After reviewing the situation it has been decided that your PK will be overturned. Part of roleplaying isn't just the guidelines but the situation as a whole. The clip provided was a total of 13 seconds of which only 3 seconds were you being told to run away and stop moving at the same time then being shot less than 2 seconds later without any attempts to detain you and to top it all off with a "PK HIM" at the end. Hello, I am the admin who approved your PK. After taking a deeper look into the PK and reviewing all of the clips again, I realized that I made a mistake when approving it. You were being PK'd for FearRP by a Landespolizei member in front of the ICC side gate. However, after reviewing the footage more carefully, I noticed that the officer never clearly pointed a weapon at you from your perspective. He only raised his weapon once your back was turned. While he did tell you to stop moving around three times, the commands were given very quickly before you were killed, making it unreasonable to expect you to react in time. Additionally, at the end of the clip, another player can be heard saying, "PK," which is not allowed, as players should never announce that they PKed someone. I also believe this PK did not meet our PK standards. PKs should only be used as a last resort, especially when the player is an CO character. They should never be issued solely for the purpose of removing someone from their job or title. Because of these issues, the PK should not have been approved. I apologize for my mistake and for any inconvenience this caused.

I alted in the past so they banned them including my main which resulted in the community exile. This account is only in service for this appeal and this appeal only.

-1 I have only had negative interactions with you. Just yesterday during the duel you were actively breaking roleplay and talking out of character just because things were not going your way. You need to improve on these areas before I would consider recommending you for the staff team.

This has been one of the most retarded ban appeals I have ever seen. You genuinely have nothing offer to the community and a piss poor excuse for your actions.

Despite being told multiple times to stop, you repeatedly ran away from officers. We issued several verbal commands for you to stop, and you also heard over the radio that you were being ordered to comply. You continued fleeing despite these warnings. As a result, I ordered my officers to apprehend you. After you refused to stop, officers fired at your legs in an attempt to disable you and bring you into custody. Instead of complying, you returned fire and were killed during the exchange. Immediately afterward, you disconnected from the server before the roleplay could be concluded, which appears to be an attempt to avoid in-character consequences and any applicable roleplay punishment.

Thank you for taking the time to create a PK Appeal. After review of your clip, on multiple occasions it can been seen that your gun was not on safety. You should have fixed your weapon, not continue to walk right up to somebody dragging a detained member of the military and pointing an MP-40 at point-blank range. Furthermore, the user's outfit and description is irrelevant. You do not know somebody is important because of a description, or because what they wear. Mass RDM!!!!!! Why do you deserve to be unbanned?: My last appeal was denied and I was asked to make a new one with reasons for why I should be unbanned. My ban was for mass RDM which is killing lots of people for no reason. I can't remember exactly what transpired but I want to apologise for killing all of those people with no roleplay reason. I also wanted to address my alting that resulted in it being made from a year ban to a perm. I honestly wasn't trying to ALT I have two accounts with GMOD familty shared so I use both interchangabley and I couldn't remeber being banned; however from now on I will only play on this account so it doesn't happen again. If I am unbanned, I plan on joining the police, working on my roleplay skills, climbing the ranks and taking the server more seriously this time. Thank you for reading.
