and not continue firing upon them, especially considering they had not fired on them in the first place. When he was eventually captured and brought before us, he openly stated that he had led the attack against the Flak Tower. He also admitted that he had been leading the men responsible for shooting me personally. These were the same men I was allowing up the ladder, only for them to suddenly open fire on me for seemingly no reason. I was wounded and survived, but with both of my legs broken. After he admitted to leading the attack, I asked him a very simple question: "Who gave the order to attack the Flak Tower?" This conversation happened in front of multiple witnesses, including the Panzer Marshal, the General der, and several other members of the military. His answer was clear: "No one gave the order. I was leading the charge. I was leading the charge." Even after that, I gave him multiple opportunities to clarify what had happened. I was being extremely lenient with him. I told him that if somebody else had actually ordered the attack, then he needed to tell us who it was and put it down in a witness statement. Even then, I gave him three more chances to tell us who had actually ordered the attack. His story continued changing. First, he said he did not know. Then he claimed he believed it was somebody in higher command. Then, finally, he went straight back to claiming that he had done it himself. TL;DR: I requested his PK because he repeatedly admitted, in front of multiple witnesses, that he personally led the attack on the Flak Tower. His men opened fire during that attack and wounded me, breaking both of my legs. I repeatedly gave him opportunities to identify someone else who had ordered the attack, but his answers changed from not knowing, to suggesting higher command, and then back to claiming that he himself had led it. The later written statement also appears inconsistent with what he originally told us. Hi, you were NHC PKed by the Panzermarschall following information to him provided by the Legatus. From what I remember their reason for PKing you was being the officer in charge of an attack on the flaktower resulting in your capture. Following this you were interrogated by the legatus in which you allegedly admitted to leading an assault. I can no longer find the clip for this. Now reviewing the situation later and being unable to find the clip I no longer feel you should be PKed. I have contacted the Legatus and the Panzermarschall sharing this post asking if they would comment on their reason for PKing you.
