Hello Thank you for using the forums to appeal something you feel was unjust. I was the staff member who issues the PK. Unfortunately you were offline before I could explain in a sit what had occurred. The NSB agent wished to search your pockets after you had been arrested. For the NSB agent it said you were AFK. Therefore the NSB agent asked you to move while placing a gun to your head. (Fear RP) In return you shrugged off the gun having no fear for your life. You were given more then amble time to move. Hi, What a poor excuse for killing someone. This type of behavior not only harms your experience on the server but also effects everyone around you. There was 20+ people at the ceremony and you decided to shoot the Prince Regent breaking everyone's fun that they had worked towards. And your justification for a door dash gift card, and the fact you show us photos of you getting the gift card just shows me you have no regrets. Hello I was the staff member who issued the flags being removed. You kept using props in an abusive way that another staff member had notified me you had already been warned about. In this incident which involved your flags getting removed you mass spawned baby doll props and flinged them around the ICC. I will let the staff member who previously warned you verbally comment @dawg I think you should receive your flags back but after a week. Thanks.

Hello, I assisted Dawg getting the clip approved and helped him out with the PK. Mostly everything has been addressed here thank you to @dawgand @Aurelius of Phoenix Just want to point out the situation more at hand. This individual is a Battalionsleiter of the Volkswacht inside the military base. He, as a senior commissioned officer should understand entering bases that are not yours can lead to RP consequences. The individual clearly realized he was under gun point by stopping. However, the individual threw away care for his life by radioing for help in the situation. The individuals detaining him not wanting backup from the Volkswacht to arrive shot him. The precedence set in regards to this is, radioing while under FearRP is breaking it. The individuals were under FearRP 100%. They were in a military base and multiple voices were telling them to stop they had ample time to respond to this which they did then broke. The precedence set for radioing under FearRP should not be changed because of "Visual Range". Thank you.

You had been found guilty in the military was courts which has proper jurisdiction over your character. Desertion is a class one felony and can lead to death. Thank you.

-1 Listen, I worked with you briefly in the military and while I feel you are a good guy I think some improvement that can be done in your RP before joining the staff team. I am in no way the best role-player but I think working a bit more on the quality of your roleplay could benefit you alot more. You know for a fact they were after you as you were running away from them. They all had their weapons out. You could defiantly heard them, and knew they were after you as you even turn around to bow at them in the clip. You had no fear for dying and therefore you were killed.

I won't comment on this due to the fact he is apart of my faction however, I will vouch to say Sinex is in a role that requires large amounts of recruiting and transferring. A bit more of an explanation from you Sinex would help with explaining that.

You were in a court trial and had been sentenced to frontline service at the yugo front. As I was in a sit room with the Judge approving your PK you took it upon yourself to delete your character. The Administration and Application of PK's is up to staff to carry out. By you deciding to take that upon yourself you avoided the punishment. The other individual that was with you also suffered the same punishment for deleting his character. Thanks I hope you can learn from this incident.

It has been a long time since I was able to participate in meaningful roleplay that is actually fun, so I want to do everything I can to help protect and encourage that experience for others to enjoy. [150 Words or more]: A staff member is the backbone of the server, running and enforcing the server rules and standard of roleplay. The position specifically moderator is allowed to take tickets to settle situations between players and make sure the rules are upheld to the best capacity factoring in human error. Moderators can also approve perma kills for civilians and oversee them, but they may not approve or oversee any other perma kill. A staff member is expected to be active and dedicated to the server, knowledgeable about the rule set, and able to enforce it in admin seats. A staff member is expected to be an upstanding member of the community, participating both on the server and in the forums. A staff member is also expected to be an example of roleplay on the server, being able to lead by example and show the standard of roleplay that should be passed down to future staff members.

I am here to give an apology to the community for my actions in the past that may have affected the community and hurt it. I have multiple times left and jumped communities which has made me very undedicated and shows very little faith in my character. I recently went to Time Capsule with Church and Denning to help their community out. However, I came to the quick realisation that the server would never be functional due to poor leadership. Church as the Owner is a person who I have had no issues with personally and has shown great character. However, he is influenced heavily by Denning who makes 90% of the decisions as the head developer, who knows little to nothing about his own reputation. Denning has done nothing but talk about Prometheus and Major Whoreson nearly every single time I am in voice calls or text message and has never let it go. Denning assumes this will fail and in place Time Capsule will succeed. While it's not a bad idea to have, his mental state has declined rapidly due to this fixation. He quite commonly breaks communication with me or blames me for his expectations not being met. He has struggled to build a community because of the simple fact no one likes him and he is not aware of this fact (obviously). Denning has this aura that takes influence and unfortunately he influenced me to even being apart of it. I would like to express my apology in leaving in the community here and betraying the trust my friends have put in me, who have been the only ones to actually care and help me.
