If so, what were they for and what could you have done to prevent getting them next time?: None Staff Knowledge Section What previous experience so you have as a staff member either within Garry’s Mod or the Nutscript Gamemode? I had started as staff on Typhon towards the end of its first run as a Gamemaster, helping in the making of various roleplay situations from foreign attacks, lab outbreaks, and even resistance on the server. Then, after I had gone into staffing on a few smaller servers, that still utilized Nutscript handling warns, bans, charkicks, and charbans. I have been a member of the community as a whole, having the knowledge and experience to back it up. Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]: I believe that I would be an amazing fit for the staff team, as it would be seamless for me to properly integrate into the team. I have plenty of previous experience as staff and also using Nutscript on other servers. That being said, my experience and understanding of the effects that staff truly have on the quality of Roleplay is a necessary quality to have when dealing with any kind of interaction with players. This can be applied to the judgment a person may have during a sit between two individuals, as well as a fair understanding of the rules and guidelines set by global management. Situational awareness can allow me to access different problems that players may be having or any such disputes they may need handled. When handling situations, it is especially important to be able to see both sides of the story. I understand and have the ability to look through every avenue to come to the most effective decision between a dispute of two role players. The willingness to work with others, especially on a team, is another quality necessary for an efficient member of staff. The willingness to work alongside as well as listening to senior staff members is a positive quality I hold that would be represented during training as well as any constructive criticism given. I hold the ability to put my ego and feelings to the side to become a more impactful staff member and further any roleplay the situation pertains to. However, a final thought would be understanding shortcomings and mistakes made during any encounter I may have with staff. Learning from those mistakes as well as growing from those in order to strive to do better in future interactions. It goes without saying that my training will be smooth and easy to get through, causing no stress or delay at all in the process. [150 Words or more]: The duties and responsibilities of a staff member can be broken down into 3 things. They are Educating, Enforcing, and Protecting. Educate - Training and guiding players by helping them understand the server rules, expectations, and roleplay standards. Giving tips about how to go about certain situations or how to do better next time. The primary duty of a staff member is to educate by answering questions and encouraging players to improve rather than going straight to a punishment. Many players enter the game mode without fully understanding serious roleplay expectations, but with proper guidance, many develop into valuable members of the community. Enforce - Staff is tasked with enforcing server and global rules fairly and consistently. Every report should be looked into objectively. When it comes to player conduct within Roleplay, whether PK guidelines, Warnings, Bans, etc., it can never be based on personal relationships or opinions. Staff must remain impartial and be firm, fair, and consistent with their punishments. Protect - By protecting the roleplay within the server from breaking any kind of rule that can derail or even ruin the experience for everyone. Some examples would be mic spamming or prop minging. The duty of staff in terms of protection is to make sure the roleplay environment stays immersive. By protecting these things, staff ensures the server remains fair, enjoyable, and sustainable for everyone. Notes:

I was the moderator to carry out this PK. The individual was brought to me by the SK, who stated that he had trespassed in the Summer Hall, when I went to process him, I checked his ID and noticed that his name was Friedrich Ballkrampf. When I asked him to confirm this he acknowledged the fact by stating that he had a cramp in a certain relevant area. I decided that the best course of action was to handle it personally. I personally am not against Un PKing the character, but if you're going to name you character Ball Cramp maybe don't get caught trespassing in the Summer Hall.

+1 All around good RP, have seen him on each of those characters and haven't had an issue once. Even at 1-2AM when the servers in chaos he's generally well behaved comparatively.

Don't think it's that deep. Take some time to play the server more thoroughly as you were only unbanned less than a month ago. The staff team isn't going anywhere; prove yourself to us through good roleplay and consistency. Then try again.

I agree with MomsMom, I had no clue you did all this only last month, I see you as a good pick, but let's wait a bit longer before you join the staff team.

Despite being told multiple times to stop, you repeatedly ran away from officers. We issued several verbal commands for you to stop, and you also heard over the radio that you were being ordered to comply. You continued fleeing despite these warnings. As a result, I ordered my officers to apprehend you. After you refused to stop, officers fired at your legs in an attempt to disable you and bring you into custody. Instead of complying, you returned fire and were killed during the exchange. Immediately afterward, you disconnected from the server before the roleplay could be concluded, which appears to be an attempt to avoid in-character consequences and any applicable roleplay punishment.
