We aim to correctly portray an authentic, tight-knit group of hard working Italian American's who decided to join this life out of need, not want. Our faction is built around a small family from New York, and especially not Sicily. [200 words or more]: The Rise of a Don. Gustavo “Gus” Dolfi was born in 1915 in Little Italy, New York City, to a poor Italian American family struggling to survive. His father worked the docks, while his mother cooked traditional Italian meals in their cramped tenement apartment. From a young age, Gus understood that life rewarded the strong and punished the weak. At twelve, Gus began selling meatballs, sausages, and fresh bread from a small street cart. He worked from sunrise until dark, enduring freezing winters, cruel customers, and neighborhood bullies. When his father died, Gus became the family's provider, determined that his mother and younger siblings would never starve. He met a boy named DaSilva and would grow a large bond with him. Then came the war that changed America forever. In this history, the United States suffered a devastating defeat against the German Empire. New York fell under imperial authority, food became scarce, and American families struggled beneath strict rationing and military occupation. Gus watched neighbors disappear, businesses collapse, and americans turning against each other working for the empire. And once-proud men beg for scraps. Despite everything, he refused to surrender. He continued selling Italian food on street corners, feeding hungry workers and occasionally giving meals to families who couldn't pay. His generosity earned him respect, while his sharp mind helped him establish connections with merchants, dockworkers, and influential neighborhood figures. Gus developed a complicated admiration, for Emperor Hendrik Baumer. Though he resented the suffering caused by the occupation, he respected Baumer's discipline, strategic intelligence, and commanding authority. Gus studied the emperor's rise, believing that understanding power was essential to surviving a world ruled by stronger men. After the war, Gus expanded his food business into restaurants and social clubs. Gradually, his connections evolved into an underworld organization built on gambling, protection rackets, and illicit trade. By 1950, he had founded the Dolfi Crime Family, becoming a feared and respected figure throughout New York. Always impeccably dressed in brown suits, Gus wore a golden signet ring inherited from his father. He had survived poverty, war, and occupation. Now, the streets that once tested him belonged to him. Gus Dolfi had transformed hunger into ambition, hardship into strength, and survival into power. I already have the experience dealing with the players, handling situations where both parties are upset, and understanding what is being expected of staff. I've made mistakes in the past, and I can use those experiences to do better if I return. I wouldn't be coming into the position without knowing what I'm doing or what the responsibilities involve. One of the main things I can bring to the team is my activity, especially during peak hours and later into the night. There are times when fewer staff members are around, and tickets can sit unanswered while players are waiting for help. I've seen situations where staff are too caught up in their own roleplay to handle tickets, sometimes to the point where Upper Administration has to get involved to get them cleared. I understand that people enjoy roleplay, but if you're applying for staff, you should be willing to put staffing duties first when people need help. I'm more interested in staffing than focusing on my own roleplay at this point. I still enjoy RP, but not like I used to. Staff must remain professional and respectful when handling tickets, even when the person they are dealing with is being difficult. Staying calm and fair helps prevent situations from escalating. Staff members represent the community, and their actions influence how players view and follow the rules. NOTES Apr / 21 / 2024 RDM: Apr / 21 / 2024 RDM: These RDM notes were when I was new to the server. I believe they were caused by me getting caught up in a group of citizens attempting a "coup" on the LaPo, which led to me shooting random members of the LaPo, leading to the notes. I was very new at the time and didn’t understand the roleplay of the server or its rules. I could have avoided this by reading the server rules and attempting to get involved in serious roleplay. Aug / 29 / 2024 Mugging | Leaving while tied: I tied up a member of the MOI in the streets so I could get a gun. I was then chased down and put into cuffs, to which I left the game to avoid punishment. At the time I still didn’t understand the rules or the complexity of the server's roleplay and believed, by me, leaving would be fine. I was wrong, and I was noted for it. To avoid this I could have played through the role play and make it interesting for both parties instead of leaving when things didn’t go my way Feb / 2 / 2025 RDM: I was a member of the LaPo at the time, and I was on top of a building. I saw some other LaPo conducting an arrest. I freaked out and shot the person they were arresting. I was then taken to a sit by Arrow and noted. I should have let the role play continue instead of just shooting and ruining the whole situation and thinking before acting. Apr / 11 / 2025 RDM: I was in the NSB, and I shot a random panzer. I don’t remember the exact reason why, but I was then taken to a sit and noted for my actions. I should have thought before acting role playing instead of shooting first. May 4 / 2025: Screaming Slurs During an Arrest: I was in the BB as NSB getting arrested, and I started to scream and call the arresting people the "F" slur, and I was frozen and noted for it. I should have watched my language during that role play situation and taken it more seriously and acted as the position I was instead of freaking out. Jan / 25 / 2026 RDM: I was in the KG, and an unteroffizer ran up to me and called me a name, so I shot him. I was noted after being taken to a sit. I should have tried to talk out and make the situation interesting instead of just shooting the unteroffizer. Jun / 16 / 2026 Revenge RDM A marine CO shot me in the head, so I came back and shot him, which I believe is both for me and him getting notes. I should have called staff instead of shooting back and ruining the roleplay of the area and escalating the situation. BAN RDM Ban 2024 / 02 / 03: I was banned for RDM during a time where a group of citizens were running around doing a little ‘civil-war’ type thing. During this I walked into the Reichstag and saw three individuals in suits believing them to be a part of this group. I gunned them down. I was then taken to a sit and banned. I could have avoided this by trying to get involved more in the roleplay of the server and then the combat aspect and trying to learn and not just shoot people. Metagame Ban 2024 / 02 / 25: I was PKed as a KG grenadier by the Volkswatch, and I went around and started telling everyone about what happened and causing issues, leading to me getting banned. I ruined and interrupted role-play. I could have prevented this by following roleplay and starting again instead of trying to get involved after I died and following the server rule to maintain roleplay. RDM Ban / 2024 / 05 / 19: I was banned for shooting a LaPo in the head for coming near me and because of my past notes. I was banned. I could have avoided this by actually trying to roleplay with the LaPO, instead of acting like the server was a death match and not ruining others' experiences. RDM Ban 2025 / 04 / 22: I was banned when I shot a citizen for actually no reason. I was bored; I shouldn’t have done this. I shouldn’t have ruined another roleplay because I was bored; I should have actually tried to roleplay instead of being annoying and running others' roleplay for my own joy. I enjoy Garrys Mod and I am very willing to spend time learning. I am extremely active, and I know what it's like to be a new player who doesn’t understand the server's rules or its roleplay. I also understand what it's like to be an experienced player who's lost touch with the community and the way to roleplay. I've been on all sides of the Prometheus roleplay and player base. I have broken the server rules. Another duty of staff members is punishing players when required, either through noting or banning them to ensure that a punishment is provided, alongside ensuring roleplay isn’t interrupted and continues to flow smoothly. However this is also a time for educating players when they break rules so they can learn and prevent the situation from occurring again. Another duty of staff members is to maintain the quality of the role-play, ensuring players are role-playing, know what they can do in roleplay, and how to roleplay well and not playing the server like it a TDM or Dark RP server. It is the role of the staff to assist players in case of any problem and provide answers to the players' questions. The staff is supposed to be a source of reliable advice and help for those who ask for it. One of the other responsibilities of a staff member is making sure that the rules of the server are clear for everyone so that all players will have an opportunity to enjoy roleplaying free from any interruptions. Besides that, the staff is supposed to deal with reports and conflicts in a professional way. In case there are several people involved in a conflict, the staff needs to remain impartial, to listen to each of the parties and make their decisions based on the available facts only. Thus, it is possible to say that the duties and responsibilities of a staff member are quite wide-ranging and extremely important.

After review, the user did not break any rules OR cheat. Firstly, hitting a vehicle is not reason for a Player Report and held IC Consequences for the player. Secondly, the removal of your car had no relevance to the user reported. He was not cheating. Whilst you were killed once by the player, it is impossible to make an informed decision as we do not have a clip to provide a full picture of the scenario. I had went AFK while writing, He RDMed me in some sort of way (VDM, Prop killing, ect) I was AFK inside the LAPO base, so I could not have provoked a killing within the rules. You can aswell see he has code in his BIO, my theory is the hack uses the bio to work as an executor, unconfirmed, but still not proper.a

I Definitely have to hand out a fat +1 Wash has been a member of this community for a long while now and he's been in numerous positions, showcasing experience with leadership and responsibility. He's been recognized as a pretty good Roleplayer and it has always been fun opposing him or being on his side during numerous confrontations in Civil Wars, varying with my characters. Experience aside, he's a pretty easygoing, funny dude and knows not to be a "retard" when the situations calls for it. I believe that he'll be an excellent addition to the Staff Team.
