SteamID (STEAM_0:X:XXX): Steam ID: 76561198717169803 Staff member who issued the PK (if you know): Explain why you were PK'd: Causing a shootout Why should you be un-PK'd?: I simply returned fire on a KG officer, I was Pk'ed for causing a gunfight when I shot second and I don't believe that's a fair and just PK when I spent weeks getting my Char to a Leutnant just for me to avenge my soldier and get Pk'ed. Additional Information: A group was in the bank consisting of KG and the Reserve Army, I was standing in the corner behind the counter with my Oberfeldwebel, a KG soldier went up to us and started pointing his weapon at my Oberfeldwebel trying to arrest him, I scolded the KG soldier for which then my Oberfeldwebel pointed his gun back at the soldier behind my back and a watching KG officer from the other side of the counter then shot and killed my Oberfeldwebel, I then shot at the KG officer and killed him, went behind the counter again instead of shooting into the crowd even more then the few shots I already had shot that might've strayed off and killed the original KG soldier who was trying to kill me, then I died and then was PK'ed sense I "caused a mass gunfight" The KG officer who shot first at my Oberfeldwebel should be the one getting PK'ed for shooting first and forcing me to respond with shooting at him, If you check the log's you will see that He killed someone and then I killed him and his soldier, I don't believe I killed anyone else but those two people but if it was it was a mistake, If I was trying to cause a mass shootout I would've fired my whole mag into that crowd and would have tried to kill more people than the two I killed.

that is understandable honestly but i have been around the community through the NSB and the party guard now im in LAPO i have made some friends off of the server aswell and made my presence known

You seem to have no accomplishments in the roleplay, but breaking the rules, the alcohol part just corroborates to the idea that you have no control over yourself, I pray that you win the struggle against alcohol and become a better person.

Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]: I believe I should become a member of staff because this server actually means something to me; it's usually a good time, and when people are on, it's one of my more enjoyable hobbies. I want to do something to help others have an experience that has been as enjoyable as mine, and becoming a member of the staff team seems like a great way to accomplish that. I always abide by the rules set in place because they ensure that everyone has a fair and enjoyable experience on the server. I've been around for a while and have played this game a bit too much over the years. I've accumulated 13,000 hours, so I've seen many "interesting" scenarios go down across multiple servers, and I believe myself to be more than capable of enforcing the rules and ensuring members of the community have a good experience on Prometheus. I've interacted with the staff team a number of times and have been in a handful of sits; staff members have almost always been helpful, professional, and generally courteous. Having played 1942RP for ~5 years, and RP servers in general for ~7, combined with previous encounters with the staff team doing their jobs, and a bit of common sense, enables me to extend the same helpful treatment I've been given to others, and elevate the experiences of players in the community. Having an understandable voice of objective reason can really help when mediating disputes between players who are potentially heated after engaging in a scenario for extended periods of time. [150 Words or more]: The main duties of staff members are responding to tickets for small tasks, such as name and model changes. In my mind, that makes up the bulk of staff work. The rest is making sits with players and dealing with infractions of the rules and mediating disputes that arise as a result of them being broken. Another aspect of staff is responding to tickets on your staff character promptly. Your staff character should take priority over your RP character, especially if tickets start to pile up. When players have to wait ages for someone to take their ticket, it reflects poorly on the staff team and Prometheus. Staff members should also conduct themselves in a manner that properly represents the values of Prometheus Networks. They should act in a way that’s respectful and unbiased towards players. Additionally, the staff team can be another resource for payers to use. New players can consult staff for clarification or further explanation of any rules, or just for advice on how something typically goes within the dynamics of the server. For a brand new player, everything on Prometheus can be overwhelming, and just standing around participating without understanding the deeper meaning of what's going on between the factions and politics that drive this server leaves out a major part of the experience we try to provide.
