Below are some photographs from my most recent project on the server. Over the last week, I have spent copious amounts of time and effort in-between my regular RP & Staff Duties to create this overhaul of The FEMINA's exterior. It now sports a completely new 'Neoclassical' Design, one I believe fits much nicer with the surrounding buildings. Let me know your thoughts below. P.S - Someone tell Whoreson that ADV Material was the BEST tool he ever added.

My primary motivation for joining the staff team is to help improve the community by taking tickets, fixing issues, and ensuring the players get the best roleplaying experience without hiccups. I have staffing experience from Gmod, and I believe that my previous experience, attitude, and work ethic would blend well with the current staff needs. I am familiar with the rules and have an excellent grasp on what they entail, and I'm willing to enforce them when required. I don't believe staffing is relegated to doling out punishments; it's also about helping players understand why what they did was wrong and how they can avoid doing it again. If a player is new or genuinely confused, I'd much rather educate and inform than jump down their throats immediately. Giving them that chance to roleplay and understand is much better for the server than arbitrarily banning them the moment they join and screw something up. I'm also very forgiving and attempt to put everything in context before making a decision. If a warning is better than a ban, but the rulebook allows it, I will always give the benefit of the doubt as long as it follows guidelines. For me, this is how I operate myself; I've had no bans or infractions within a few weeks since I've joined. This shows that I follow rules and attempt to be a good example. In short, I firmly believe that becoming part of your staff team would help facilitate good relations between the community and the current staff. I'd be a welcome addition, and I'm willing to put in my best effort at all times to help keep this server respectful and fun for everyone involved. In my own words, the staff member's job is to ensure players are adhering to the rules for everyone to experience properly functioning roleplay. While rule enforcement is necessary, not every situation calls for heavy-handed punishment. If a player is simply confused or made a mistake, the role of the staff member is to guide them, tell them what they did wrong, and essentially teach them how the server works. What are the duties and responsibilities of the position you are applying for in your own words? [150 Words or more]: As a representative of the community, it's important for a staff member to maintain a sense of respectfulness and professionalism. In dealing with tickets, answering questions, and resolving player inquiries, patience, communication, and calmed demeanor are essential. An approachability and understanding nature keeps the server a welcoming place. It is necessary to have a basis of understanding with the community members, and other team members. This allows for the fluidity of the server to be maintained. If I were a staff member, I would enforce rules where applicable but also stress educational components by providing clarity where applicable for those who simply don't understand. A good portion of the role is to help new players understand the structure of the server and promote their engagement in roleplay before they become discouraged and punished. This is necessary for player retention and better roleplay quality. The best way to create better roleplay is to cultivate new role-players into becoming great players.

Hello, I was the Gericht member who collected your witness statement. In regard to this, you solely wrote 100% of your statement. If verification on this is required, the Google Docs version history can be provided. Nothing was written for you or edited from your text. On top of this, you even submitted your own pictures that you took as evidence into your statement. Before you even drafted the statement, you told the Gendarmerie Chief, while I was standing next to you, that you intended to take the Polizeikommandeur to court. This alone already indicated that you wanted to use dirt against the Polizeikommandeur. You then proceeded to write a witness statement on this in advance of a court trial you intended to hold against the Polizeikommandeur.

I wanted to create this Thread to discuss Building and the tools which Prometheus offer to Donators in order to construct Businesses, Checkpoints, Defences and more. Since returning, I have found a great love for the 'Advanced Material' tool. Here you can see how I have used it to create a whole new façade for the Bar I am making on Prinzregent Street which will be named 'Prinzregent Pub'. Love this new feature for allowing materials to blend with the buildings around them if you are constructing anything, it stops lots of things from sticking out like a sore thumb if you use the tool. \/ Photos included below of the exterior and interior! Let me know your thoughts! \/

The ban was pretty straight forward, and after viewing a clip of the situation provided to me by @Vixxit was very clear that you were mic-spamming on our server which violates General Rule #8. We also do not condone the use of racial or other offensive slurs per Global Rule #1 which were pertinent in the songs you were mic-spamming. Being in violation of these rules, Vixx was within his authority to punish you which in this case was a 1 week ban (corrected from an original 2 week ban). You also attempted to evade the ban using an alternate account which violates Global Rule #11, please mention this in your appeal. The appeal will require much more effort as a result of this global rule infraction now that the ban has been made permanent.

To clarify this, I didn’t give you a “verbal suggestion” in the sense of influencing your statement. After you finished writing your main statement, you asked me what a good way to end it would be, and I offered an idea only after your request. I didn’t write any part of the document for you or try to shape your account.

Thank you for taking the time to appeal on the Forums. Whilst I did not authorize your PK, I was heavily involved when speaking with the individual who was seeking the GriefPK - Discussion before UA Approval - which is why I shall comment here to further explain why you were PK'd within our Guidelines. You had written and signed an Official Witness Statement, with a Polizeigericht member, which detailed a players actions which would have him tried in a Court for Espionage. Something which can be punishable by arrest and/or death. To stop this, he took matters into his own hands and asked if it was a viable GriefPK. The PK was approved as Greif falls under 'ANY Information which can lead to arrest/execution.' furthermore because what you had accused him of was A. Not Public Knowledge, B. Illegal & C. Information which would lead to Consequences or Punishment. Overall, this ticked all the boxes and fell into the category for a Valid GriefPK. However, UA shall make the final decision.

Character's name & rank: Martin Mencken Feldwebel SteamID (STEAM_0:X:XXX): 76561198798918892 Staff member who issued the PK (if you know): Unknown Explain why you were PK'd: Good afternoon I was PK,d after a dispute in the Lichterfelde where two gentlemen broke in ( I know my doors were locked because i always lock the doors before placing my dupe) weapons drawn requesting me to stop moving and be detained for no reason at all, i proceeded back up and issue warnings to them after they refused to follow my command i fired my weapon because they were inside unlawfully and trying to detain me (following rule of shooting with reason and acting upon an active threat) . after firing my weapon i was killed. right after that i spawned into the room and intended on following the NLR rule, then they fired at me through the window and spawn killed me. Why should you be un-PK'd?: I believe i should be un PK,d because i was not intending to act under fear rp as i was not being held captive and was doing my part to keep the Lichterfelde safe and keeping the intruders out. acting under rules of being able to shoot/kill them with roleplay reason, and acting upon an active threat as they did have weapons drawn and breaking inside the Lichterfelde. Additional Information: I have spent alot of time on this character and have not had a single violation and have roleplayed to the best of my abilities, i have even purchased the donator role to be able to help my fellow roleplayers get training and setup roleplay situations. Explain why your flags should be unblacklisted: I am greatly apologetic for this, seeing as this action was blatantly idiotic. It was not my intention to cause harm to the server. To be honest I have no idea why I thought it was a good idea to spawn a bunch of props in one spot, but I have recognized the severe nature of this. Since I wanted to make sure I never did anything like this with my flags ever again, I had decided to wait at least a month before appealing. On my Ouroboros character, the use of dupes is a key element to good rp, without the use of props, I will not be able to generate the kind of atmosphere that makes people engaged in our experiments and tests. Moreover, dupes are an essential part of getting funding for projects and research. The loss of flags is detrimental the roleplay on my main character and I simply care far too much to let something like this happen again. Additional Information: It has now been 34 days and I can reliably say that I will remember this moment every time I plan on using props. If I was offered the opportunity to get my flags back, I will never make this mistake again.

I was one of the ricthers and I dont really see what this guy did to get banned, I dont know how to had no intention to roleplay, or failed roleplay. He set up a scene that would include a trial so the richters and other people had stuff to do, He complied with the IC gagging and was complient during the trial.

It's possible I misheard and someone else said my name, but the name Whoreson was most assuredly said. I felt further confident in this when someone in LOOC said "I didn't know that was the owner". This obviously led me to believe you said my name. I'll go ahead and unban you, if it wasn't you, then I apologize. Not confident enough that you said it to keep you banned for it.

To start this off, personally I plan on being big in the PD. I think it would be interesting, having two factions mainly clashing over control of your force, while you are still exercising authority over civilians. I might also explore corruption/abuse of authority roleplay. It seems on topic for this timeline.
