First, the title is pretentious and demonstrates you do not have a unbiased view of this situation and are clearly quite upset. I don't know who you think you are or who you think Radec is, but this is a 1940's GMOD server, it is truly not that serious to say the "downfall" of anybody. Really odd and strange behavior. Also, as stated in the rules, not all fearRP breaks are PK's, they can be rank demoted or temp PK'd. Rank demotions are not something I find too great, and have recently changed to doing more temp PK's if a full PK is not called for. However, Prime has just recently returned from quite a long LOA and was not aware of this new policy You never state why you attempted to mug Radec or place him under fearRP, it just seems like you...did? With no clear RP reasoning behind it. After asking about you with several players and other staff members, I was unanimously informed by every single one that you are a "known retard who mugs everybody because you're an idiot". Their words, not mine. The concensus seems to be that you really are not trying to RP anything and are just running around like an idiot trying to instigate and then use the rules to punish people. The General der NSB Bernie Muller comes into the Reichstag with two of his men. Instead of knocking, he /doorkick's the Konsul's door down. I in RP, of course tell him this is wrong where he proceeds to tell me that he's got "UNRESTRICED ACCESS". And I proceed to tell him that "Unrestricted access, doesn't mean you can kick the Konsul's office door down." That indeed made the man disappointed, and I was then excited from this reaction. So I basically start "yelling" at him telling him that is not okay, but he doesn't agree. I then say in local out-of-character chat "HAHAHAH" and "SO MAAAD CUZ I TELL U WHAT TO DO LMAO". That's where he gets hurt because I did not want to get on my knees and address him as "Your Grace". He bans me for two hours. I am deeply sorry Slickb, if you are not used to people speaking back to you IN ROLEPLAY and this hurt your feelings. Conclusion: Now to summarize it all I Put the Radeac under Fear RP which he broke, which resulted in him being demoted. He got irritated and held a grudge. So he broke NLR by having me arrested and discharged all because he was mad. And he lied to staff claiming I was shooting my gun when I'm flicking it on and off of safety. Now to anyone who stuck this far, especially UA, I believe Radeac the character should be PK'd because this is unjust and uncalled for. If I should be discharged for no reason he should be discharged for a good reason. Thanks.

Hi Larry, I must reiterate that your actions did indeed violate server rules. While you claim to have evaluated the situation as a threat, the decision to shoot and kill him was not necessary. This was one of many clips I looked through that day, so I am in the process of making contact with the person who reported you to get sent the clip again. I do not recall the person pointing a gun at people in the bank, or attempting to threaten someone with the Kar98k drawn. I am aware that he had the weapon on his back, and I wouldn't be surprised if he were verbally threatening someone. But that does not instigate that you can kill him on sight because he looks, and seems like a threat. You could have dealt with this in roleplay; like calling for backup or attempting to detain him yourself. You have past POs going back to 2023. Yes, they are not as recent, but I am sure that in the years you have been here, you know the rules. And yes, if you didn't leave the server right away, you would have had time to explain yourself, which could have made the ban shorter. I welcome you back on the 23rd.
