Given that you were just removed from a ban, and immediately upon rejoining the server repeated the same action, it’s clear there may be some confusion regarding the rules. I would like to see the following diversity in the models for MITHC 1. Different model sizes, especially bigger ones as we will be roleplaying as Americans (though a coked up skinny queen would be awesome) 2. I had previously been staff in 2020 with random servers that no longer exist, and became staff on Prometheus between 2021 and 2023, being short stents but ended due to real life circumstances each time. I have always favored nutscrpit over anything in GMOD, finding Darkrp boring and uneventful. Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]: I believe I should be a member of the staff team because of my previous experience, and how much time I have put into this server. I have always debated with myself whether or not I want to be staff, to take that responsibility, and always squandered it because I was at the time a Trusted user. After the trusted rank was removed, I noticed a slow decline in the server late at night when staff is typically disposed/offline. I want to be helpful again to this community that I have invested so much of my time into, and seeing it grow as it has, and move towards a new genre (MITHC) I have never been more willing to participate and help where I can. During the time I have played throughout pre-covid, Covid, and Post-covid I have seen essentially everything you could possibly image, being Metagame servers/CoordinatedMRDM/MassVDM's/etc , and everytime I managed to do what I could to solve it by reporting/indirectly/directly solving the issue by the root. I essentially just want to help the most I possibly can, and due to how my schedule is setup I am absolutely available to meet a quota throughout the week. I'll be sure to look out for any sort of Metagame throughout the communities surrounding Prometheus and put an end and ensure that all have an equal opportunity to RP and rise through the ranks just as others have. Hello, I am Governor, the staff member who punished you and removed your flags for 1 week (now 6 days). This occurred because of your repeated violations of your privileges including prop perms, and from my understanding you have roughly 17 notes for this sort of behavior, such as FailRP and NITRP and most importantly prop abuse. I originally intended on notifying you of the issue and providing a note, however I reached out to Administrator Thomas who recommended you be banned and removed from your prop flags, as earlier that morning you had broken multiple rules. The punch wasn't necessarily a problem, and the apology is accepted. But quite frankly, I cannot recommend that your appeal is accepted.

+1 In moderation, this could be a very great idea. Based off of diverges civilian customization, would be a whole lot more to port that onto the models for everything. Could make photos for intel more useful as the faces would be somewhat-more unique rather than a crowd of Male 09's. Lots of complications of course but definitely could add a different atmosphere. Sidenote, the female models were always abused which was one of the main reasons they were removed, and also because people are just outright stupid. So I don't personally see female models returning, but with modification, may be possible. We'll just have to see! for now, -1 from me to the Female models until I hear a good reason why they would be helpful.

Yeah so I definitely heard you do it. But 3 days is a bit much so we can just remove it since it's already been a while, it was just that you were interrupting a high importance event on a civilian character with a NITRP ban already.

Here are some photographs from my most recent project on the server. Over the last couple of days, I have worked to overhaul and create this dupe for The Reichstag's WRC Senate Chambers. Let me know your thoughts below.

Description of the idea: Introduce car bombs that allows players to plant explosive devices inside vehicles. These devices can be triggered via timer, remote detonation, or ignition-based activation. Why should this be added?: Fitting for the MHIC themes of covert violence, insurgencies and other themes that can mentioned, it's also another way to actually kill people without just blowing their head off because that's getting boring. It was also a popular tool in New York's 60's, which I assume where MIHC will be set in. What negatives could this have?: Risks of minging with it or overuse (which could be fixed limited to Admin/UA approval only) and performance impacts if poorly optimized. Additional information: Throw in tiers of damage levels, so one bomb can be used for sabotage only, while the other is made for assassinations. And throw in some defusal mechanics

Good kid at the end of the day. But for context, you didn't only leave the server to avoid roleplay (LTARP). You also left all of the discords beforehand. If you're going to be "loyal to Prometheus" - I hope to NOT see you on any other shitty knockoff. I accept the apology personally, the decision is in the hands of the Upper Administration Team.

i dont see why they would add this over the current system, i personally like arc9 alot more but you really havent given ANY reason as to why it'd actually be better within the server over the current system. The current system works fine and has damage values aswell as crippling you when being shot in the leg. Why would they go through all that effort to change to arc9 because 'you like it' -1 from me dawg

Invalid. The reported staff member didn't use OOC language in IC chat, and even if they did that isn't meta gaming its just poor RP - and invalidates any sort of PK that could have happened. Also if you continue to harass staff members in DM's because you don't get an instant response from us you will be banned from making support tickets and appeals.

Hi there, thank you for continuing this and moving it to a more appropriate Forum. During a situation within the Reichstag, you were being tied whilst under gunpoint - during which you pulled out a gun and killed somebody before then being killed. I passed comment to another Moderator about how "He'll be PK'd." and "Thats fine.". You were not 'threatened' with it at any point, nor were you actually spoken to about it directly as you claim. It is also worth mentioning that when this was remarked, you were on your 5th or 6th occasion to attempt to kill myself and other members of the Guard Group, in retaliation, as it was obvious you were not going to get into the Party Wing. I think given these reasons, you have absolutely no grounds to comment on Unrealistic Roleplay or NITRP. Comments made by myself and the Moderator were invalid and baseless. We knew we were involved, and had also mentioned it. A PK would not be, and was not issued due to these reasons. Not once did I 'Encourage a PK', neither did I say "PK Him" or "If you do not listen you will be PK'd.". It had absolutely zero connection to your 1d Ban, which has already been clarified by UA. Stop Messaging, Calling and Pinging me incessantly on Discord since your ban. Relax. I will refrain from replying further, as I do not care to be constantly contacted by yourself. UA will discuss this in due time.

Neutral-ish I like the idea of resistance sabotage but then again this should be heavily monitored and approved by UA+ to prevent it from becoming too chaotic.

I like this idea and I think it can even be expanded to be just bombs in general that you can plant in cars, buildings, etc. To mitigate constant bombings just make it so its really expensive or hard to obtain. Maybe you have to obtain various components from the black market and then build it or something like that, not something someone can create by themselves or quickly.

Character's name & rank: Max Richterß, Oberstleutnant SteamID (STEAM_0:X:XXX): STEAM_0:0:536630841 Staff member who issued the PK (if you know): Nooby Explain why you were PK'd: Grief PK Why should you be un-PK'd?: I am appealing this because this PK does not meet the PK Guidelines or the criteria for a Grief PK. I was detained by a Mountaineer NCO. Then the individuals who detained me explicitly stated that I could be released and removed me from an office, however never untied me. While I was tied up, I walked to the BB Lobby, where I encountered Hauptmann Michael Braun. I informed him that I had already been cleared for release. Instead of listening to me or addressing the situation, he ignored what I said and immediately began dragging me. At that point, I stated that if he was going to do this (continuing to drag me) despite being informed that I was cleared for release, I would pursue charges and court martial him for refusing to release me. Under the PK Guidelines, a Grief PK requires severe harm to a Character, no harm was caused to Hauptmann Michael Braun’s character. A verbal statement about potential legal or punitive action does not constitute grief. At most, this situation could be interpreted as dirt, not grief and even then, it was never acted upon. The PK Guidelines explicitly state that PKs should be used as a last Resort and that attempts must be made to resolve the situation through roleplay first, unless impossible. After I was released, Michael Braun alleged that I had "threatened" his "life" and re-detained me on his own initiative. He then dragged me away from the surrounding People, into a empty BB cell. Inside the cell while I was alone wtih him, he did not issue any warning to me and did not persue any other roleplay escalation with me (charges, interrogation, report etc). He simply left me tied in a cell for about 15 minutes and took absolutely no action or attempt to resolve the situation. I was left in the cell until some judges who later walked in released me. Following this incident, Michael Braun made a complaint to the Field Marshal inside of his office, claiming that I had threatened his life. During the Meeting the Field Marshal explicitly warned me that I was not allowed to make such threats to another officer and clarified that if I really wanted to charge him, I would require a really good justification. He also reminded Michael Braun to acknowldge my gorget and told him that if he wanted to detain me, he would also require a really good justifiaction and proper cause. During the meeting, Michael made a complaint about me, but did not propose or request any form of resolution or disciplinary action despite having the opportunity to do so in the presence of the Field Marshal. Instead, he framed me in the complaint as having "threatened to kill" him. This does not reflect what I said to him at all in the original interaction. The Field Marshal provided guidance to both of us rather than issuing a punishment for either of us. This shows that the situation could've been resolved through roleplay means and did not warrant the immediate escalation to a PK. Michael Braun had multiple opportunities to resolve this situation through RP and chose not to engage at all before requesting a PK. This PK does not meet the pk criterea for Grief, was not used as Last Resort, and was not properly escalated in roleplay. No severe harm occurred, no RP resolution was attempted, and a conditional statement regarding me charging him if he was going to continue dragging me, which was never acted upon, does not justify a immediate PK. Due to these reasons I believe this PK should be overturned. Additional Information:
