Approved after review this appeal you clearly were not using aim bot. it is also clear that you were shot first and it is within current roleplay standards to assume the individuals walking to the lapo station were with the individual that shot you.

+1 Would greatly increase the risk of doing it out of the blue. And would add a lot of drama to a deeply dramatic act, rather than it seeming like a quiet opening. Top stuff. Additionally, would be fun if we could bash (E+Left-Click) the door down with a primary arm but would allow civilians to do it and could be rather mingy.

You were pked for leaving the military after your removal from your position in the mgd command for doing nothing with the department and after weeks of being told not to try to recreate the nsb doing so anyway directly against mine and 3 other generals order. In your firing message it was edited within two minutes of its posting and you both were notified and you yourself acknowledged the edits so I am unsure why you're acting like it wasn't. To be specific your response was "DAMN IT" lying about the situation in an appeal is weird as fuck at a minimum. After you were arrested you were given about 5 attempts to apologize and at no point did you even attempt to apologize or take responsibility you just continued to tell us it wasn't desertion and then when you were put in a 3 on 1 situation and clarified that we were giving you a way out you still didn't try to back down at all. So, I was fired by Lothar Kuhn (Lentz) from my position as the Military Intelligence Chief for the Military (Which I can provide the announcement) and recently today I got back on to transfer from the Military into the Landespolizei in an attempt to help them revive the faction. On the same day, Lentz, Sharp, and Coffee entered the MOI, ordering me to follow them in regards to my desertion. I obviously denied following them, as I explained to them I was clearly fired from my Position as the Military Intelligence Chief. After, I was detained by Lentz inside the MOI dragged to the ICC and brought into Tower's office filled with multiple enlisted individuals and generals where I was instantly called a retard by lentz asking me why I deserted, alongside the screaming of random enlisted individuals during a meeting with Tower just lacking any type of professionalism during the situation of the Perma-Kill on my CO char. Then I proceeded to tell him that I did not require his approval to transfer due to it being a known fact that I am allowed to transfer once I am terminated from my position in the Military. Tower attempted to make me use my microphone to say "I am sorry" which I refused, as I did not wish to use my microphone. Therefore he ordered me to be placed on a wall, and shot. Overall, I did not desert at all which was the main reason I suspect for my death to be NHC Ordered. What? So you quite literally just aqqdmit to PKing me after transferring out after being fired. Quite literally proving my main point. In an OOC group-chat, you did not say anything to my character ICly about anything regarding not making into such structure. The other suggestion you told me to adopt through the same OOC Group Chat is be a “Death Squad” or “Goon Squad” which would easily result in my Character being killed. While acting in the interest of living and staying alive, valuing my characters life I choose to make the MGD an actual intelligence department as it is meant to be. You never directly gave me any IC orders, in the server or any other IC channels. Let’s first debunk this entire thing you attempted to claim. Every attempt you “gave” was involving me speaking through my microphone which I said no to, because I am not using my microphone. Absolutely not true, for 70% of the conversation you had enlisted individuals that has no IC purpose or benefit in the room until one hit me. I asked sharp about it and spin his character around implying he never saw it. You completely lacked control of the room, and had people messing around during the situation before the Perma-Kill of my character. You removed the individuals when I directly called you out about the situation.
