You never mentioned this in the staff sit, the claimant said I would like to pk this guy for fearp, then I replied with there was no time given, the claimant then responded with "well you jumped over the fence and we shot you through the fence." you then responded with "I see this pretty clearly." there was no mention about my "behaviour", this is not to go against you and I thank you for agreeing the time was short. But in the sit, I do not remember any mention of this aforementioned behaviour as the PK reason, the PK reason in question was because I "jumped over the fence to escape and was shot through the fence." to my knowledge of what occurred in the sit. And in the clip, it shows that I was pushed from the fence to the outside from the gunshots not that I had manually jumped over the fence on top of the face also that the fence boosts you up. Also would like to mention, again, I had stopped and if they gave me the time to actually execute the mugging it would've completely gone through as it did with the mugging 10 minutes later after this interaction. I'm Not sure why, tho as in the appeal I made instead of addressing any of my points, he decides to bring up that I "dont care about playing and just want to kill everybody" which is just flat out untrue. Earlier that same day I and the other 91st had been guarding the general as he went to victory hall. He then brings up the fact that the vast majority of the 91st honer guard, who either got banned or fucked from a GOD MODE admin who was involved in a active RP interaction and in fact was the one who engaged the interaction itself, decided to shit on aforementioned GOD MODE admin. While not the nicest, it has nothing to do with the ban for MRDM. He then mentions the name of the clip I used which is also unrelated to the topic. The only thing even seemingly related to the topic at hand was this "I am unsure on what you dont understand that in a situation where you were all retards and it was being addressed you gun down EVERYONE in the clip". I'm unsure of what he does not understand, When someone in one of the highest ranked positions (From an RP perspective) says that and I will once more quote " I think we do a Purge, I think we're gonna start doing a purge now. Ah lets see, It was mostly the Goldstein people so I think probably we start with them, I think they're gonna die". With SS at his back and a few MPs would not be considered an "active threat" the rules literally say "There are two types of threats, an 'Active Threat' and an 'Idle Threat'. Players may kill for an active threat, but they may not kill for an idle threat. The difference between the two is SITUATIONAL". And for any who say that I was not a Goldstein so I'm not at mortal risk. He said "we start with them, I think they're gonna die" which obviously imply's purge=death and that hes only starting with them so everyone including me was at risk of immanent death. In the end its insane that the same guy that banned us (not me directly but also sorta me) is the same guy who is GOD MODE in the clip. And then he denies my Appeal and sends me here. This ban is for hurting feelings not MRDM. TBH I don't even know why I'm bothering with this as I'm reporting the guy who handles the reports and has already demonstrated that he is corrupt and will abuse his position as an admin in game or the community manager in the forums.

For my case the lives of my brothers in arms had been directly threatened by the Viceroy. At first all he talked about was that there would be a "purge" or our division multiple times. He then processed to mention the largest and most crucial members of our division the "Goldsteins" that they and i quote "It was mostly the Goldstein people so I think probably we start with them, I think They're gonna die" coming from any one else I can see how rule 3 of the killing rules would count it as an "idle threat" but coming from the Viceroy who has multiple guards at his back who will do his bidding? That is an Active Threat on their lives and to some degree all of ours as we now would have IC knowledge that "purge" means death because he said "start with them" meaning all our lives were in imminent danger. All of this will be in the provided clip. The rule I'm sighting There are two types of threats, an 'Active Threat' and an 'Idle Threat'. The difference between the two is situational, but it will always pertain if the person making the threats has a weapon in their hand. For example, someone pointing a gun at you and threatening to kill you is an Active threat.
