It is extremely important that all members of the community follow the rules enforced and I want to help make sure it happens. I am able to make informed decisions, for RDM’s and other issues I know that I can handle and deal with a situation appropriately. To make sure people can RP and get ranks changed, transferred, and have a fun time. It is a Moderator's job to enforce the rules but also be fair and not unjust, to listen to both sides of the story and view evidence to make an informed decision. Duties can vary, often people need uniforms changed and ranks which is cool - however you also get tickets for RDM, Rule breaks, Cheating which is also at the responsibility of staff. It would mean having both people in a sit and viewing evidence, checking logs and making sure that no one is lying and uncovering the truth so that no one is left without the correct information and they can all be happy and continue to RP.

Yes, that is actually how it works. Your previous offenses are taken into account when you are punished. You have been banned for this conduct before, and you've shown an inability to correct your actions. This appeal is denied.

The fact that it happened 'OOC' doesn't really change anything. You can't act like this and expect me not to ban you just because it's not happening on the server. You have some very obvious issues that you need to rectify before coming back to the community.

Hello, I'm the staff member who banned you, I banned you because I got a report about you from a member of your faction, after spectating you I heard that you were playing sounds on your soundboard this sound was the N-Word playing such sounds is against Global Rule Nr. 1, after I heard that you played this sound I gagged you then I looked into your notes and previous bans there I saw that you had two previous notes for breaking Global Rule Nr. 1 and a note for MRDM, you also had 3 bans one of them was 21 days, and it was for the same reason as the current one, so after I saw all of that I came to the conclusion that you are not willing to learn, so I banned you for 14 days.

I'll admit me resisting when I was in a prisoner diamond that was a stupid move by me and I should have never done that, knowing what could happen I should have stopped and let them arrest me, again sorry for what I did. I know better than that not to resist when they do a prisoner diamond on me, it should never have happened on my part and I was being foolish and I apologize for that too.

The moment Jurgen stood still they shot him for no clear reason, he was not armed and did not punch them he just stood there and got shot.
