Hello, I was the Gericht member who collected your witness statement. In regard to this, you solely wrote 100% of your statement. If verification on this is required, the Google Docs version history can be provided. Nothing was written for you or edited from your text. On top of this, you even submitted your own pictures that you took as evidence into your statement. Before you even drafted the statement, you told the Gendarmerie Chief, while I was standing next to you, that you intended to take the Polizeikommandeur to court. This alone already indicated that you wanted to use dirt against the Polizeikommandeur. You then proceeded to write a witness statement on this in advance of a court trial you intended to hold against the Polizeikommandeur.

You also attempted to evade the ban using an alternate account which violates Global Rule #11, please mention this in your appeal. The appeal will require much more effort as a result of this global rule infraction now that the ban has been made permanent.

To clarify this, I didn’t give you a “verbal suggestion” in the sense of influencing your statement. After you finished writing your main statement, you asked me what a good way to end it would be, and I offered an idea only after your request. I didn’t write any part of the document for you or try to shape your account.

Whilst I did not authorize your PK, I was heavily involved when speaking with the individual who was seeking the GriefPK - Discussion before UA Approval - which is why I shall comment here to further explain why you were PK'd within our Guidelines. You had written and signed an Official Witness Statement, with a Polizeigericht member, which detailed a players actions which would have him tried in a Court for Espionage. Something which can be punishable by arrest and/or death. To stop this, he took matters into his own hands and asked if it was a viable GriefPK. The PK was approved as Greif falls under 'ANY Information which can lead to arrest/execution.' furthermore because what you had accused him of was A. Not Public Knowledge, B. Illegal & C. Information which would lead to Consequences or Punishment. Overall, this ticked all the boxes and fell into the category for a Valid GriefPK. However, UA shall make the final decision.

IMO this is a lot of nitpicking regarding a couple of things that I said.

well anyways i didnt do mrdm it should be reduced to regular rdm and nitrp was failrp instead of nitrp. honestly if we can just make the mrdm into normal rdm that would be fine because it was definetely not mrdm

Hi there, thank you for using the Forums to create an Appeal. Firstly, my apologies - your ban is not 2 Weeks, however, it was extended to 1 Week due to how you spoke to me and utilized /OOC whilst I was writing your Ban Details. Please also amend your 'Why were you Banned' section to include the full reason which is - GR 1 | 4.8 | NITRP At no point did we argue, I simply stated the rules you had broke and how to avoid this in the future. I was not at all angry, myself and an Administrator had Gagged you for 10 Minutes due to you breaking Rule 4.8 - Voice Spam -. Whilst the Gag was being administered, you thought it would be a good idea to play a song which included lyrics such as 'Heil Hitler'. I pulled you into a sit room and explained that doing so was a breach of GR 1, as well as 4.8 due to voice spam. you should have known these actions were not allowed and a clear cause of discomfort to other players. You remained in the Sit Room for approx. 3 minutes whilst I wrote your Ban Reasoning, during which time you used /OOC to call me a 'fag'. Hence the extension from what was going to be a 2D ban to a 1W ban. In regards to you supposedly witnessing a member of our staff team do similar, it does not allow you to break the rules. If this scenario occurred, you are encouraged to make a Staff Report here on the Forums. UA will make a final decision on this Appeal, however, I suggest you put some more effort into it if you want to have any chance of it being considered.

We literally argued in the sit room about GB1 and you didn't say how to avoid this you just said I was being banned for GB1 and told me to appeal at the fourms. Also no I didn't play a song after being gagged, the whole thing was me just playing ye and you got mad and tried to gag and mute me, I didn't know what was going on, all I did was play a song. During the staff sit all you did was just say I broke gb1 and I was being banned for 2 days, nobody had a problem with me playing it other than you and idk how you can be triggered by a ye song and if you are you need to take a long look in the mirror. Then you got mad I insulted you and extended my ban with NITRP which doesn't even make sense.

Incorrect, I informed you that you were wrong and gave you the definition of GR1 and how it applied in your situation, as well as the other rules which had been broken. As I said, the song was played whilst the gag was about to be administered, not afterwards. I gave you all relevant information in the sit and did not add 'NITRP' after you wrote in /OOC. you literally said I was being banned for 2 days for GB 1 because the song broke GB1, I didn't say I played the song afterwards, I said I was just playing it then you gagged me which I didn't see and I didn't know what was going on, and you never mentioned NITRP until after I was banned which you literally did it for 2 weeks until I made this appeal which is shitty, you didn't inform me of any other rules. and after I wrote in OOC you muted me perm immediately after which is interesting too

I wrote that in my first reply, and UA can see from the logs that the ban time was changed immediately. You cannot simply assume it is 'until I made this appeal'. An error occurred that set it to 2 Weeks instead of 1. I shall not be replying further as you are clearly trying to make this more about what happened in the sit room and not about why you believe you should be unbanned.
