I've enjoyed this server so far most people I met were welcoming others not so much. As someone who didn't know how to use a prop gun at all, I was met by people who taught me and I thought that was cool. The staff deserve a round of applause they have been doing a great job. Other servers are too serious or at times not serious at all but this server is right in the middle a good spot to socialize and Rp.

Hello, President Mannheim made a ticket asked for PK Help, I accepted this ticket and he requested approval for an NHC-authorized PK against your character. He asked me prior to giving the order to his PSD to find and shoot you whether it was within his authority to proceed and if I could approve this action. I confirmed that, as it was an NHC Order PK, it fell within his in-character powers to issue the command and carry it out and therefore approved. I also advised that his personnel should submit a ticket at the time of the PK attempt or during the event itself to ensure your character could be marked PK-active. Around 10 minutes later or so I was not personally available to watch the event, however, According to the provided evidence, Elite was present during the confrontation and shooting, and is shown in chat logs saying “carry on” to the PSD members executing the order. Despite this, Elite did not follow through with the administrative step of formally marking your character as PK’d. President Mannerheim and the PSD who shot you then submitted video clips and chat logs directly to me that confirm the event occurred as described and that Elite was aware of and acknowledged the action. Specifically, the clip presented to me, linked below, shows Elite was Present saying Carry On and that you were shot immediately after. Based on this evidence of overwatch, and me taking the original ticket request to approve the order, I completed the administrative process, officially marking your character as Permanently Killed and recording it in our PK-Logs. Hello, I was the staff member who had banned you There are a few things to go over - Why were you banned? In this clip that you show, and what I had been observing the entire day, was a pattern of no intent to roleplay and constant harassment of players. Another staff member of the UA had already kicked you for breaking NLR. This was the initial incident that had peaked my interest after noticing that you had extensive past offenses and had only recently returned from a 2-week ban that I had given you prior! So I continued to try to overwatch your Roleplay. This is where I observed in OOC chat, one of the victims complaining about RDM, and so I looked closer at exactly what you were doing, and it showed you instigating a gunfight with no Roleplay at all. Also, the clip that you clipped was the same interaction that I witnessed and clipped as well, but I noticed that this was only 10 minutes after killing the victim in the mines, only 10 minutes prior. After the RDM, I spoke to the victim and learned that this was not the first time you had been harassing him. Randomly going up to people that are mining and punching them with no roleplay is considered punch minging and overall just RDM. Your actions were clear to instigate and try to start random gun fights with this player while he was going about his roleplay. Why did I not take you into a sit? After taking all of the factors into consideration, after already getting a warning from the UA about NLR, the fact that I had already interacted with you extensively on your prior ban and with the fact that the majority of your past offenses were made this year, with more then 12 bans in the past Six months, I decided very reluctantly that it was not nessicary for you to be brought into a sit and questioned. - Your intent was very clear to not follow the rules - Your actions had no Roleplay leading up to it - The victim had been killed by you prior, and you returned only 10 minutes later to repeat your actions - Dispute or apology? Since realizing I don’t have enough of a presence in the community, I’ve been a lot more active in roleplay and various scenarios, being involved in two civil wars (which truly has been more fun than I expected), actively participating/attending meetings (primarily on my PSD char), and doing my own part in standing out from other players (opening my own business, and overall doing little things to make my characters unique and more realistic). I love interacting with everyone and I try my absolute best to educate and be a good role model for newer players on the server as well as people I recruit. Usually, someone thinks the server is full of people that “cannot see” and when I have recruited them I speak to them to clarify what the server actually is to avoid confusion. Yes, initially they have told me they came to minge on the server but ended up liking the people around them or realizing the servers are completely different from what they had thought. There are also the strange cases of minges, which personally I’ve learned how to weed out via recruiting, how they respond to commands, and even the first presentation. In the past 30 days, I have had a lot of time to expand my understanding specifically of confusing rules (particularly the pk rules) which from my knowledge can vary depending on encounters (which can be super complex without any understanding). During “minge hours” (~3-4am EST) I usually ask active staff questions on certain topics and discuss specific rules and how they apply in situations. I’ve also talked to them about previous instances they had to deal with and how to properly react to said instances. Everyone knows the basics (i.e; handling tickets) but, I believe there's a lot more to it. Since a few of my friends were previous staff/are staff, I tend to hear them discussing specifics like quotas, how to handle certain tickets like pk tickets, and how staff approved pks work. The only clarification I would probably need is how to change the models when someone opens a ticket for someone joining a faction as well as how the name change process works. I feel that understanding rules that confuse me could better help and explain certain situations where a person might find themselves in. As a member of staff, I feel that it’s my responsibility to make sure that the server is not an annoyance for the players, and that every aspect of the server runs as smoothly as possible while also being able to educate new players; as well as giving an unbiased judgement to people who have broken the rules.

Hello, I was the staff member who issued this PK. You were PK'd under the PK Guideline: "Being killed while not abiding by Fear-RP [PK]". The reason for this was because two members of the Military, one of them being myself pointed guns at you and told you not to move. You then decided to try and run away, and tried running out the landespolizei garage, which you managed to open during an all out civil war. This action put us at risk, so you were then shot for attempting to flee. I could have easily PK'd you there for breaking Fear RP the first time. However, I decided to give you a second chance to abide by Fear RP so it would not have to result in a PK. Then when we tried to arrest you for the second time, you ran away again, jumping up and down saying "oh my god, oh my god". Which showed me that you were clearly breaking Fear RP and showed no regard for your characters life. There was also zero indication that you were lagging and you certainly were moving around.

There is a wide variety of unblacklisted props that can do a wide variety of malicious things. I have seen how the anti-crash works on this server, so I personally believe there's at least a little safety in that regard. I do not really understand having stacker at all if only UA might use it, considering that advanced duplicator with spawning in the same location is precisely the same method of how stacker is used to crash other servers. I have not seen this one crash as the result of prop abuse yet, so I wouldn't know if stacker remains a problem to begin with myself. If stacker can be used more efficiently than advanced duplicator to crash the server, -1 If stacker is equivalent or less effective in doing so, +1 I am interested in stacker myself. It makes office decorating a lot more efficient.

Description of the idea: The faction tags currently are incredibly messy and based on old, pre-Imperial RP, factions. Some do work, such as the Luftwaffe being "Luft", but many do not such as the state being "nsdap" or the KAG being "mafia". Having it updated to make it easier for transfers and other such components of staffing would be a great help. However there are many instances where staff are asked, while in character, to assist with setting up a player. In these cases, they are required to use the /plytransfer command which relies on tags. Additionally many staff members hold high ranking positions in the RP, and making it easier for them to transfer or discharge members of their faction without needing to switch to their admin character if they forget a tag, which would be highly beneficial. What negatives could this have?: It may mess up old staff members who are used to the old ones, but maybe we could keep those as working as well if that is possible, and if we cannot then these tags should be simple enough that if you use the old ones and need to know the new ones it should be common sense.
