Character's name & rank: Martin Mencken Feldwebel SteamID (STEAM_0:X:XXX): 76561198798918892 Staff member who issued the PK (if you know): Unknown Explain why you were PK'd: Good afternoon I was PK,d after a dispute in the Lichterfelde where two gentlemen broke in ( I know my doors were locked because i always lock the doors before placing my dupe) weapons drawn requesting me to stop moving and be detained for no reason at all, i proceeded back up and issue warnings to them after they refused to follow my command i fired my weapon because they were inside unlawfully and trying to detain me (following rule of shooting with reason and acting upon an active threat) . after firing my weapon i was killed. right after that i spawned into the room and intended on following the NLR rule, then they fired at me through the window and spawn killed me. Why should you be un-PK'd?: I believe i should be un PK,d because i was not intending to act under fear rp as i was not being held captive and was doing my part to keep the Lichterfelde safe and keeping the intruders out. acting under rules of being able to shoot/kill them with roleplay reason, and acting upon an active threat as they did have weapons drawn and breaking inside the Lichterfelde. Additional Information: I have spent alot of time on this character and have not had a single violation and have roleplayed to the best of my abilities, i have even purchased the donator role to be able to help my fellow roleplayers get training and setup roleplay situations. I believe they might have been trying to PK Hunt as well. Thank you for your time and i hope this reaches you well!

Explain why your flags should be unblacklisted: I am greatly apologetic for this, seeing as this action was blatantly idiotic. It was not my intention to cause harm to the server. To be honest I have no idea why I thought it was a good idea to spawn a bunch of props in one spot, but I have recognized the severe nature of this. Since I wanted to make sure I never did anything like this with my flags ever again, I had decided to wait at least a month before appealing. On my Ouroboros character, the use of dupes is a key element to good rp, without the use of props, I will not be able to generate the kind of atmosphere that makes people engaged in our experiments and tests. Moreover, dupes are an essential part of getting funding for projects and research. The loss of flags is detrimental the roleplay on my main character and I simply care far too much to let something like this happen again. Additional Information: It has now been 34 days and I can reliably say that I will remember this moment every time I plan on using props. If I was offered the opportunity to get my flags back, I will never make this mistake again.

I wanted to create this Thread to discuss Building and the tools which Prometheus offer to Donators in order to construct Businesses, Checkpoints, Defences and more. Since returning, I have found a great love for the 'Advanced Material' tool. Here you can see how I have used it to create a whole new façade for the Bar I am making on Prinzregent Street which will be named 'Prinzregent Pub'. Love this new feature for allowing materials to blend with the buildings around them if you are constructing anything, it stops lots of things from sticking out like a sore thumb if you use the tool. \/ Photos included below of the exterior and interior! Let me know your thoughts! \/

Like I said, I was ordered to do all the things I did by NSB command staff, take it up with them regarding my orders, not the Oberkommissar carrying them out. We came in peacefully with no intention of fighting and were let in as I told you multiple times. I was one of ~10 NSB agents already in the area. As for our legal argument, the last resort is not to kill me for having a legal disagreement with you, there is a Judiciary system for a reason, which you could have utilized to argue your case to a valid court with jurisdictions over the GSD, which shouldn't have even involved me as the NSB weren't inside the ICC on my orders. However, it was decided that you must have me captured and killed instead, over what should have been taken to a court rather than an NHC order PK. As for the "snarky behavior" it was barely substantial enough to have me demoted, and that was the resolution of that specific situation.

I was there the entire time as my KG character, I would like to add some common sense perspective. A First Lieutenant of a foreign faction to GenWolf, enters the base while breaching policy. A First Lieutenant then discredits GenWolf's authory, openly argues with him in front of multiple armed forces members and interior members, and talks down to him. This is a A First Lieutenant speaking like this to a practically 6 star general, literally the highest ranking person that was in the city. 12 rank gap in between you and the WAR MARSHEL and you decide to argue with him on his own base and ignore his position of power. This was literally best case scenario, and what should happen in the context of RP. You are nobody speaking to one of the few somebodies in the Empire's eyes. We are literally part of a authoritarian regime, you should not be surprised at all when that authority strikes you down for challenging it. I hope you understand that NATIONAL high command in the context of roleplay should not just be tossed aside lol

From my perspective, this was not a case of you simply “doing your job” and being slightly snarky. This was the second time that night the NSB and KG had flooded into the ICC in a manner that effectively amounted to a raid in how it was carried out. Multiple personnel entered through both the garage and main access and walked straight past me without even the slightest acknowledgement. When I confronted you directly about entry policy into the ICC, your response was essentially that it “doesn’t work like that” and that I don’t get to control it, before continuing further into the Bendlerblock anyway. At that point, regardless of tone, you were actively disregarding military control. That is the behavior I took issue with, not just attitude, but a direct challenge to command authority. The demotion was used as an immediate, in-the-moment de-escalation to avoid turning the ICC into a gunfight with NSB, KG, and other armed forces all present. I chose not to escalate it into violence on the spot because that would have spiralled out of control instantly. De-escalation in the moment does not mean the situation was resolved. Later, once things had stabilized and I had time to properly address what happened, I escalated it to a PK because, from my character’s perspective, this crossed from arrogance into a complete disregard for my character and his position

well anyways i didnt do mrdm it should be reduced to regular rdm and nitrp was failrp instead of nitrp. honestly if we can just make the mrdm into normal rdm that would be fine because it was definetely not mrdm
