If so, what were they for and what could you have done to prevent getting them next time?: No, I have zero infractions on the server and have been checked by staff. But I have been a staff member in a few communities and on some friend operated servers. Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]: Hello, my name is Spear, and I believe I would be a great addition to the staff team. First of all, I absolutely love playing on Prometheus and have spent countless hours on the server. I have been playing Prometheus all the way back since 2023 (however, I have taken a few breaks from the server). I carry respect for the staff team, as they have assisted me many times in the past. If I were to become staff on Prometheus, I would be willing to help in any way, shape, or form. This includes helping users with any issues that I could address within my capacity (staff rank). Furthermore, I would be supporting other staff members when numbers are low. I believe my calm demeanor could help me de-escalate situations and assist users. There are instances where people become aggressive and the staff snap back, which makes the situation worse overall. I feel like being calmer would help these situations end better. Furthermore, I have a great understanding of the rules regarding every topic. I can be active from anywhere from 3 PM to 10 P.M. CDT. I can also go online during later hours on weekends. Also, when I get invested into something, I really get into that thing. This motivates me to put in the extra time and effort. I would also like to include that I take my roleplay very seriously. [150 Words or more]: The main responsibilites of staff members consist of enforcing server rules and providing assistance to players who may need help in order to create a positive experience for all users. Staff members monitor players, handle complaints, or taking action against rule violators through notes, warnings, and/or bans. They handle most violations with sits in a room. Staff members help people who have problems such as being stuck, want a suit on their civilian character, need to transfer somebody, promote somebody, or asking basic questions about the server. All staff must maintain professionalism while having integrity. An example of integrity being that one of their friends on the staff team are breaking rules, they must report this misuse of power to higher staff members. Staff members should be respectful and be responsible for their actions. Staff members should remain calm and should be able to de-escalate situations whenever it is needed. This man has the power and work ethic to bring this community justice and peace like no one has ever seen. I see a great spark in this young man. NEUTRAL, LEANING TOWARD +1 I think this could be a good thing for you to get started on. Here are a few tips: First, try to make a name for yourself within rp, start a business, network with others, and maybe develop an ideology for the group perhaps communism or socialism, since that would fit your background. You could also recruit some police officers, government employees, and military personnel to build your network. Don’t just go about it recklessly, however try to take smart, realistic steps, but try to stay under the radar, and maybe it’ll work out.

I joined Prometheus around February of 2026 and I gotta say I do not regret joining. Trusted was by far the best and most time-efficient way to recruit into factions because it allowed leadership to get someone into a faction and then proceed to the training for said faction in less than a minute. While it could be abused, there could be measures to limit it, like getting people with trusted to log promos, etc. BRING BACK TRUSTED

+1 (Late to the Party, but nonetheless) I wasn't' really around for trusted, but from what I've heard, all it would be is useful for staff and you could simply give trusted access to promotion logs and such.

I really do want to start over and truly apologize for my behavior it was unacceptable. I made a mistake by Powergaming and writing some guys signature on a document that I used to get him killed, that was a rough situation and I definitely deserved the ban from that and I want to apologize for that as well. I also was still in a server at the time that I had helped develop and that was reported hence my ban being extended to permanent. Additional Information: I played on Prometheus for roughly 2-3 years and It was a great time to come home from School and then Work to get on and RP as a Spy, that is what I miss. Being able to be a different person out of this time era, and getting into character. I enjoy seriously getting involved and doing stuff. In my time here before I was perma'd I played as the Head of Military Intelligence for like 4 months which was a really fun ark with Gator as my GFM, I played as the DRK President under Browniemeister, I made like a secret intelligence ring that stirred up alot with the military, it was very fun. But anyways as Prometheus transitions to MITHC I would like to be here for it, I bring solid RP and will always respect the rules of this server going forward. I understand if my appeal is denied, but I wanted to show that I’m wanting to come back with a better mindset and approach. Thank you for your time!
