[200 words or more]: The Berliner Volksmiliz was founded somewhere in the 1900's as just a small hunting group in the berlin area after the first world war the militia was an more spoken of organization in civil places.The group was build on a Foundation where the people wouldn't have to pay big amounts for weapons and permits wich are pretty expensive.The militia has a complex but straightfoward rank system and authority bar that was made based on prussian legacy.In 1940 the militia was discoverd and many members were captured but in March of 1941 the members came toghether and started finnaly rearming and creating weapons depotes in bought safe houses instead of the sewers the organization is quiet for now.....

You can hold them at gun point, just because there in the car doesn't mean Fear RP doesn't apply. If the drive off shoot them and make a ticket on the discord we have no issues killing generals.

Good point of discussion. There is a time and a place to take action in these events. For example, if a Generalleutnant runs somebody over when leaving the ICC, an Enlisted or an NCO of the Landespolizei is not going to drag him out of the car and place him in cuffs. One must think about the situation and its severity/what actions should follow. I think in regards to punishable crimes, it is entirely IC. Courts and Government Bodies are in place to deal with these offences, and in recent times have began to be utilized properly once again.

I could have prevented these actions if I had read the server rules when I first joined, along with remaining in character and not acting on OOC emotions. I do not have any staff experience in Garry’s Mod, but I have worked on a small Halo RP project that used the Nutscript Framework and the Sam admin system. Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]: I can accept constructive criticism well, and I'm constantly looking for methods to get better. My goal in applying for the staff team is to support the community by helping to efficiently manage tickets so that uninterrupted roleplay experiences can be offered. Because I am committed and have knowledge of the Nutscript framework, I believe I would be a fantastic addition to the team. These attributes, in my opinion, would be a welcome addition to the staff team overall as well as helpful to the community. I've read the rules and am usually familiar with them. When necessary, I am more than happy to enforce the rules—not just to punish players, but also to educate them and keep them generally aware of the rules. One of their primary responsibilities is to ensure that the server remains in a state of order, which they accomplish by providing warnings and punishing individuals who fail to abide by the rules. However, they are also responsible for ensuring that the roleplay is enjoyable and devoid of any unnecessary out-of-character concerns. In order to accomplish this, it is necessary to avoid making errors when enforcing the rules, such as banning the wrong person or banning someone without adequate evidence. In order to guarantee that the server is always manned and that even the most insignificant problems are fixed, it is the responsibility of a member of the staff to take tickets in order to ensure that everyone has a great experience while playing on the server. My belief is that the staff's responsibility is to deal with players who break the rules, to provide assistance to people when they require it, and most importantly, to ensure that the server is always fun and engaging. The problem with the Trusted rank was the notable disconnect between Staff members giving promotions, and Trusted members giving promotions. For the most part, Trusted members did not abuse the privilege (as they were Trusted members of our community); however, there were many cases of Trusted members giving out promotions that violated our Character Promotion Guidelines. While they did not intentionally break these guidelines, they simply did not have all of the information/logs that our Staff members have access to (which are used to combat these situations).

[150 Words or more]: First, a big duty of becoming a staff member is helping players during certain situations. When a player makes a ticket, they need the help as soon as possible. A huge responsibility is responding to a ticket as soon as possible. If a player needs someone PK’d or just quickly needs a promotion done, if I take too long on responding to the ticket the situation may be missed. Another duty of a staff member is observing overall out-of-character situations. We have to make sure everyone is roleplaying correctly as well as abiding by global rules.This situation also includes the chat. From experience, I have seen many rules broken in the chat whether that be metagame in the OOC or banned language in the general chat. I understand that this needs to be closely watched over and fixed immediately once the problem happens. Aside from just handing out bans or PK’s, there are certain situations that require more hands-on work. If you pull someone into a sit and they are making claims on someone during a complicated roleplay scenario, it takes more digging. You will have to check logs and clips to come up with a clear and concise answer to the accusation.
