To answer your questions in my very own solid opinion: 1. The Lichterfelde* has enough room within their courtyard to utilize as a helipad. I've tested it out on the map and successfully landed the chopper right beside that large area by the gate. The MOI and Luftwaffe should have an ATC frequency controlled by the neutral Aviation Ministry as a mediator between aerospace feuds and regulation between the two. The other option is both factions sharing the airfield with each other. 2. Seeing as people love to make up random companies and units a lot within the game itself, the MOI's SL (being the military faction they are) can have a limited company/unit of men dedicated to aviation maintenance/flying in general. Although I think having civilian contractors is a great idea, I think it'd be strainful to get it up and going seeing as getting a contract done on the server is hard enough. 3. Thankfully, there's an oil company in town! (You know who ;)) Even then without an oil company, the MOI would have to work with the Ministry of Aviation as its own neutral state organization to utilize the airfield for fuel/maintenance and parts. What I believe is in order is an agreement between the MOA, MOI and the MOW to use the airfield jointly. (I know. Joint Airfield? I have to share with them? Blekh! Suck it up buttercup, you get cool helicopters so get along) But these are my answers to your questions. +1 I personally like this idea on having helicopters in the city. there have been countless times where people have experimented and made aircraft such as helicopters and planes as well as other vehicles such as tanks. It would also give the Luftwaffe more things to do as well instead of just guarding important meetings or High up officials inside the government factions. I also like the idea of mechanics and technicians as well. It would give the civilians more jobs to do and they could be contractors and or enlisted men can do it as well ands work on these vehicles and help maintain them and put fuel in them etc. But if those roles were to be put in there would also have to be a mechanic or a feature that allows it to run out of fuel and be able to receive fuel as well and only specifically at the airfield and be able to take damage and have a tool mechanic or feature to allow those certain players to be able to actually repair it and make those proposed jobs useful. I like the fact that only certain officers should be able to fly it and should be cleared and have certain training for it and those designated people be whitelisted for it to prevent minges and other people from just taking it and flying it and end up crashing it and ruining RP situations and etc. Historically in WWII Germany did have a prototype of a helicopter that was being built and tested. But I think it should be implemented as the ministry of science would be creating and testing it and have prototypes instead of just having it immediately implemented into the server and into the government/ MOI factions. It would also provide a good opportunity for faction raids and certain RP scenarios that it would make things interesting. There is a couple questions I have though. Since the airfield is technically part of the military faction and owned by the luftwaffe how would the moi factions be able to gain access to their own helicopters and not have to use the airfield to be able to spawn it and get into it to fly and not end up getting detained by the Luftwaffe or any other military faction for trespassing on military property? What new roles would be added to the MOI for mechanics and techs? civilian contractors or actual MOI personnel? Where would the MOI go to get fuel and "parts" to be able to fix the helicopters if they were to get the helicopters if this was implemented?

Why would you want to play on the server owned by someone who you think is a pedo? Doesn't seem like your principles are very strong. You sat there breathing life into the main instigators nonsense.

I have taken the time to review all of the video provided in this situation. I think there was a misunderstanding after reading Thomas' final comments. While this is not the best role play in the world I can hear a Major ordering for all of you being arrested and your other Heer member opens fire. Its to my understanding that he was PKed for starting the gunfight after being under threat of arrest. It appears that you reacted to this gunfire and your fellow soldier being gunned down and returned fire to others. Based on the evidence and statements provided your appeal will be accepted. You were banned for starting a gunfight without any meaningful role play. You then attempted to connect using an alt account which automatically extends your ban to perm. You can be unbanned in 2 weeks. In the meantime do not use an ALT to evade or it will be much longer.

Hello, I accept your apology, and considering your record is clear and it was a bit late at night, I can see your ban either being reduced or fully being overturned. However, this doesn't mean that you should be just killing people even if they're failing RP. Always report these things to staff so then you don't look like the problem when staff has to intervene. The clip provided was a total of 13 seconds of which only 3 seconds were you being told to run away and stop moving at the same time then being shot less than 2 seconds later without any attempts to detain you and to top it all off with a "PK HIM" at the end. Hello, I am the admin who approved your PK. After taking a deeper look into the PK and reviewing all of the clips again, I realized that I made a mistake when approving it. You were being PK'd for FearRP by a Landespolizei member in front of the ICC side gate. However, after reviewing the footage more carefully, I noticed that the officer never clearly pointed a weapon at you from your perspective. He only raised his weapon once your back was turned. While he did tell you to stop moving around three times, the commands were given very quickly before you were killed, making it unreasonable to expect you to react in time. Additionally, at the end of the clip, another player can be heard saying, "PK," which is not allowed, as players should never announce that they PKed someone. I also believe this PK did not meet our PK standards. PKs should only be used as a last resort, especially when the player is an CO character. They should never be issued solely for the purpose of removing someone from their job or title. Because of these issues, the PK should not have been approved. I apologize for my mistake and for any inconvenience this caused.

It appears that you were PKed by Administrator isaiahwoods. The information regarding my PK is correct. I was the "UA FUCKER", killed for tying up the CDKK after he refused to leave the cell block. I, like any other player, was roleplaying that day as LAPO. I take full responsibility and was ultimately killed for the in character actions. Lets get all of the information on the approval of a NHC PK from Perchance and Isaiah. If these are the only reason then it was probably a misunderstanding or mistaken identity.

I don't share the account with my family. I own both accounts, and they are mine alone. My copy of GMOD is family shared which usually means it doesn't matter which account I use as on the backend it will show that my accounts are linked so its usually not an issue. Sorry if I didn't make that clear.

After I respawned in the RS I walked to the vendor where a staff member confronted me and told me I am dying for not only what I said but also because I died. Why should you be un-PK'd?: I understand that my phrase was very out of order and within the grounds of FAIL RP as no person with my status would say such an insulting phrase. The phrase that I said was in no way meant to be taken literally and was solely a poor decision made on my part to have a funny moment, the reason I said that was because much of the city was upset with the Order Marshall for his actions in character and I was just attempting to give off that energy. As for me dying in the Reichstag I had radioed to my men 30 seconds prior to this incident to rendezvous at the Reichstag which they were as I saw in my final moments. I had put my primary weapon on my back before running up the stairs specifically not to engage in any gunfight or to be mistaken as an active combatant within the RS. However I was killed by a member of the SK as they had mistaken me for such. I understand that I made the foolish decision of uttering such an insult IC I was not considering the consequences to my actions. As for my death from an SK member I made no attempt to engage in a gunfight with him as I ran up the stairs I glanced at him then turned left torwards the Reichstag lobby. Unfortunately I do not have this clipped as after this incident I was in awe and it completely slipped my mind but I am sure my damage logs may prove that I made no attempt to engage in any sort of fight as I ran up the stairs. Going forwards I will make sure to watch myself and think before I speak within an IC scenario as this incident was entirely uncalled for on my behalf I would also like to apologize for any filming I may have tainted in my stunt. Gregorius was there the whole time, I dont get how I get tangled in this when I was spectating the whole thing, The other dude definitely had a mental breakdown and pedo vibes. He followed me and wanted approval for whatever he was concocting. I didn't follow his weird ideas. If any comment I made pissed someone off I just wanted the guy to leave me alone and cry to someone else. Gregorius may be able to testify of whatever I was doing or said. He asked me if I knew him and of course I dont, then he banned him for 3 days. Before my ban I guess he banned him too with the same comment (PRIME) but wtf did I do
