[150 Words or more]: The main duties of staff members are responding to tickets for small tasks, such as name and model changes. In my mind, that makes up the bulk of staff work. The rest is making sits with players and dealing with infractions of the rules and mediating disputes that arise as a result of them being broken. Another aspect of staff is responding to tickets on your staff character promptly. Your staff character should take priority over your RP character, especially if tickets start to pile up. When players have to wait ages for someone to take their ticket, it reflects poorly on the staff team and Prometheus. Staff members should also conduct themselves in a manner that properly represents the values of Prometheus Networks. They should act in a way that’s respectful and unbiased towards players. Additionally, the staff team can be another resource for payers to use. New players can consult staff for clarification or further explanation of any rules, or just for advice on how something typically goes within the dynamics of the server. For a brand new player, everything on Prometheus can be overwhelming, and just standing around participating without understanding the deeper meaning of what's going on between the factions and politics that drive this server leaves out a major part of the experience we try to provide. As a administrator for Prometheus Networks for years now, I think our team is absolutely wonderful, and if you have any concerns feel free to make a staff report on the forums. And any PKs are able to be contended with via the appeals process if you believe it was biased, unfair or not within the guidelines. What is not appreciated is the frankly childish attempt to advertise another server, if you wish to depart you do not need to announce it, this is not an airport.

[200 words or more]: The Berliner Volksmiliz was founded somewhere in the 1900's as just a small hunting group in the berlin area after the first world war the militia was an more spoken of organization in civil places.The group was build on a Foundation where the people wouldn't have to pay big amounts for weapons and permits wich are pretty expensive.The militia has a complex but straightfoward rank system and authority bar that was made based on prussian legacy.In 1940 the militia was discoverd and many members were captured but in March of 1941 the members came toghether and started finnaly rearming and creating weapons depotes in bought safe houses instead of the sewers the organization is quiet for now.....
