A player (a “marine”) attempted to restrain me, and I clearly warned them not to proceed. Despite that warning, they attempted to restrain me again. In response, I acted in what I believed was self-defense within the rules of the server. At no point was I brought to a formal sit or given a chance to properly explain my perspective before the ban was issued. From my understanding, I was still actively involved in the encounter and believed I was responding appropriately to an immediate threat rather than intentionally breaking roleplay rules. I followed orders from my superiors in the Kaiserguard to the letter. I stood my ground and defended myself. I had shot a Marine before as well, beforehand, after he had fired on another Kaiserguard, and there was no issue with that incident. On top of all this, when I was banned, I was in the middle of being arrested anyway, so the in-game system would have decided my fate, and I would have been able to defend myself since I wasn’t brought to a sit. I respect the server rules and staff decisions, and I’m not trying to argue against authority, only to clarify that I did not intend to break rules or disrupt roleplay. I would appreciate the opportunity to return and continue playing while following proper procedures more carefully moving forward. Additional Information: I'm off to college in 3 months, so this ban is effectively a permaban if it's not shortened or revoked.

I had people outside check, and they said that they can see us. I don't have prop perms on this server, so I didn't even place them. Also, multiple people were using them and I was singled out??? And also, me being ordered to shoot at people raiding our base is a no even though I was given orders to fire. Why should you be un-PK'd?: I believe this is unfair and that I was targeted for this. I don't have prop perms, I can't place anything down, and yet I was pk'd for something that could have been dealt with in a better manner. It's also unfair that I have been playing on this server for a long time now and that this is straw the broke the camel's back? I really hope that you can understand that I didn't have ill intent and was just following orders from my superior General. So please just understand that me wanting to use a weapon to defend my base and fellow men is good thing and that if having set ups by windows is not allowed should be clearer in the server rules. The staff member was Major Whoreson. Please investigate this matter thoroughly, as such racism should not be tolerated by staff members, nor should anyone be subject to it. This ban is literally just nonsense, as he was also angry he'd been killed by me. Please keep your staff members in check, and I'll also be writing to Garry Newman and Facepunch Studios to inform them of your lack of moderation among your staff members about such racism on your server even after your rebrand.

Denied. You are a moron, you had decided to place a head glitching block placing window where they cannot see you but you can spray down an entire faction. And then had managed to start a civil war and spray down an entire faction from the window. You can remain PKd.
