I was killed for not being handed over to the Armed Forces by the MoI, and being told to leave as I was dismissed by the NSB, and upon being found stuck behind a literal rock, staff dragged me away from it, and Feld immediately put me in cuffs, had me lined up and shot. Why should you be un-PK'd?: I've had all of my transfer documents legalized and approved both my commanding officer, the chief of 18th Police Company, and by the Kriegsverwaltungsburo Abkommandant. I eagerly said my goodbyes to the friends I've made in the Feldjagers and left to meet with the Ordensmarschall, who was the receiving signatory on my documents. Upon meeting with him, he was informed that the Kriegsmarschall wished to meet with him ASAP, where they just talked about "the OM's plans for the future", a really irrelevant topic to this situation. Upon it all ending, the KM wasn't too bothered about me transferring until Oberst Portsmith stepped in and said he'll get a warrant on me, which caused an issue. The Armed Forces have arrived outside of the OM's office, where the conflict escalated to two general ranking officers getting detained, but being released shortly after talks with the MoI command staff. I was dragged to an office by the NSB and told to stay there, 15-20 minutes later, I was released and told to leave the MoI. I asked if I could meet with the Ordensmarschall about my transfer, and they accepted my request, but to my demise, he simply said "Not now, Denis. Wait for me in the lobby." ; and so I did. Around 15 minutes later, I asked if the OM was coming and was told by a member of the Ordensritter that he is leaving the city. I should've been put into my MoI uniform ages before all of that, but it was just poorly executed and useless meetings were being accepted over it. The armed forces tried arguing that there was some ordinance on every single external transfer requiring the signature of the department chief, and said policy was nowhere to be found, not in any transfer channel, nor was it within the Feld Information, considering they are the military police and should uphold military law and policies it just seems illogical to me as to how this argument was valid in the first place. I was told to get somewhere safe by the NSB because, as I was told by them, the army is here to have me killed, so as any sane man I got out of the MoI and just ran, afraid for my life, through the woods and on my way into the city again, a bunch of cars filled with armed personnel were approaching, so I tried hiding under a rock to wait for them to pass, but eventually got stuck, and the Royal Treasurer so happened to spot me there and that caught armys attention, and it all led to me getting thrown in cuffs, dragged to the BB, and despite my pleas and demands to go to court of law so I can prove I'm an innocent man, and already rightfully a member of the Interior, just not properly uniformed, I got put on a pole and shot. That is on others to blame, not a Grenadier who was told to sit in an office and wait for the situation to be resolved, then being abandoned and told to go away. The Kriegsmacht Transfer Papers quote "By signing this document, I hereby acknowledge that this transferee will no longer be my responsibility, but that of the new commanding officer." ; so therefore, I was not supposed to be subject to an arrest by the Field Hunters at all, nor was I committing any crimes that would have me killed, or even put any charges on my head. The PK really wasn't used as last resort either as I wasn't fighting back, but simply being afraid for my life due to others warning me about the armed forces trying to kill me. Additional Information: The only reason why I care so much to appeal this PK is due to firstly how unfair it was, as well as due to this character being literally ancient with a long history, and is very well decorated, despite its current rank. The character has been with me in my roleplay journey since the very first day I joined Prometheus (very late 2023), and this was such a stupid way to have it killed for simply wanting to transfer, as a Grenadier! After review, the user did not break any rules OR cheat. Firstly, hitting a vehicle is not reason for a Player Report and held IC Consequences for the player. Secondly, the removal of your car had no relevance to the user reported. He was not cheating. Whilst you were killed once by the player, it is impossible to make an informed decision as we do not have a clip to provide a full picture of the scenario. I had went AFK while writing, He RDMed me in some sort of way (VDM, Prop killing, ect) I was AFK inside the LAPO base, so I could not have provoked a killing within the rules. You can aswell see he has code in his BIO, my theory is the hack uses the bio to work as an executor, unconfirmed, but still not proper.a

+1 Interesting idea, would love to see it, as a Luftwaffe man myself it would be really fun to see actual helicopters flying over Berlin. I personally think helicopters should only be available to senior NCO's (Oberfeldwebel, Hauptfeldwebel and Stabsfeldwebel) and above as making it CO+ kind of defeats the purpose because officers are usually leading more than doing things themselves, it would also be interesting if we could get a map of Berlin as a document (Which I may begin on myself) because it would help out new recruits to get to know Berlin early on, and if this gets implemented it would help the Luftwaffe navigate better. All in all, amazing idea although MITHC might be coming soon so they're probably gonna implement it then if it's coming sooner rather than later.

Neat idea, but it would probably fit better once we switch to The Man in the High Castle. We had TIE fighters back in Revenant, so I can’t see why we couldn’t have helicopters in MITHC when they’re in the show. I’d probably use a different helicopter, the one suggested looks a little weird. It could be really fun in MITHC, but it would feel out of place in the current timeline.

However, it can be seen that you then sold it to Vendor Odo Roth at the Refinery. You continued to play on the server, disconnecting 20 minutes later. It is clear that your items did not simply go 'missing' but were sold by yourself, this report is therefore Invalid.

To answer your questions in my very own solid opinion: 1. The Lichterfelde* has enough room within their courtyard to utilize as a helipad. I've tested it out on the map and successfully landed the chopper right beside that large area by the gate. The MOI and Luftwaffe should have an ATC frequency controlled by the neutral Aviation Ministry as a mediator between aerospace feuds and regulation between the two. The other option is both factions sharing the airfield with each other. 2. Seeing as people love to make up random companies and units a lot within the game itself, the MOI's SL (being the military faction they are) can have a limited company/unit of men dedicated to aviation maintenance/flying in general. Although I think having civilian contractors is a great idea, I think it'd be strainful to get it up and going seeing as getting a contract done on the server is hard enough. 3. Thankfully, there's an oil company in town! (You know who ;)) Even then without an oil company, the MOI would have to work with the Ministry of Aviation as its own neutral state organization to utilize the airfield for fuel/maintenance and parts. What I believe is in order is an agreement between the MOA, MOI and the MOW to use the airfield jointly. (I know. Joint Airfield? I have to share with them? Blekh! Suck it up buttercup, you get cool helicopters so get along) But these are my answers to your questions. +1 I personally like this idea on having helicopters in the city. there have been countless times where people have experimented and made aircraft such as helicopters and planes as well as other vehicles such as tanks. It would also give the Luftwaffe more things to do as well instead of just guarding important meetings or High up officials inside the government factions. I also like the idea of mechanics and technicians as well. It would give the civilians more jobs to do and they could be contractors and or enlisted men can do it as well ands work on these vehicles and help maintain them and put fuel in them etc. But if those roles were to be put in there would also have to be a mechanic or a feature that allows it to run out of fuel and be able to receive fuel as well and only specifically at the airfield and be able to take damage and have a tool mechanic or feature to allow those certain players to be able to actually repair it and make those proposed jobs useful. I like the fact that only certain officers should be able to fly it and should be cleared and have certain training for it and those designated people be whitelisted for it to prevent minges and other people from just taking it and flying it and end up crashing it and ruining RP situations and etc. Historically in WWII Germany did have a prototype of a helicopter that was being built and tested. But I think it should be implemented as the ministry of science would be creating and testing it and have prototypes instead of just having it immediately implemented into the server and into the government/ MOI factions. It would also provide a good opportunity for faction raids and certain RP scenarios that it would make things interesting. There is a couple questions I have though. Since the airfield is technically part of the military faction and owned by the luftwaffe how would the moi factions be able to gain access to their own helicopters and not have to use the airfield to be able to spawn it and get into it to fly and not end up getting detained by the Luftwaffe or any other military faction for trespassing on military property? What new roles would be added to the MOI for mechanics and techs? civilian contractors or actual MOI personnel? Where would the MOI go to get fuel and "parts" to be able to fix the helicopters if they were to get the helicopters if this was implemented?

I have taken the time to review all of the video provided in this situation. I think there was a misunderstanding after reading Thomas' final comments. While this is not the best role play in the world I can hear a Major ordering for all of you being arrested and your other Heer member opens fire. Its to my understanding that he was PKed for starting the gunfight after being under threat of arrest. Ok so, i got my flags blacklisted for a week on monday 20th/19th, and i was supposed to get them today, but the Moderator who i first saw said, and i quote "You made a ticket complaining about a wait too early, your an impatient little retard so im extended your blacklist 3 days". I undertsand why he was mad, but i dont understand why he had to extend it especially sonce it had nothing to do with props of pet flags at all. I would like to get my props back especially since i have been looking forward to making a car dupe.

It appears that you were PKed by Administrator isaiahwoods. The information regarding my PK is correct. I was the "UA FUCKER", killed for tying up the CDKK after he refused to leave the cell block. I, like any other player, was roleplaying that day as LAPO. I take full responsibility and was ultimately killed for the in character actions. Lets get all of the information on the approval of a NHC PK from Perchance and Isaiah. If these are the only reason then it was probably a misunderstanding or mistaken identity.
