Description of the idea: Short Description of the Idea of integrating a Stock Market A fully functional stock market with options on buying selling, that changes the values at random, or maybe you could even register if you have a Business ID your own company and pay a fee your company to go public and have it on the stock market. The stock market as a entity could managed by the state or some other government agency. It could open and close like IRL at certain times, you could try to put in events that admins can control to create a huge total stock crash plunging the market into the ground and giving something to the governments finance offices to heavy worry about. Why should this be added?: Creates opportunity's for players to open Stock Firms, You could have a chance at people becoming stock brokers wolf of wallstreet style become rich of stock then going to start their own business. Gives good roleplay to people who are in the business sector allowing them to act like stuck up stock brokers if they make it big and own their own firm Gives the opportunity for people to invest in businesses like giving out money since the company's stock is good, or it could act as a alternative form of currency payment. Give jobs to the government for employing people to manage it, and also more stuff for finance offices to do if the stock crashes. The style of a stock market helps a lot to the vibe of being in NYC a place famous for the stock exchange. Government agency's could also invested and it could be a small sources of revenue flow for them maybe they could even hire a external consultant to manage their stocks. Maybe those who are top executives or accountants could do fraud and it would give something for BFI to investigate and the local police to act on. What negatives could this have?: Problem that's the biggest is most likely that its quite complicated to program. Could not be fun if the stocks are slow and take a bit to build or lose money. If improperly managed during a crisis event likes its crash it could tank several business although this on its own is not directly a negative thing. Additional information:

I've been a proud member of the Prometheus community for a couple of years now, and never have I encountered someone so large quite like gator. The circumstances of me larping and having to encounter this absolute troglodyte beast is ruining to my experience at times, the largeness of this individual bothers me. Why is he so big, and is there a fix for this in the future from the staff team?

Yes, you can detain players while aiming your gun, this can be done through F1 -> Inventory, right clicking on restraints and clicking use. The Obergrenadier was surrounded by Pratorian guards and was being detained as ordered yet you were the one who started shooting and thus resulted in a mass casualty gunfight. Due to your behavior in the discord tickets, mass DMing our UA members about the various situations you have found yourself in, etc. I do not believe you are a good fit for our community. "Global Rule #1: Whilst we advocate for Freedom of Speech and have very little limitation on what can and cannot be said, repeated verbal or text abuse of a player causing them discomfort is considered harassment, this includes but is not limited to the usage of racial or other offensive slurs; know where to draw the line. False allegations is also considered harrasment.Spamming is not permitted on any platform. This counts for forums, discord, and in-game chats. What specifically would you bring, I know you mention lots of unique crime you plan on bringing, but what intricate thing will you offer or do that is new or uncommon? Special services that include more than security/assassination/money making? A new way of life for a majority of the people in Berlin? Also how do you plan on going about recruitment? Denied. After a review of this appeal, the evidence provided, and your responses, this appeal is denied for the following reasons: 1. You Cannot Mug or Kidnap General Ranking Officers This is clearly outlined in the server rules: General Rule 26: You can not mug or kidnap General Ranking Officers as these individuals command fear, respect, and would realistically have guards. The person you mugged was the Minister of Labour and he is classed as a "General Ranking Officer". I do appreciate that you acknowledged this rule break in your appeal, taking responsibility for that part was a good first step. However, the rest of the appeal fails to show the same level of accountability. 2. Pretending To Be AFK is FailRP In the clip you provided, you sat down during an active arrest and failed to respond whilst you were clearly there, which is pretending to be AFK and while sitting, you cannot be tied up due to game mechanics which is why you did this to avoid getting arrested and this is just FailRP. The arresting officers then shot you so you would respawn, which would reset you and allow for the RP to continue with you standing, and able to be tied. This was a logical and justified response by them. 3. You Disconnected Immediately After Respawning (LTARP) Server logs clearly show that you disconnected by user about 5 seconds after being killed, not a timeout, not a crash. if your game had truly "crashed" the logs would indicate a connection timeout or error. This is a textbook example of leaving to avoid roleplay (LTARP), especially considering that it happened while you were actively being arrested. 4. Going To Your Spawn Point Is Not Metgaming It's completely normal during conflict scenarios (like a civil war or an arrest) for players to continue pursuing you after shooting you, including going to known spawn points. This is not metagaming, and it happens regularly during civil wars or even basic arrests. There's no rule violation here. 5. Deflecting Blame Doesn't Strengthen Your Case You continously pointed out other's behavior, accusing them of using OOC terms or metagaming, but this appeal is about your conduct, not theirs. Deflecting attention from your own rulebreaks instead of taking ownership, is not going to help you get your appeal accepted. 6. Missed Opportunity for Accountability This appeal could have been accepted if you had simply taken full accountability, apologised sincerely, and stopped trying to dispute each detail. But instead, you've attempted to challenge nearly every aspect of a situation that is well documented by the server logs and supported by your own clips that show that you're clearly in the wrong here. I'd recommend using the remaining time on your ban to review the rules carefully and reflect on your approach to roleplay.

Why should you be un-PK'd?: I do not believe he took this to the last resort due to me actively trying to work with him multiple times, and him snubbing me each and every time I attempt to work with him. Each time we had a meeting, he assumed that at the next cabinet meeting, I would side with him one hundred per cent. When I did not, he would call me to his office and complain that I wasn't siding with the state. Over and over again, this trend happened. He called me in person and in private, insults which I had been told about, which was our fourth meeting at the time. I told him that insulting ministers and everyone else wouldn't win people over. He told me it would. I then proposed protections for ministers because that would give them leeway with the rest of the state. He got upset and had the Kapo remove me from his office. The most recent argument we had was about him limiting the party and why what he did was considered bad procedure, as well as how the Konsul could challenge that with a Supreme Court case. The Truth and Science Minister also supported me in this matter. He then insulted me. To which I said you need to act professional in private as much as in public, as I told him numerous times. He denied this and then asked how he was acting. I said to him that insulting and cursing others at every turn without being diplomatic is reckless behaviour. I told him it was acting like a retard. He asked me, "Are you calling me a retard." I told him no. You need to act like the Vice Chancellor and be professional; otherwise, you'll start to develop a reputation similar to that of the procurement minister, who is known for yelling at everyone and earning no respect. I told him I would not apologise due to I did not call him a retard. Acting like one and being one are different things. He needs to act like the Vice Chancellor and defend the state to earn respect. I told him numerous times, both in private and in public, that not only could he be one of the longest-serving Vice Chancellors, but he could also be one of the best. All he had to do was defend the state and stop getting into arguments or positions he could not win. To which he stated I was the reason he couldn't win because I have a cabal of ministers waiting to get rid of him. I rejected the accusation because it was utterly false. He proceeded to have me removed from the position until I apologised. This was going to be a legal battle. I attempted to work with him multiple times during his tenure, but he repeatedly refused my help. I do not believe this was a last resort for the reasons listed. I have attempted many, many, many times to work with him, and he has snubbed me every last time. After the sixth attempt to return to the table with him, it became impossible to work with him due to his insults and threats. I was not attempting to get him removed, killed or anything of the sort. My primary goal was to continue in my position as Minister of Foreign Affairs. We have argued a lot that is true, but for no other reason than disagreement on policy and how he talked to other people, which was easily resolvable. Sometimes you can't agree with someone on how they act, but this was a completely one-sided relationship, which I attempted to repair many times. Each time, he refused to listen to me or anyone else when we tried to help him.

LAPOs awesome if you want a more chill and kinda troll faction at least comparted to like the NSB or Interior, the LAPO from what I seen also does suffer from periods of total inactivity which I do think is a side effect of their simi-unimportance that's left since theirs a hole in Civ RP since the big-wigs don't really like Civ rp which makes sense takes up space were their can be Gov RP, Whoreson has made that very apparent .

Punishment for infractions - People who break the rules must be dealt with, however, it must be in a fair and just way Administering PKs - Doing PKs is a large part of being a well-rounded staff member due to its necessity in certain situations, such as FearRP. These are only a few aspects, and as I further my understanding of the rules and community, I hope to learn many, many more ways to uphold the community. I said "bro got slimed out" referring to Charlie Kirk, which at the time he only just got shot 20 minutes maybe 30 minutes prior (I was playing hell let loose at the time so I didn't check and during the match swap I sent the message into the discord). Before retiring he was the Pilot for Luft Force One, the plane responsible for carrying the War Marshal. Obergefreiter Ashton Hass: A guardsman of the Kaiser's Guard. He often guards the Crownlands, and ensuring the safety of Crown officials. He is also a former special forces operative of the 3rd. Mountaineers. Norman Klaus: He is now retired, but was once an important figure within the Labor industry serving as the President of the Labor Guild, and Leading State Secretary of Agriculture. He is now retired and lives far in the Bavarian alps. Hans Muller: Although now dead, was once a prominent military figure holding many important positions within the Military such as Chief of the Reserve Army, and Director of Military Intelligence. He was also the Deputy Chief of the Landespolizei and Geheime Schutzdienst for a period of time. How long have you been roleplaying?: On Prometheus, I have been roleplaying since March of 2023. However in general, I have been roleplaying since early 2018 where I started on SCP Role Playing servers such as Civil Networks, and Dark RP servers such as Aethernetworks, and Garnet. Have you received any infractions i.e Notes/Bans? If so, what were they for and what could you have done to prevent getting them next time?: Currently I have absolutely no notes or bans on my record. Staff Knowledge Section What previous experience do you have as a staff member either within Garry’s Mod or the Nutscript Gamemode? I previously moderated on Prometheus Networks 2 times, once from August of 2023 to Janurary of 2024 as a Senior Moderator, and another time from July 23rd to September 20th of 2024. Prior to becoming a staff member on Prometheus, I moderated and Co-Owned a few semi-popular SCP Secret Laboratory servers such as Larry's Basement, and Serpent SCP. Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]: I believe I would be a good candidate for the Prometheus Staff Team not only because of my lengthy experience moderating for this server, but also because of my genuine motivation to help people that I come across on the server. Since I returned to LARPing on Prometheus in mid February, I regained a passion for the game. Over my two tenures as a moderator I really enjoyed the satisfaction of helping people, whether it was a recruitment ticket, or a PK request. Regardless of the situation I was placed in, I always put the players first making sure that their experience on the server wasn't being ruined. This goes to the first reason I have for why I think I would make a good candidate for the staff team being that I am patient with people. I don't get frustrated if someone doesn't understand what I'm talking about, and I do not expect anyone to fully understand something. Even in LARP, I take time to explain whatever I am talking about if they don't understand, and I remain composed. I think this skill comes in useful for being a Moderator as I would not become impatient with newer members, and I would take the time to help someone new with understanding whatever question or concern they have. Another reason I have for why I think I would make a good candidate for the staff team is that I have a flexible schedule. My last two tenures on the staff team ended because I was still in school, however I have graduated and I now have a lot more time on my hands to do more things. My flexible schedule would allow me to be able to do my everyday hobbies outside of Prometheus, and have time to moderate and LARP without problem. This could come in handy for events or situations that may have me make time to do things for the community such as helping out the Upper Administration in any kind of capacity, or being present for staff meetings. In any case I would always be available. Lastly I think I would be a good candidate for the staff team because I am always ready to learn. Communities often change, whether its a change of rules or a shift in genre completely, I am always ready to learn how to adapt to these changes and improve myself. Prometheus has a ton of rules, and a ton of guidelines for things like PK's, and of course I don't understand it all. However over the course of time and through experiences that I would have moderating, I could gain more knowledge and become more efficient in making accurate decisions in situations such as assigning rule breakers a punishment fit for the rule that they have broken. These are the reasons I believe would make me a good candidate for the staff team, and I hope to be able to once again lend a helping hand to the community, and to speed up the process of taking tickets! What are the duties and responsibilities of the position you are applying for in your own words? [150 Words or more]: The position I am applying for holds many important duties and responsibilities within the community. Moderators are one of the most important pillars of a community, they enforce the rules of the server, and represent it and its image across the internet. From my own understanding of the position I am applying for, the duties of a moderator are to respond to every individual players needs through the ticket system including PK's, rule breaks, or to answer any concern someone may have. They ensure that LARP is not being interrupted by misbehavers, and occasionally help the Upper Administration with any event, or behind the scenes work. As for the responsibilities of a moderator on Prometheus, they are essentially first responders. They have to be quick, efficient, and most importantly correct on their decisions. I believe the biggest responsibility for a moderator is to ensure a positive atmosphere within the server. This doesn't just mean they have to take tickets and enforce rules, this also means that they have to keep a composure even under stressful situations. Because moderators are the first responders on a server, they have to portray themselves in a professional and friendly manner. After all, the way we act as a staff member is the way that someone may view the rest of the team, and that simply jeopardizes the image of the community. Other responsibilities that I believe a moderator has is being able to manage their time in between LARP and Staffing. Of course members of the staff team also roleplay, however I think its important that they are able to have time in between LARP to take care of tickets and respond to questions and concerns from players. They are also responsible for owning up to their own mistakes. I believe staff members are held up to a higher standard, and it is important for a moderator to be able to own up to their own wrong doings, and fix them.
