Description of the idea: Short Description of the Idea of integrating a Stock Market A fully functional stock market with options on buying selling, that changes the values at random, or maybe you could even register if you have a Business ID your own company and pay a fee your company to go public and have it on the stock market. The stock market as a entity could managed by the state or some other government agency. It could open and close like IRL at certain times, you could try to put in events that admins can control to create a huge total stock crash plunging the market into the ground and giving something to the governments finance offices to heavy worry about. Why should this be added?: Creates opportunity's for players to open Stock Firms, You could have a chance at people becoming stock brokers wolf of wallstreet style become rich of stock then going to start their own business. Gives good roleplay to people who are in the business sector allowing them to act like stuck up stock brokers if they make it big and own their own firm Gives the opportunity for people to invest in businesses like giving out money since the company's stock is good, or it could act as a alternative form of currency payment. Give jobs to the government for employing people to manage it, and also more stuff for finance offices to do if the stock crashes. The style of a stock market helps a lot to the vibe of being in NYC a place famous for the stock exchange. Government agency's could also invested and it could be a small sources of revenue flow for them maybe they could even hire a external consultant to manage their stocks. Maybe those who are top executives or accountants could do fraud and it would give something for BFI to investigate and the local police to act on. What negatives could this have?: Problem that's the biggest is most likely that its quite complicated to program. Could not be fun if the stocks are slow and take a bit to build or lose money. If improperly managed during a crisis event likes its crash it could tank several business although this on its own is not directly a negative thing. Additional information:

I've been a proud member of the Prometheus community for a couple of years now, and never have I encountered someone so large quite like gator. The circumstances of me larping and having to encounter this absolute troglodyte beast is ruining to my experience at times, the largeness of this individual bothers me. Why is he so big, and is there a fix for this in the future from the staff team?

The Obergrenadier was surrounded by Pratorian guards and was being detained as ordered yet you were the one who started shooting and thus resulted in a mass casualty gunfight. I refused his request multiple times as he kept pushing me to shoot him. Another member of his branch then says, "I got his player ID." I then asked what this was about, as I was confused about the situation. They both then start to accuse and claim that I was the same guy from an earlier RP situation they had, who had LTAPed. An Admin was called, and I was brought along with the Stabsfeldwebel who called the admin into the SIT room. I am then further accused of being the "same" dude from earlier. The Stabsfeldwebel then provides his evidence through medal, which the admin also checks the logs along with reviewing the video, and says it's me, and the logs prove it. I get a little more flabbergasted about the situation because I am being accused of something I didn't do. I don't know how logs really work, and don't know if he looked at the right person's logs, if they do correlate to steam IDs. But the admin said that it's stated I just reconnected after 30 minutes, and I was previously zip tied. I was banned at around 9:00 pm PST. My last session on the server was at around 6-7:00 pm PST, which is before that LTAP situation even happened. My description was "A man stands before you at around 5'8" wearing a Feldgrau bearing the rank of Stabsgefreiter. He has Brown hair and Brown colored eyes." The admin stated we sounded the same, which I can't help for obvious natural reasons and mic reasons. We had the same player model, which I also can't help. It's a video game with limited models. I don't know if this will help my case, but I am set to defend myself against something I didn't do, even if it's a 2-day ban.

[150 Words or more]: First, a big duty of becoming a staff member is helping players during certain situations. When a player makes a ticket, they need the help as soon as possible. A huge responsibility is responding to a ticket as soon as possible. If a player needs someone PK’d or just quickly needs a promotion done, if I take too long on responding to the ticket the situation may be missed. Another duty of a staff member is observing overall out-of-character situations. We have to make sure everyone is roleplaying correctly as well as abiding by global rules.This situation also includes the chat. From experience, I have seen many rules broken in the chat whether that be metagame in the OOC or banned language in the general chat. I understand that this needs to be closely watched over and fixed immediately once the problem happens. Aside from just handing out bans or PK’s, there are certain situations that require more hands-on work. If you pull someone into a sit and they are making claims on someone during a complicated roleplay scenario, it takes more digging. You will have to check logs and clips to come up with a clear and concise answer to the accusation.

Lately Prometheus has been a big part of my schedule. I have gotten on everyday to play but also interact with everyone as I have been appreciating the atmosphere and unique roleplay. With the upcoming release of the new game mode of Man in the High Castle Roleplay, I think it would be the perfect opportunity for me to help set up new players and keep things going smoothly when there is an influx of tickets. Handing out punishments for players who are breaking the rules are important, but there can be nuance to certain situations. When there is someone who is RDMing. It is usually a clear and cut case. But when someone is being accused of breaking the rules during an important and complicated roleplay scenario, it's important that staff take their time with it. This usually means collecting Recorded gameplay, speaking to both parties or witnesses, and checking logs, then deliberating. At the end of the day it's important to be 100% unbiased and rule just from the evidence that is being presented Decorum and Professionalism Decorum and Professionalism is particularly important. What the word decorum means to me is how someone carries themselves day to day and how they are perceived. When being professional with how you interact with players it’s important to stay very calm. As well as speaking clearly and formally, and not being emotional and not taking the situation personally. Professionalism can also be something as simple as writing with proper syntax and grammar or pronouncing words correctly. Being A role model As a Staff member, you are constantly a role model to players. It's important to behave the same way you would want a player to behave, as well as treat players the same way you would like to be treated. This means building a reputation of being a fair staff member, and someone who players want to have their ticket taken is important too.

Hello, I was the staff member who PK'd your character. The reason for your character being killed was because you LTARP'd (Leaving To Avoid Roleplay). Given that you were just removed from a ban, and immediately upon rejoining the server repeated the same action, it’s clear there may be some confusion regarding the rules. As such, the following clarification is provided: - As an example, if you are detained, and you leave to avoid being discharged or trialed, that would result in a ban because you are leaving to avoid roleplay/punishment (LTARP). You have to roleplay the situation out as your character, even if it means that your character is demoted, discharged, or killed. LAPOs awesome if you want a more chill and kinda troll faction at least comparted to like the NSB or Interior, the LAPO from what I seen also does suffer from periods of total inactivity which I do think is a side effect of their simi-unimportance that's left since theirs a hole in Civ RP since the big-wigs don't really like Civ rp which makes sense takes up space were their can be Gov RP, Whoreson has made that very apparent .

This allows for the fluidity of the server to be maintained. If I were a staff member, I would enforce rules where applicable but also stress educational components by providing clarity where applicable for those who simply don't understand. A good portion of the role is to help new players understand the structure of the server and promote their engagement in roleplay before they become discouraged and punished. I will give you exactly what you want, my attention! You already left all the Discords. You just got off a two week ban. You just got your beloved character unPK'd. And still you are acting like you don't know what you did and pretending it is not a reasonable response. You kicked down the Lichterfelde door, the jail door, and then the jail cell door itself. You were arrested by the KG Chief for attempting to break out your friend and brought before Donzoko as Drachen Chief. You were arrested for maybe ten minutes and then called staff to right your perceived wrongs. All the while you and co. were streaming the situation in a Discord together. You are not dumb, so I know that you know kicking down the doors and attempting to free someone who was arrested by the Crown is...not ok! By the point in which you tried to free your friend, I am overwatching the situation, and once I see you call staff and just start minging because you're annoyed you're tied up, I just told Donzoko to shoot you. Frankly, you aren't worth the staffs time when you know what you're doing is moronic. I wouldn't care if you were a self-respecting minge like the other minges, you do what you do, acknowledge you get PK'd for it and just move on. They don't create nonsensical PK appeals or make tickets when they are clearly in the wrong and no rule is being broken. I know that you don't care about the server or anything involving it, but some of your friends do.
