Description of the idea: Short Description of the Idea of integrating a Stock Market A fully functional stock market with options on buying selling, that changes the values at random, or maybe you could even register if you have a Business ID your own company and pay a fee your company to go public and have it on the stock market. The stock market as a entity could managed by the state or some other government agency. It could open and close like IRL at certain times, you could try to put in events that admins can control to create a huge total stock crash plunging the market into the ground and giving something to the governments finance offices to heavy worry about. Why should this be added?: Creates opportunity's for players to open Stock Firms, You could have a chance at people becoming stock brokers wolf of wallstreet style become rich of stock then going to start their own business. Gives good roleplay to people who are in the business sector allowing them to act like stuck up stock brokers if they make it big and own their own firm Gives the opportunity for people to invest in businesses like giving out money since the company's stock is good, or it could act as a alternative form of currency payment. Give jobs to the government for employing people to manage it, and also more stuff for finance offices to do if the stock crashes. The style of a stock market helps a lot to the vibe of being in NYC a place famous for the stock exchange. Government agency's could also invested and it could be a small sources of revenue flow for them maybe they could even hire a external consultant to manage their stocks. Maybe those who are top executives or accountants could do fraud and it would give something for BFI to investigate and the local police to act on. What negatives could this have?: Problem that's the biggest is most likely that its quite complicated to program. Could not be fun if the stocks are slow and take a bit to build or lose money. If improperly managed during a crisis event likes its crash it could tank several business although this on its own is not directly a negative thing. Additional information:

I've been a proud member of the Prometheus community for a couple of years now, and never have I encountered someone so large quite like gator. The circumstances of me larping and having to encounter this absolute troglodyte beast is ruining to my experience at times, the largeness of this individual bothers me. Why is he so big, and is there a fix for this in the future from the staff team?

Yes, you can detain players while aiming your gun, this can be done through F1 -> Inventory, right clicking on restraints and clicking use. The Obergrenadier was surrounded by Pratorian guards and was being detained as ordered yet you were the one who started shooting and thus resulted in a mass casualty gunfight. Due to your behavior in the discord tickets, mass DMing our UA members about the various situations you have found yourself in, etc. I do not believe you are a good fit for our community. Description of the idea: A lot of roleplay props were blacklisted during the transition to MITHC. Namely, the large green tents, the heavy washer prop, sandbags, and ammo crates. I'll put their full names below. I don't see a reason for why these props were removed. Why should this be added?: They are used in a significant amount of old dupes, which can still be used now. They also give greater creative choice when making new dupes. What negatives could this have?: None, they're proven props that should be added back. Character's name & rank: Grenadier Denis Spitz SteamID (STEAM_0:X:XXX): STEAM_0:0:462352546 Staff member who issued the PK (if you know): No clue Explain why you were PK'd: I'm not sure of the exact reason but I'd assume NHC Order, as no trial or anything was hosted. I was killed for not being handed over to the Armed Forces by the MoI, and being told to leave as I was dismissed by the NSB, and upon being found stuck behind a literal rock, staff dragged me away from it, and Feld immediately put me in cuffs, had me lined up and shot. Why should you be un-PK'd?: I've had all of my transfer documents legalized and approved both my commanding officer, the chief of 18th Police Company, and by the Kriegsverwaltungsburo Abkommandant. I eagerly said my goodbyes to the friends I've made in the Feldjagers and left to meet with the Ordensmarschall, who was the receiving signatory on my documents. Upon meeting with him, he was informed that the Kriegsmarschall wished to meet with him ASAP, where they just talked about "the OM's plans for the future", a really irrelevant topic to this situation. Upon it all ending, the KM wasn't too bothered about me transferring until Oberst Portsmith stepped in and said he'll get a warrant on me, which caused an issue. The Armed Forces have arrived outside of the OM's office, where the conflict escalated to two general ranking officers getting detained, but being released shortly after talks with the MoI command staff. I was dragged to an office by the NSB and told to stay there, 15-20 minutes later, I was released and told to leave the MoI. I asked if I could meet with the Ordensmarschall about my transfer, and they accepted my request, but to my demise, he simply said "Not now, Denis. Wait for me in the lobby." ; and so I did. Around 15 minutes later, I asked if the OM was coming and was told by a member of the Ordensritter that he is leaving the city. I should've been put into my MoI uniform ages before all of that, but it was just poorly executed and useless meetings were being accepted over it. The armed forces tried arguing that there was some ordinance on every single external transfer requiring the signature of the department chief, and said policy was nowhere to be found, not in any transfer channel, nor was it within the Feld Information, considering they are the military police and should uphold military law and policies it just seems illogical to me as to how this argument was valid in the first place. I was told to get somewhere safe by the NSB because, as I was told by them, the army is here to have me killed, so as any sane man I got out of the MoI and just ran, afraid for my life, through the woods and on my way into the city again, a bunch of cars filled with armed personnel were approaching, so I tried hiding under a rock to wait for them to pass, but eventually got stuck, and the Royal Treasurer so happened to spot me there and that caught armys attention, and it all led to me getting thrown in cuffs, dragged to the BB, and despite my pleas and demands to go to court of law so I can prove I'm an innocent man, and already rightfully a member of the Interior, just not properly uniformed, I got put on a pole and shot. That is on others to blame, not a Grenadier who was told to sit in an office and wait for the situation to be resolved, then being abandoned and told to go away. The Kriegsmacht Transfer Papers quote "By signing this document, I hereby acknowledge that this transferee will no longer be my responsibility, but that of the new commanding officer." ; so therefore, I was not supposed to be subject to an arrest by the Field Hunters at all, nor was I committing any crimes that would have me killed, or even put any charges on my head. The PK really wasn't used as last resort either as I wasn't fighting back, but simply being afraid for my life due to others warning me about the armed forces trying to kill me. Additional Information: The only reason why I care so much to appeal this PK is due to firstly how unfair it was, as well as due to this character being literally ancient with a long history, and is very well decorated, despite its current rank. The character has been with me in my roleplay journey since the very first day I joined Prometheus (very late 2023), and this was such a stupid way to have it killed for simply wanting to transfer, as a Grenadier! A player (a “marine”) attempted to restrain me, and I clearly warned them not to proceed. Despite that warning, they attempted to restrain me again. In response, I acted in what I believed was self-defense within the rules of the server. At no point was I brought to a formal sit or given a chance to properly explain my perspective before the ban was issued. From my understanding, I was still actively involved in the encounter and believed I was responding appropriately to an immediate threat rather than intentionally breaking roleplay rules. I followed orders from my superiors in the Kaiserguard to the letter. I stood my ground and defended myself. I had shot a Marine before as well, beforehand, after he had fired on another Kaiserguard, and there was no issue with that incident. On top of all this, when I was banned, I was in the middle of being arrested anyway, so the in-game system would have decided my fate, and I would have been able to defend myself since I wasn’t brought to a sit. I respect the server rules and staff decisions, and I’m not trying to argue against authority, only to clarify that I did not intend to break rules or disrupt roleplay. I would appreciate the opportunity to return and continue playing while following proper procedures more carefully moving forward. In both situations the same guy had told me to open fire, I did the same thing in each one, I was only punished in the second one. I feel like this was a lose lose for me no matter what, but that's not why I'm making a PK appeal, I feel this is a precarious situation. If I don't follow orders I get fired, or worse. I just want to keep playing. I genuinely enjoy the server. But by the logic of you not being supposed to fire when a higher ranking official orders it, doesn't that mean that every time someone like NCOs and enlisted who haven't deep dived the rules, are ordered to fire, they're gonna get PK'ed because they just didn't know better? Getting a direct orders from the highest rank of CO, and not fulfilling it is pretty serious stuff. So that also mean that CO's or other high ranks shouldn't even have the ability to give an order to open fire(or at least be warned by them that if lower ranks open fire AND DIE, they get PKed), and also, how am I not supposed to die here? Survival in a firefight against a crowd isn't something a person can just control, and if I die I get PKed. According to the server's own Government PK guidelines, initiating a shootout is what triggers a PK, but I didn't initiate anything, I defended a position under a direct order from a CO. If the rule is strictly "if you die, you get PKed," then any division combat where a soldier dies becomes an automatic character deletion, which ruins military roleplay entirely. I did not know the risk. Because the first time, it made sense that I didn't get PKed. To summarize, I didn't initiate a gunfight. I was given orders, I followed them to avoid punishment, and protect the Bendlerblock from a breach, and protect my superiors. I just want my character back, I feel like I deserve it, also Wolfgang Mayer is a cool name you have to agree. Additional Information: I have clips of both situations, in both I was told to open fire. The clips both show a very similar situation, it might be by the books, but I feel I shouldn't be PK'ed for it. In the PK guidelines, it says that PKs absolutely HAVE to be a last resort(for important persons, which I believe I am as the role of Oberfeldwebel is pretty important, leading men, making sure they're properly trained, recruitment and more.), this didn't really look like a last resort. I do not believe that as an Oberfeldwebel(with a 2nd class Iron Cross that I earned as a Stabsgefreiter) , I am not subject to rule 4 of the PK guidelines. Under rule 10 of the PK guidelines; "You cannot order the death of more than five people for a specific situation." If you were to review the clips that I posted, in neither situations did I kill more that 5 people or even exactly 5 people. Furthermore, you can ask copernicus124, c8jet as well as Generalleutnant Gator(Lukas Falkner IC who was an Oberst at the time and gave the direct order) on discord, who even stated he can give full details to Upper Administration regarding the situation and the orders given. [150 Words or more]: First, a big duty of becoming a staff member is helping players during certain situations. When a player makes a ticket, they need the help as soon as possible. A huge responsibility is responding to a ticket as soon as possible. If a player needs someone PK’d or just quickly needs a promotion done, if I take too long on responding to the ticket the situation may be missed. Another duty of a staff member is observing overall out-of-character situations. We have to make sure everyone is roleplaying correctly as well as abiding by global rules.This situation also includes the chat. From experience, I have seen many rules broken in the chat whether that be metagame in the OOC or banned language in the general chat. I understand that this needs to be closely watched over and fixed immediately once the problem happens. Aside from just handing out bans or PK’s, there are certain situations that require more hands-on work. If you pull someone into a sit and they are making claims on someone during a complicated roleplay scenario, it takes more digging. You will have to check logs and clips to come up with a clear and concise answer to the accusation.

I would like to see the following diversity in the models for MITHC 1. Different model sizes, especially bigger ones as we will be roleplaying as Americans (though a coked up skinny queen would be awesome) 2. +1 In moderation, this could be a very great idea. Based off of diverges civilian customization, would be a whole lot more to port that onto the models for everything. Could make photos for intel more useful as the faces would be somewhat-more unique rather than a crowd of Male 09's. Lots of complications of course but definitely could add a different atmosphere. Sidenote, the female models were always abused which was one of the main reasons they were removed, and also because people are just outright stupid. So I don't personally see female models returning, but with modification, may be possible. We'll just have to see! for now, -1 from me to the Female models until I hear a good reason why they would be helpful.
