I have found the culprit and banned him for the RDM of you and the others there

Explain why your flags should be unblacklisted: I am greatly apologetic for this, seeing as this action was blatantly idiotic. It was not my intention to cause harm to the server. To be honest I have no idea why I thought it was a good idea to spawn a bunch of props in one spot, but I have recognized the severe nature of this. Since I wanted to make sure I never did anything like this with my flags ever again, I had decided to wait at least a month before appealing. On my Ouroboros character, the use of dupes is a key element to good rp, without the use of props, I will not be able to generate the kind of atmosphere that makes people engaged in our experiments and tests. Moreover, dupes are an essential part of getting funding for projects and research. The loss of flags is detrimental the roleplay on my main character and I simply care far too much to let something like this happen again. Additional Information: It has now been 34 days and I can reliably say that I will remember this moment every time I plan on using props. If I was offered the opportunity to get my flags back, I will never make this mistake again.

Character's name & rank: Martin Mencken Feldwebel SteamID (STEAM_0:X:XXX): 76561198798918892 Staff member who issued the PK (if you know): Unknown Explain why you were PK'd: Good afternoon I was PK,d after a dispute in the Lichterfelde where two gentlemen broke in ( I know my doors were locked because i always lock the doors before placing my dupe) weapons drawn requesting me to stop moving and be detained for no reason at all, i proceeded back up and issue warnings to them after they refused to follow my command i fired my weapon because they were inside unlawfully and trying to detain me (following rule of shooting with reason and acting upon an active threat) . after firing my weapon i was killed. right after that i spawned into the room and intended on following the NLR rule, then they fired at me through the window and spawn killed me. Why should you be un-PK'd?: I believe i should be un PK,d because i was not intending to act under fear rp as i was not being held captive and was doing my part to keep the Lichterfelde safe and keeping the intruders out. acting under rules of being able to shoot/kill them with roleplay reason, and acting upon an active threat as they did have weapons drawn and breaking inside the Lichterfelde. Additional Information: I have spent alot of time on this character and have not had a single violation and have roleplayed to the best of my abilities, i have even purchased the donator role to be able to help my fellow roleplayers get training and setup roleplay situations. However, when I stopped, I admittedly was a little snarky, but in no way did I disrespect the Kriegsmarschall, I handed the paper, I started walking away, and then I told him that because he’s been shown the warrant I can come in, legally this is true, but is a jurisdictional argument. I was let in at the gate, which was already open. There was no forceful entry nor was there a raid. We were all cordial and then even when pressed I simply gave him the warrant and walked off. After this, the situation was then escalated by the Kriegsmarschall, and the Prator had demoted me for the “disrespect” as the Kriegsmarschall had asked to uphold a standard of rapport, which I obliged and took the hit for.I have no idea why further action was needed on the situation if I was promptly demoted and I had apologized and explained myself? (All of this again under orders to do so, I was simply the one carrying out my duty in subordination to the NSB.) I’d like to also just restate; Punishment and retribution for the act was already given, I was promptly demoted for it and the Kriegsmarschall seemed to be fine with it, why was further retribution in form of an NHC order PK needed or allowed? PK Guidelines that I believe this PK has violated; 4. Attempt to resolve the matter using other means which don't involve PKing first, unless it is deemed impossible, and agreed upon by the approving staff member. (Once again, they already had me demoted, and he was fine with it, then he turned it all around randomly and decided later to ask for a PK for the situation that had already been resolved.) 5. PKing for solely doing work legally within one's job. (I was serving a Warrant as NSB that I was ordered to serve.)

I wanted to create this Thread to discuss Building and the tools which Prometheus offer to Donators in order to construct Businesses, Checkpoints, Defences and more. Since returning, I have found a great love for the 'Advanced Material' tool. Here you can see how I have used it to create a whole new façade for the Bar I am making on Prinzregent Street which will be named 'Prinzregent Pub'. Love this new feature for allowing materials to blend with the buildings around them if you are constructing anything, it stops lots of things from sticking out like a sore thumb if you use the tool. \/ Photos included below of the exterior and interior! Like I said, I was ordered to do all the things I did by NSB command staff, take it up with them regarding my orders, not the Oberkommissar carrying them out. We came in peacefully with no intention of fighting and were let in as I told you multiple times. I was one of ~10 NSB agents already in the area. As for our legal argument, the last resort is not to kill me for having a legal disagreement with you, there is a Judiciary system for a reason, which you could have utilized to argue your case to a valid court with jurisdictions over the GSD, which shouldn't have even involved me as the NSB weren't inside the ICC on my orders. However, it was decided that you must have me captured and killed instead, over what should have been taken to a court rather than an NHC order PK. As for the "snarky behavior" it was barely substantial enough to have me demoted, and that was the resolution of that specific situation.

I was one of the ricthers and I dont really see what this guy did to get banned, I dont know how to had no intention to roleplay, or failed roleplay. He set up a scene that would include a trial so the richters and other people had stuff to do, He complied with the IC gagging and was complient during the trial.

It's possible I misheard and someone else said my name, but the name Whoreson was most assuredly said. I felt further confident in this when someone in LOOC said "I didn't know that was the owner". This obviously led me to believe you said my name. I'll go ahead and unban you, if it wasn't you, then I apologize. Not confident enough that you said it to keep you banned for it.

As someone who was involved, the NSB came in through the ICC and garage, upwards of 8 National Security Bureau were in with him. @SharpAlso was there and also witnessed it. Chlice did not come in alone. I had also brought in the KG to meet with a warplanner regarding a warplanning situation and announced my entry. Chlice from my knowledge didn't openly disrespect genwolf with insults, he rather acted arrogant and disrespectful with his tone and mannerisms. Genwolf confronted me and said that the NSB can't be disrespectful to him like that so we both agreed on a one rank demotion and I ordered Chlice to return. I also ordered the release of Otto von Licht as a show of good faith. I thought we had solved this in-character to be honest as I punished him with genwolfs suggestion of a one rank demotion. I personally don't agree with a PK for this considering I had already punished him to genwolfs request. I also think it's totally fine for a NSB CO to act a little arrogant, even towards the head of the entire military, just like how I expect a experienced veteran of the war effort to be arrogant and slightly disrespectful towards the state security apparatus that they see as power hungry overzealous police officers.

From my perspective, this was not a case of you simply “doing your job” and being slightly snarky. This was the second time that night the NSB and KG had flooded into the ICC in a manner that effectively amounted to a raid in how it was carried out. Multiple personnel entered through both the garage and main access and walked straight past me without even the slightest acknowledgement. When I confronted you directly about entry policy into the ICC, your response was essentially that it “doesn’t work like that” and that I don’t get to control it, before continuing further into the Bendlerblock anyway. At that point, regardless of tone, you were actively disregarding military control. That is the behavior I took issue with, not just attitude, but a direct challenge to command authority. The demotion was used as an immediate, in-the-moment de-escalation to avoid turning the ICC into a gunfight with NSB, KG, and other armed forces all present. I chose not to escalate it into violence on the spot because that would have spiralled out of control instantly. De-escalation in the moment does not mean the situation was resolved. Later, once things had stabilized and I had time to properly address what happened, I escalated it to a PK because, from my character’s perspective, this crossed from arrogance into a complete disregard for my character and his position

Denied After checking speaking to R4ged and checking logs, you were being extremely unserious and showed absolutely no intent to roleplay during this situation. The ban is fair, and the length is up to the banning staff member to decide, therefore this appeal is denied.

I'm pretty sure that I had typed a /me for "attempt's to dance while restrained." If I didn't, I meant to. I was also trying to express the rhythm that my character was dancing with. Maybe not the best choice of wordage, But I was just attempting to show that I was dancing well. I also wasn't made aware that my life was on the line at that time, I didn't know I could've been executed for the charges placed against me; my rational was that I would only be discharged or jailed at the worst, not executed. Prompting me to take the ordeal lightheartedly.

This ban was meant to expire today but I attempted to join the server on an alternate account which automatically turned it into a permanent ban. I know that alting is wrong and I should have just been patient and waited for my punishment to be fulfilled. I was there the entire time as my KG character, I would like to add some common sense perspective. A First Lieutenant of a foreign faction to GenWolf, enters the base while breaching policy. A First Lieutenant then discredits GenWolf's authory, openly argues with him in front of multiple armed forces members and interior members, and talks down to him. This is a A First Lieutenant speaking like this to a practically 6 star general, literally the highest ranking person that was in the city. 12 rank gap in between you and the WAR MARSHEL and you decide to argue with him on his own base and ignore his position of power. This was literally best case scenario, and what should happen in the context of RP. You are nobody speaking to one of the few somebodies in the Empire's eyes. We are literally part of a authoritarian regime, you should not be surprised at all when that authority strikes you down for challenging it. I hope you understand that NATIONAL high command in the context of roleplay should not just be tossed aside lol
