So first off this is not an appeal, this could have been a discord ticket if you had questions regarding the 2 week cooldown etc. But since we are here.... Just make a military character and transfer to whatever faction you want with your paid rank. You never mentioned this in the staff sit, the claimant said I would like to pk this guy for fearp, then I replied with there was no time given, the claimant then responded with "well you jumped over the fence and we shot you through the fence." you then responded with "I see this pretty clearly." there was no mention about my "behaviour", this is not to go against you and I thank you for agreeing the time was short. But in the sit, I do not remember any mention of this aforementioned behaviour as the PK reason, the PK reason in question was because I "jumped over the fence to escape and was shot through the fence." to my knowledge of what occurred in the sit. And in the clip, it shows that I was pushed from the fence to the outside from the gunshots not that I had manually jumped over the fence on top of the face also that the fence boosts you up. Also would like to mention, again, I had stopped and if they gave me the time to actually execute the mugging it would've completely gone through as it did with the mugging 10 minutes later after this interaction. I appealed that PK, which was denied by Prime. When I was creating a new character, since I have a purchased rank, I either HAVE to choose between the VSK or the military when selecting a faction. I inquired if I was able to continue in the VSK due to my PK, I was told by a member of UA that there was a 2 week period that I could not be a member of the VSK, hence why I transferred into the NYPD once my new character was created. I had no choice but to leave the VSK due to that rule. Additional Information: N/A

They searched me, took all of my guns, and left me in a room. They then told me "do not move". I stayed completely still for so long that I was kicked by the auto-kick. I did not flee, and was rather excited about the roleplay I was about to experience. I wish to be able to reconnect and continue the roleplay. I was banned as I was actively waiting in the queue to reconnect after being auto-kicked for not moving, as I was commanded to do by my subduers. Additional Information:

Hello, I was the admin who PKed you. In the clip I reviewed, three officers attempted to detain you and put you in cuffs. You then pulled out a gun on safety and started walking away from them. The officers gave you multiple warnings to stop moving and put your gun down. They had their guns pointed at you, meaning you were under FearRP. You failed to fear for your life and follow their orders, so they shot and killed you for FearRP. You also left the game immediately after being killed, before you were even PKed. I also noticed you said, “You have a weapon out.” However, you only pulled your weapon out when the officers attempted to detain you, not before the encounter. You must be actively holding a weapon in your hand before the encounter begins for that argument to apply. FearRP Rule 8: If you are actively holding a weapon in your hand, FearRP does not apply, and you may retaliate (even if it is on safety, E+R) FearRP Rule 1: While under FearRP you are required to oblige by the commands of your captor. If you attempt to escape or pull out a weapon to fight back but are killed that would then display a disregard for your own safety. This is a calculated risk you took, or a denial to value your own life, which will result in your PK.

I said I had barley hit it and would pay for a repair if it was their car. The lead officer ignoring what I had just said told me to put away my gun that was on safety and began counting from 5. I tried reasoning with him but he just finished the count and killed me. Shortly after I respawned I was taken to the character select screen and told my character was banned. Why should you be un-PK'd?: I feel like the escalation of force was unnecessary and the situation could've been resolved Differently. Along with being a member of the MP which I thought would allow the law enforcement officers to give me the benefit of the doubt, and try to have a conversation before resorting to violence. I and meem have had a civil conversation, and he insisted multiple times that integrally, I shouldn't rescind this report because of an IC instance of us getting along, but honestly, the fact that I could do business that I really needed to, and that today we didn't have issues at all, I think it stands for what I wanted to change with this report. Hereby, I rescind my complaint. meem has proven that he is absolutely capable and willing to RP in a way that allows me, despite his qualms, to do as I would with any other member of IC importance, and that he wouldn't, as staff, be integrally inclined to abuse his powers against me, IC or OOC. We have come to an understanding.

Hi ibby, I was the staff member that issued the PK. I've issued the PK on the PK Guidelines of Government PK Criteria 5: 5. Being killed while not abiding by Fear-RP [PK] I've been given 2 clips of the situation, one by the player who killed you and another who was involved. In both clips, it is clear that these players were chasing you down through the alleyways. Upon being cornered all 3 players aimed their weapons at you telling you to stop moving but you chose to climb the fence to escape while repeating the words "Don't do nathon", whatever that means. The main reason I deemed it valid is because you knew they were chasing you by hiding in the dark alleyway corner, then upon being discovered you ran for the fence. I do agree that the time they put you under fear rp is very short for you to respond but your repeating of the Nathan lines made me believe you were not taking the situation serious at all. I do support your character getting un-PKed, but that will ultimately be up to the UA member that reviews this appeal. The thing is, you pulled a gun out towards someone who already had his own gun AIMED AT ONE OF HIS NCOS. While you were trying to make a joke, you did say "I am joking" the second you got your head blown off your shoulders, therefore you can't really blame him for doing that. I would have done the exact same thing too if someone pulled a gun on me from the back and already had my own gun off safety. While you could void that and carry on without any PK consequences, you went a step further, insulting and THREATENING the same man that opened fire on you seconds ago without much thought, completely failing to read the situation. What did you expect to happen? Let you go and get a gun so you can have your revenge? Absolutely not.

Why should you be un-PK'd?: During the pk during my POV, guns were not raised up against me nor clear commands were made, it was pitch black and I did not see anyone have raised weapons, on top of this the stutter from in-game I didn't hear them when they said hands from their POV which even then again it was pitch black I saw not a single person and this is prevalent even in the aggressors POV where you see pitch black as well, it was only until the fence I realised I was being put under fearrp, in which I stopped at the top of the fence but I was probably given a time frame of like 1.5-2 seconds to respond till they started blasting me. I was told that apparently "I jumped over the fence and they shot me through it." and that was the main reason why it got approved. I stopped at the top of the fence, thats why I paused but the ladder is really dodgy and odd and will just randomly propel you when pressing w, on top of this I was getting blasted with 3 guns and the knockback from that also pushed me back, I wouldve fully complied if I was even given the time to respond which ironically enough I would say like 10 minutes later after this interaction, I had gotten fear rpd and mugged dry by a similar civilian gang. My main point is that fear rp was only in effect during the scene within the fence and I would say I was given like 1.5 seconds to respond in which I did just at the very last second as you see me pause in the clip before I get blasted with 3 guns and im knocked back outside of the fence and my body ends up on the other side, not that I "jumped over the fence". This has been the most regretable behavior I have had in a space I enjoy engaging with, and each time I do something even more deserving of a perm ban, this time especially. I have been in prom for a year now, and in my playtime, it has been the most enjoyable larp Ive done in any area of larp ever, so each time Im permed, I always think I wont ever want to come back, then a few weeks or months later, I get the itch. I need to scratch it. Ive reached out to brownie personally to apologize to him for what I said and did. Looking back, it was one of the most embarassing things Ive done on the internet, so I had to apologize. I know how my track record looks, but I do know some people can attest I do love prom. I am loyal to it, and I try my best to make a fun and engaging larp situation in each situation Im in. Ive have been officers on both MOI and MOW and enjoyed my time on both of them. Thus is why I wish to return. I deeply regret how Ive handled myself on this network. If I had a coin I could flip to remove my entire history, I would. You need to make sure to DM a staff member on discord when something like that happens so you don't get banned. They can only assume it was LTARP from that point.
