Some of such ways include using restraint to avoid what I might want to say, using patience and politeness to leave a positive impression on all of those I may encounter. Another part of being a staff member is being kind and empathetic, but not overly so, as it may lead to some clouding of judgment. That being said, using kind words and not insulting people is an important part of displaying maturity, as well as adding to the aura of professionalism. Keeping a cool, level head is important, especially in tense situations. Keeping a cool head is important to see the truth and not your own emotions, leading to a fairer verdict. Promotions- it is our job to go through with promotion requests unless they are on cooldown. Putting someone in a faction- same as model changes to have someone put in a faction requires the staff team to handle it, which falls under our jobs as a staff member Upholding rules- it is our job to make sure ourselves as well as others are following server rules to ensure everyone has a good time. Punishment for infractions - People who break the rules must be dealt with, however, it must be in a fair and just way Administering PKs - Doing PKs is a large part of being a well-rounded staff member due to its necessity in certain situations, such as FearRP. I said "bro got slimed out" referring to Charlie Kirk, which at the time he only just got shot 20 minutes maybe 30 minutes prior (I was playing hell let loose at the time so I didn't check and during the match swap I sent the message into the discord). I didn't think it was real at the time so in my mind it crossed for me to say it. I am saddened by what I said about it since he has died and the fact I was a bit ignorant and decided to say it makes it all worse.

And still you are acting like you don't know what you did and pretending it is not a reasonable response. You kicked down the Lichterfelde door, the jail door, and then the jail cell door itself. You were arrested by the KG Chief for attempting to break out your friend and brought before Donzoko as Drachen Chief. You were arrested for maybe ten minutes and then called staff to right your perceived wrongs. All the while you and co. were streaming the situation in a Discord together. You are not dumb, so I know that you know kicking down the doors and attempting to free someone who was arrested by the Crown is...not ok! By the point in which you tried to free your friend, I am overwatching the situation, and once I see you call staff and just start minging because you're annoyed you're tied up, I just told Donzoko to shoot you. Frankly, you aren't worth the staffs time when you know what you're doing is moronic. I wouldn't care if you were a self-respecting minge like the other minges, you do what you do, acknowledge you get PK'd for it and just move on. They don't create nonsensical PK appeals or make tickets when they are clearly in the wrong and no rule is being broken. I know that you don't care about the server or anything involving it, but some of your friends do. Hello everyone, I’d like to suggest adding the Heeres Officer Doctor player model for the Doctors of the Reserve Army and the 4077th Sanitätskompanie. This model features an officer wearing a white doctor’s coat and blue piping, which would be a perfect fit for higher medical personnel in the Army. Not only would the Coat help them stand out visually, but it would also enhance roleplay interactions and immersion. And i would like to suggest adding the Sanitäter Playermodels as well as we have a complete Sanitätskompanie, but without proper models they are incomplete and serious RP is out of the Question. Overall, this would be a great addition to the server and the RP experience, and there would be no downside to it. However, when I stopped, I admittedly was a little snarky, but in no way did I disrespect the Kriegsmarschall, I handed the paper, I started walking away, and then I told him that because he’s been shown the warrant I can come in, legally this is true, but is a jurisdictional argument. I was let in at the gate, which was already open. There was no forceful entry nor was there a raid. We were all cordial and then even when pressed I simply gave him the warrant and walked off. After this, the situation was then escalated by the Kriegsmarschall, and the Prator had demoted me for the “disrespect” as the Kriegsmarschall had asked to uphold a standard of rapport, which I obliged and took the hit for.I have no idea why further action was needed on the situation if I was promptly demoted and I had apologized and explained myself? (All of this again under orders to do so, I was simply the one carrying out my duty in subordination to the NSB.) I’d like to also just restate; Punishment and retribution for the act was already given, I was promptly demoted for it and the Kriegsmarschall seemed to be fine with it, why was further retribution in form of an NHC order PK needed or allowed? PK Guidelines that I believe this PK has violated; 4. Attempt to resolve the matter using other means which don't involve PKing first, unless it is deemed impossible, and agreed upon by the approving staff member. (Once again, they already had me demoted, and he was fine with it, then he turned it all around randomly and decided later to ask for a PK for the situation that had already been resolved.) 5. PKing for solely doing work legally within one's job. (I was serving a Warrant as NSB that I was ordered to serve.)

From my perspective, this was not a case of you simply “doing your job” and being slightly snarky. This was the second time that night the NSB and KG had flooded into the ICC in a manner that effectively amounted to a raid in how it was carried out. Multiple personnel entered through both the garage and main access and walked straight past me without even the slightest acknowledgement. When I confronted you directly about entry policy into the ICC, your response was essentially that it “doesn’t work like that” and that I don’t get to control it, before continuing further into the Bendlerblock anyway. At that point, regardless of tone, you were actively disregarding military control. That is the behavior I took issue with, not just attitude, but a direct challenge to command authority. The demotion was used as an immediate, in-the-moment de-escalation to avoid turning the ICC into a gunfight with NSB, KG, and other armed forces all present. I chose not to escalate it into violence on the spot because that would have spiralled out of control instantly. De-escalation in the moment does not mean the situation was resolved. Later, once things had stabilized and I had time to properly address what happened, I escalated it to a PK because, from my character’s perspective, this crossed from arrogance into a complete disregard for my character and his position

I was one of the ricthers and I dont really see what this guy did to get banned, I dont know how to had no intention to roleplay, or failed roleplay. He set up a scene that would include a trial so the richters and other people had stuff to do, He complied with the IC gagging and was complient during the trial.

It's possible I misheard and someone else said my name, but the name Whoreson was most assuredly said. I felt further confident in this when someone in LOOC said "I didn't know that was the owner". This obviously led me to believe you said my name. I'll go ahead and unban you, if it wasn't you, then I apologize. Not confident enough that you said it to keep you banned for it.

As someone who was involved, the NSB came in through the ICC and garage, upwards of 8 National Security Bureau were in with him. @SharpAlso was there and also witnessed it. Chlice did not come in alone. I had also brought in the KG to meet with a warplanner regarding a warplanning situation and announced my entry. Chlice from my knowledge didn't openly disrespect genwolf with insults, he rather acted arrogant and disrespectful with his tone and mannerisms. Genwolf confronted me and said that the NSB can't be disrespectful to him like that so we both agreed on a one rank demotion and I ordered Chlice to return. I also ordered the release of Otto von Licht as a show of good faith. I thought we had solved this in-character to be honest as I punished him with genwolfs suggestion of a one rank demotion. I personally don't agree with a PK for this considering I had already punished him to genwolfs request. I also think it's totally fine for a NSB CO to act a little arrogant, even towards the head of the entire military, just like how I expect a experienced veteran of the war effort to be arrogant and slightly disrespectful towards the state security apparatus that they see as power hungry overzealous police officers.

A genuinely good person’s first day on the server shouldn’t result in them being banned or kicked for small mistakes. We’ve all made errors and broken some rules. No one is perfect. You were PK'ed under guideline of Dirt. Your argument's lynchpin is based on the fact that the matter is not last resort. In regards to that, Last Resort doesn't mean a checklist that we as UA go down everytime someone tries to apply for a PK. Court does not always need to apply in PK's. What we moreso look at is if there's causation and correlation. Causation is applied in the case of there is multiple instances of effort by the requesting party, which was done. Correlation is applied where there are connections between you ratting and you putting the requesting party in danger. I understand you are upset that you are dead and that you could've done more, but that is the gameplay loop. You play the game and you sometimes die. I wish you the best in your future efforts.

Denied. Starting a gunfight and dying is a valid PK criteria. There can be staff discretion when and how this should be apply, but we've consistently held that this PK guideline applies during serious RP situations, especially when NHC members become victim of the gunfight. The dispute of whether you were being restrained or not is irrelevant. You'd be PK'd regardless for starting a gunfight and being killed during a serious RP situation.

I was there during the hotel situation. Me and another guard were in the back room guarding the FM when the Prefect and the KG came in and tried to detain one of us. The guard fired in self-defense. He only reacted because he felt threatened, not because he was trying to start anything. Everything escalated super fast, and there honestly wasn’t enough time for proper RP or even clear communication before shots were fired. From my point of view, I think the PK should be looked at again — the guard was just defending himself, not being aggressive or causing trouble.

Please see your friends appeal! Pretty much the same thing. Calling the Drachen Chief, or KG Chief, or NSB Chief, or whoever it is you think you were talking to incompetent is pretty much a death sentence in a situation like that. Let's not pretend you haven't seen dozens just like it for relatively the same reason. Denied.

They wanted to watch his Drachen tryouts. I eagerly took Donzoko's side in the situation. An agent of the NSB who was participating in the tryouts walked off and remarked something about "not wanting to join because they were incompetent anyways". He was arrested, with due cause, which I do not dispute. Afterwards, I went into the wide-open cells to take this agent into my custody. I did not intend on freeing him and I expressed this over and over again. I was apprehended by the KG chief at gunpoint immediately after he decided to shoot me a couple times. As I was explaining to them what I was doing, I got brought to the pantheon as the guys who captured me stared at me AFK for some time. Donzoko seemed to acknowledge the fact that they were depriving us of any RP and told his guys to interact with us. In the middle of that conversation, it seems a lightbulb flickered in his head and his course of action changed drastically to murdering us. Why should you be un-PK'd?: I'm not actually sure what grounds this was on, I'm sure there's some perceived reason. It was my character's idea, or an NSB agent's capacity to enforce the law could not be challenged by a ceremonial guard unit such as the Kaisergarde. I am sure the Drachengruppe have unlimited power, but Donzoko wasn't even the one to initially order my arrest. During the entire encounter, I recognized Donzoko's stature ICly and treated him with respect. I was not belligerent. Additional Information:
