If so, what were they for and what could you have done to prevent getting them next time?: The only infractions I have are for what are labeled as “Prop Abuse” however I would argue my case is unique as I have never abused props in the common way such as flinging cars, prop killing players by dropping a heavy prop on them etc. My notes are for creating and using complicated original contraptions such as Helicopters, Amusement Park rides, etc. To prevent myself from getting in trouble for these, I have had to make sure the contraptions I design and build are not flying machines or overly disruptive/no Role play value. I believe my ability to consider all rational variables in a given situation such as a ticket being made by a player, would be handled with an appropriate, accurate and reasonable manner. [150 Words or more]: As a staff member for Prometheus Networks, my job would be mostly to make sure the server stays fun and fair for everyone. My duties would be to help keep the roleplaying experience enjoyable by making sure everyone is following the rules and making sure no one ruins it for others, whether they’re trolling or just messing around. I would also make sure there’s no racism or anything else inappropriate that could make the server look bad or even get us blacklisted such as blatant use of slurs or other banned expressions/content/player actions. If there’s a problem, ie. Someone breaking the rules or someone needs clarification on something, I’d handle it through support tickets and try to fix things through mediation, providing information or direction for questions, confusion, or any other required administrative intervention to maintain the positive and rule-bound role playing sense within the server. If someone keeps causing trouble, I’ll take action, like giving them appropriate warnings, notes, or even banning them if it’s serious. Consultation with fellow staff for the best way to move forward should also be considered to make sure we are representing and administrating the server professionally and in unison.

In long form, I've got a very strong dedication to the server. I've been engaged in the server since it launched, even before Typhon collapsed. I've been trusted for about a month now, and though it is a relatively nice thing to have, it is limited in how helpful I can be with people. I recognize why it's limited, and why it has to be limited, but as far as being genuinely helpful for as many people as possible, staff is simply the better way to go. From my previous time as staff on Diverge and tinkering in singleplayer, I know most of the commands for staffing. In all my time on the server, I've tried to do what I can to make the server better or generally more enjoyable. Helping new players find jobs or certain buildings, volunteering for trusted, and helping UA with warplanning and documentation. Staffing is the next step up in making this server a better and more pleasant place for everyone. I've just now finished high school, and won't be shipping out until mid-autumn. When there's no tickets to take, it's best to noclip around to watch for issues like players stuck in each other or doors, proptrapping, or anything else that a player needs help with. A professional attitude and demeanor is required when handling new players, who might not understand the server or its rules, as well as intentionally disruptive players who try to goad a reaction or just generally infuriate people. I always try to be patient with people, which is a necessity with tickets -- treating both sides of a sit evenly, avoiding excessive punishment, and delicately and calmly explaining to unknowing rulebreakers what precisely was unacceptable about what they did and what rule they violated, so that they aren't left confused or unsure of what they actually did wrong. Description of the idea: Give the option to assign a key to a single player rather than their entire faction. Why should this be added?: As a business owner i have found it extremely difficult to operate when everyone in my faction can just enter when they feel like it. I think this would help with stopping people from breaking into buildings. I also think it would add significantly more rp (I.E use of lockpicks/warrants being used more), and I think it would generally be more realistic, if you were in the army you wouldn't have the entire faction owning keys to your house. I also don't see a reason for them to target me or whatever has occurred, or attempt to engage. He did have a weapon, so. I also don’t understand how you can procrastinate hours before the deadline where you cant, and issuing a PK at the last minute when so much else has happened to the other character. I don't see it right, someone tells you information about a criminal after being engaged with them, and then he mysteriously dies the next 10 hours.

I was trying to get out of the MOI in the process of trying to get out and punched someone to get out then I was fired upon and then was respond in kill house walked out, the admin then froze me and asked me why I was punching someone, and I asked him is this really necessary and he ignored me and banned my character. During this encincture I could not see the Admin's name. This also happened to a friend of mine named Charles Hermen who also got pk for no reason for calling a fieldJaguer retard.

After the initial incident whenever we would roam the streets we would get gunned down by soldiers so it was clear that we were KOSed by the government/military. None of the people I killed were RDM and each time I had killed someone was due to them shooting at me or shooting at the members of our group. Additional Information: I didn't record any footage of the incidents but if you check logs im sure you can see that I was RDMed multiple times by soldiers when at times I wasn't even armed with a gun. You can also check logs to see that when I killed someone it was due to them shooting at me first or shooting/killing my accomplices.

Next time just make a ticket informing staff that you need to leave the server soon with a reasonable notice (15-20 minutes) especially when you get yourself into a roleplay situation such as getting kidnapped by a crime family. Once staff and the other players involved with the RP situation are aware that you need to leave the server situations like this will be avoided.

From reviewing the clip provided August von Blüme was not officially placed under gunpoint / fear RP until 00:34 in the clip and then he was shot at 00:36 therefore giving two seconds to actually respond to fear RP. As stated in General Rule two: You must have a valid RP reason to kill someone. You may shoot someone if they damage you with a weapon/vehicle. You may not shoot someone because of their physical appearance, faction or simply because they insulted you. You must give someone a verbal or text warning and allow them 10 seconds to respond before escalating the roleplay. Following this warning, you may kill them if they pull out a weapon. Do not bait someone to shoot/RDM you, and do not punch minge or initiate arguments to harass someone. In this clip provided again August von Blüme was officially under fear rp for two seconds as a group of people chasing someone and telling someone to stop does not mean they are under fear RP until a weapon is pointed at them. There also was no attempt to make an arrest when it could have easily been done as the Feld just resorted to gunning him down.

First, the title is pretentious and demonstrates you do not have a unbiased view of this situation and are clearly quite upset.
