After reviewing the situation it has been decided that your PK will be overturned. Part of roleplaying isn't just the guidelines but the situation as a whole. The clip provided was a total of 13 seconds of which only 3 seconds were you being told to run away and stop moving at the same time then being shot less than 2 seconds later without any attempts to detain you and to top it all off with a "PK HIM" at the end. Hello, I am the admin who approved your PK. After taking a deeper look into the PK and reviewing all of the clips again, I realized that I made a mistake when approving it. You were being PK'd for FearRP by a Landespolizei member in front of the ICC side gate. However, after reviewing the footage more carefully, I noticed that the officer never clearly pointed a weapon at you from your perspective. He only raised his weapon once your back was turned. While he did tell you to stop moving around three times, the commands were given very quickly before you were killed, making it unreasonable to expect you to react in time. Additionally, at the end of the clip, another player can be heard saying, "PK," which is not allowed, as players should never announce that they PKed someone. I also believe this PK did not meet our PK standards. PKs should only be used as a last resort, especially when the player is an CO character. They should never be issued solely for the purpose of removing someone from their job or title. Because of these issues, the PK should not have been approved. I apologize for my mistake and for any inconvenience this caused.

I've been playing this server for over 2 years, I feel a permanent ban is a bit severe. Could we please give this a second consideration? Additional Information: Id say the situation was definatly out of line, and I didn't realize it wasn't allowed within the bounds of rp, the events that led to this mistake are questionable and I'd like to have a second chance and leave this nonsense in the past. I was the moderator to carry out this PK. The individual was brought to me by the SK, who stated that he had trespassed in the Summer Hall, when I went to process him, I checked his ID and noticed that his name was Friedrich Ballkrampf. When I asked him to confirm this he acknowledged the fact by stating that he had a cramp in a certain relevant area. I decided that the best course of action was to handle it personally. I personally am not against Un PKing the character, but if you're going to name you character Ball Cramp maybe don't get caught trespassing in the Summer Hall.

+1 All around good RP, have seen him on each of those characters and haven't had an issue once. Even at 1-2AM when the servers in chaos he's generally well behaved comparatively.

I agree with MomsMom, I had no clue you did all this only last month, I see you as a good pick, but let's wait a bit longer before you join the staff team.

Simple. Return to Old Char Promo Guidelines and return of Trusted. The new Guidelines aren't good anyways.
