You were pked for dying while conducting a pk. Only NHC have faction broadcast permissions. No faction broadcast was made. The scummy part of this is you dming your command, MGD Chief, (metagaming) not even 2 minutes after dying that "we went to the sewers and got ambushed by the nsb" along with coping about your idea of them cheating over faction broadcast, which was relayed to others in game. Good luck on the appeal. What is even funnier is that I don't think NSB in the sewers did not even know that you were conducting a pk. It appears from their clip that they are waiting to go inside when attention is drawn to the front gate. I don't think they knew anything about the PK due to the fact that they requested a fear rp pk on you after killing you. Why should you be un-PK'd?: I believe that the individual who we were going to PK might have done a faction broadcast while he was gagged, blindfolded and tied. Me and Tobias Graber saw him typing something while we were dragging him out of the KM's office. I believe if he did metagame this information it is just an unfair way of getting himself out and getting us PKd. Additional Information: N/A

Why should you be un-PK'd?:Whilst being gagged and dragged by myself and Rosamann, NSB dude began typing. We believe he made a faction broadcast (which is against the rules) for the NSB to wait outside the sewer entrance. The NSB were there so quickly that it would be unreasonable to assume they didn't know about our plot to pk their guy, and the only way they could have known is if he made the broadcast. Initially, I refused to provide it. In response, they drew a firearm and attempted to restrain me.Once a weapon was pointed at me, I immediately changed my attitude and tried to comply. I stepped back slightly and said words to the effect of "Okay, okay, I'll show you my ID." I was attempting to de-escalate the situation and avoid being harmed. I did not attempt to fight them, draw a weapon, run away, or otherwise challenge two armed individuals.I understand that my movement may have been interpreted as resistance. However, my intention was not to escape or ignore the threat. The small steps backward were made while I was speaking and trying to negotiate compliance. I was acting as though my character was scared and attempting to reason with the attackers rather than defy them.The situation ended very quickly, and I was killed shortly afterward. Looking back, I understand how my actions may have appeared from another player's perspective, but I respectfully believe that they do not constitute intentional No Fear RP. I did acknowledge the threat, verbally complied, and attempted to cooperate once the firearm was drawn.I have no intention of breaking server rules and always try to participate in roleplay in good faith. I respectfully ask that the staff team review the situation again and consider reducing or removing the punishment. If my actions were not ideal, I am willing to accept guidance and ensure that similar misunderstandings do not occur in the future. Thank you for your time and consideration. Why should you be un-PK'd?: I believe my PK should be reversed because the circumstances surrounding my death do not justify a permanent character kill.During the encounter, I did not initiate violence, threaten anyone, or engage in any actions that would reasonably warrant a PK. When weapons were drawn on me, I attempted to de-escalate the situation by verbally complying and indicating that I would provide my identification. My intention was to cooperate and preserve my character's life rather than escalate the encounter.Additionally, the situation developed very quickly and did not provide a meaningful opportunity for roleplay beyond the initial confrontation. From my perspective, the encounter was a brief identification dispute that escalated directly into lethal force. I do not believe my actions reached the level of severity normally associated with a permanent character death.I respectfully ask the staff team to review the circumstances and determine whether the use of a PK was proportionate to the events that occurred. If my conduct was imperfect, I am willing to accept responsibility for any rule violations, but I do not believe the situation justified the permanent loss of my character. I believe I've made a decent name for myself within the military when it comes to my reputation and how I carry myself, in a positive way. I believe both my character and my experience will be a great addition to the staff team of Prometheus. I personally have been having a lot of fun within this community and have been asked to join the staff team. [150 Words or more]: Just like I said previously, I believe the main duties and responsibilities of a staff member would be to make sure people who join the server are following the rules, as the rules are there to maintain an enjoyable environment for the player and in the grand scheme of things, the community as a whole. My job as a newer member of staff would be to make sure I meet the quota established as well as primarily learn from more senior members of staff. That and assisting in any situations where my position within the staff team allows me to, for example, assisting people with changing models when they require it, assisting with getting people into factions or if the situation requires an escalation, contacting more senior members of the staff team to take care of the situation.
